in addition, the management platform: the system comprises a management platform, a contract management module, a management module and a control module, wherein the management platform is used for managing a logistics contract or a multiparty agreement among a goods owner side, a driver side and the management platform, the management module is used for storing the logistics contract and multiparty agreement templates, the logistics contract and the multiparty agreement are formulated through generation of a logistics transportation order, are established through multiparty authorization by using handwriting signature and/or electronic signature, and are changed according to the real-time state of the logistics transportation order.

the management platform comprises: the system comprises an order management module, a logistics tracking module and a financial management module; the order management module is used for issuing, modifying, deleting, inquiring and approving the logistics transportation order and carrying out distribution, withdrawal and adjustment operations of the logistics transportation order; the logistics tracking module is used for tracking the developed logistics transportation order, tracking and recording the starting, the process and the ending of the logistics transportation order until the logistics transportation order is stopped or ended; the financial management module is used for managing platform finance, and comprises the steps of accounting logistics quotations and unit price sending based on logistics transportation order conditions, collecting money based on logistics quotations and paying based on unit price sending, and forming a financial list and a report;
the driver side: the system comprises an order inquiry module, an order service module and a driver finance module; the order inquiry module is used for checking and searching the issued logistics transportation order and carrying out the taking operation of the logistics transportation order; the order service module is used for inquiring the information of the received and terminated logistics transportation orders and can operate the received logistics transportation orders; the order finance module is used for managing finance of the received and terminated logistics transportation order, and comprises inquiring information to be requested, historical requesting records and returning information, and forming a financial list and a report.
2. The system of claim 1, further comprising a cargo owner end, the cargo owner end interacting with the management platform;
the goods owner end: the system comprises an order formulation module, an order tracking module and a goods owner financial module; the order formulation module is used for issuing, modifying and deleting the logistics transportation order, displaying the logistics transportation order at an order inquiry module at a driver side after approval by the order management module, and inquiring, distributing, withdrawing and adjusting the issued logistics transportation order; the order tracking module is used for tracking the real-time logistics state of the logistics transportation order which is received by the driver, and the goods owner financial module is used for managing the financial of the logistics transportation order which is received by the driver, and comprises inquiring the money requesting information, the historical remittance record and the recharging information, and forming a financial list and a report.
3. The logistics transportation management system of claim 2, wherein said driver's side further comprises a fleet management module;
the fleet management module: after submitting the opening request through the driver end, the management platform checks and opens the opening request for building a logistics motorcade;
opening a driver end of the fleet management module: the order inquiry module can check and search the issued logistics transportation order and carry out the taking operation of the logistics transportation order; the fleet management module can bind one or more drivers without opening the fleet management module and dispatch or cancel dispatch the picked logistics transportation orders to the bound drivers; the order service module can inquire the information of the allocated and terminated logistics transportation orders, and the order finance module is used for managing finance of the received, allocated and terminated logistics transportation orders and comprises the steps of inquiring information to be requested of the received logistics transportation orders, inquiring the information of the allocated logistics transportation orders, and inquiring historical asking records, historical remittance records and remittance information;
driver side bound by fleet management module: the order inquiry module can only check and search the logistics transportation order received by the driver of the opening fleet management module and can extract the handover request; the order service module can inquire the logistics transportation order distributed to the current driver side and operate the logistics transportation order; the driver financial module is used for managing the finance of the current allocated and terminated logistics transportation orders at the driver end, and comprises the steps of inquiring the information to be requested of the allocated logistics transportation orders and inquiring historical information of requesting and returning money.

The logistics transportation management system according to claim 3, wherein the goods owner side and the driver side are embedded in the mobile device, the management platform obtains real-time positioning information of the driver side based on the positioning function of the mobile device, the real-time positioning information is fed back to the logistics tracking module and fed back to the order service module and the order tracking module through the logistics tracking module, so that the requirements of the driver side on inquiring and tracking the received logistics transportation order and the goods owner side on the received logistics transportation order are met;
the management platform comprises: the system comprises a logistics transportation order generation module, a financial management module, a logistics quotation module, a logistics price sending module and a logistics price sending module, wherein the logistics transportation order generation module is used for generating a logistics transportation order based on the logistics transportation order, and returning the generated theoretical transportation path information to the financial management module so as to generate a logistics quotation and a logistics price sending module; meanwhile, the navigation module generates an actual transportation path based on the real-time positioning information, and returns the generated actual transportation path information to the financial management module for comparison with the theoretical transportation path information.

The system of claim 4, wherein the management platform: the logistics allocation module is used for adjusting and planning one or more logistics transportation orders, and adjusting and planning the logistics transportation orders based on theoretical transportation path information of logistics transportation order information, residual freight space of logistics vehicles, real-time positioning information of a driver side and intention destinations of the driver side;
the theoretical transportation path information of the logistics transportation order information is automatically generated by a navigation module of the management platform, the residual freight space condition of the logistics vehicle is uploaded to the logistics allocation module by a driver end user through the driver end, the driver end real-time positioning information is obtained based on the positioning function of the driver end, and the driver end intention destination is uploaded to the logistics allocation module by the driver end user through the driver end.

The system of claim 5, wherein the management platform: the goods loss management module is used for determining the goods loss condition of the logistics and deducting money from a driver end and compensating a goods owner end; the order tracking module of the goods owner side has the functions of uploading characters, voice and video, is used for uploading the goods loss condition proving material, and transmitting the material to the goods loss management module of the management platform, and after the material is checked by a manager of the management platform, the material is sent to the corresponding logistics transportation order of the order service module of the driver side for the driver side to check and confirm; the order tracking module at the driver end has the functions of text, voice and video uploading, is used for uploading the actual state of the goods when receiving the orders, and transmitting the actual state to the goods loss management module of the management platform, and after the management platform manager checks, the corresponding logistics transportation order sent to the order tracking module at the goods master end is placed for the driver end to check and confirm; the method comprises the steps of comparing the material with a material for proving the condition of the goods loss, and comprehensively determining the actual condition of the goods loss; and finally determining the condition of logistics goods loss by the goods loss management module, and deducting money to the driver end and compensating the goods owner end.
