The processor may be a general-purpose processor, including a central processing unit (Central Processing Unit, CPU), a network processor (Fetwork Processor, FP), etc.; but also digital signal processors (Digital Signal Processor, DSP), application specific integrated circuits (Application Specific Integrated Circuit, ASIC), field programmable gate arrays (Field-Programmable Gate Array, FPGA) or other programmable logic devices, discrete gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components. The various methods, steps and logic blocks disclosed in the embodiments of this specification may be implemented or performed. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like. The steps of a method disclosed in connection with the embodiments of the present specification may be embodied directly in hardware, in a decoded processor, or in a combination of hardware and software modules in a decoded processor. The software modules may be located in a random access memory, flash memory, read only memory, programmable read only memory, or electrically erasable programmable memory, registers, etc. as well known in the art. The storage medium is located in a memory, and the processor reads the information in the memory and, in combination with its hardware, performs the steps of the above method.
The electronic device may also execute the method for managing a financial file in fig. 2, and implement the functions of the embodiment of the financial file management system shown in fig. 2, which is not described herein.
The present description also proposes a computer-readable storage medium storing one or more programs, the one or more programs comprising instructions, which when executed by an electronic device comprising a plurality of application programs, enable the electronic device to perform the method performed by the financial archive management system of the embodiment of fig. 2, and at least for performing:
generating an interface event message based on the financial archive type, wherein the interface event message contains financial archive information;
uploading the financial archives to a cache space, and mapping the interface event messages into management event messages;
analyzing the financial file information in the interface event message, and determining a distribution event of the financial file according to the financial file information;
distributing the generated management event message to different distribution channels according to the distribution event of the financial archive;
and according to the association mode between the management event message and each distribution channel, sending the financial files in the cache space to the corresponding storage space based on each distribution channel.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that embodiments of the present description may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present specification embodiments may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present description embodiments may take the form of a computer program product on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, etc.) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.
The present specification embodiments are described with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (systems) and computer program products according to embodiments of the specification. It will be understood that each flow and/or block of the flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams, and combinations of flows and/or blocks in the flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams, can be implemented by computer program instructions. These computer program instructions may be provided to a processor of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, embedded processor, or other programmable data processing apparatus to produce a machine, such that the instructions, which execute via the processor of the computer or other programmable data processing apparatus, create means for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
These computer program instructions may also be stored in a computer-readable memory that can direct a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to function in a particular manner, such that the instructions stored in the computer-readable memory produce an article of manufacture including instruction means which implement the function specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
In one typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.
The memory may include volatile memory in a computer-readable medium, random Access Memory (RAM) and/or nonvolatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM). Memory is an example of computer-readable media.
Computer readable media, including both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data.
Examples of storage media for a computer include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), static Random Access Memory (SRAM), dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), read Only Memory (ROM), electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), digital Versatile Disks (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium, which can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device. Computer-readable media, as defined herein, does not include transitory computer-readable media (transmission media), such as modulated data signals and carrier waves.

Claims (9)

1. A method of financial archive management, the method comprising:
generating an interface event message based on the financial profile type, wherein the interface event message contains financial profile information, and generating the interface event message based on the financial profile type comprises: judging whether the financial file is inserted into a document editing window, identifying the document type of the financial file, matching a corresponding document feature extraction model based on the document type, extracting the content features and the time features of the financial file based on the corresponding document feature extraction model, and generating an interface event message based on the financial file information, the content attributes and the time attributes of the financial file;
uploading the financial archives to a cache space, and mapping the interface event messages into management event messages;
analyzing the financial file information in the interface event message, and determining a distribution event of the financial file according to the financial file information;
distributing the generated management event message to different distribution channels according to the distribution event of the financial archive;
and according to the association mode between the management event message and each distribution channel, sending the financial files in the cache space to the corresponding storage space based on each distribution channel.
2. A method of financial archive management as claimed in claim 1 wherein the matching of the corresponding document feature extraction model based on document type comprises:
generating a search image based on the financial archive;
matching a corresponding image feature extraction model based on the document type;
and inputting the search image into the corresponding image feature extraction model.
3. A method of financial archive management as claimed in claim 2 wherein said mapping said interface event messages into management event messages comprises:
determining a management policy for each distribution channel based on the content characteristics, the temporal characteristics, and the distribution channel attributes, the management policy comprising: financial profile encryption policies and financial profile transmission policies on each distribution channel.
4. A method of financial archive management as claimed in claim 3 wherein said parsing the financial archive information in the interface event message and determining a distribution event for the financial archive in dependence upon the financial archive information comprises:
analyzing a plurality of management objects required to be distributed by the financial archive information;
a distribution event of the financial archive is determined based on each of the plurality of management objects and a distribution channel between each management object.
5. A method of financial archive management as claimed in claim 4 wherein distributing the generated management event messages into different distribution channels in accordance with the distribution events of the financial archive comprises:
extracting distribution channel information of each management object in the plurality of management objects from a distribution event;
and sending the management event message to the distribution channel of each management object according to the distribution channel information of each management object in the plurality of management objects.
6. A method of financial archive management as claimed in claim 5 wherein said sending the financial archive in the cache space based on the respective distribution channels onto the corresponding storage space in accordance with the pattern of association between the management event message and the respective distribution channels comprises:
each distribution channel analyzes and manages the financial archives encryption strategy in the event message and the transmission strategy of the financial archives on each distribution channel;
extracting financial files to be managed from the cache space, and performing document encryption processing on the financial files to be managed according to a financial file encryption policy;
and transmitting the financial files after document encryption processing to the corresponding storage space according to the transmission strategy on each distribution channel.
7. A system for financial archive management, the system comprising:
the event processing module is used for generating interface event information based on the financial archive type, wherein the interface event information contains financial archive information, and the interface event information generation based on the financial archive type comprises the following steps: judging whether the financial file is inserted into a document editing window, identifying the document type of the financial file, matching a corresponding document feature extraction model based on the document type, extracting the content features and the time features of the financial file based on the corresponding document feature extraction model, and generating an interface event message based on the financial file information, the content attributes and the time attributes of the financial file;
the event management module is used for uploading the financial file into a cache space and mapping the interface event message into a management event message;
the file analysis module is used for analyzing the financial file information in the interface event message and determining a distribution event of the financial file according to the financial file information;
the distribution processing module distributes the generated management event information to different distribution channels according to the distribution event of the financial file;
and the transmission control module is used for transmitting the financial files in the cache space to the corresponding storage space based on each distribution channel according to the association mode between the management event message and each distribution channel.
8. An electronic device, comprising: at least one processor, and a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor, wherein the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
9. A computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, characterized in that the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the method of any of claims 1 to 6.
