In this embodiment, resource interaction information corresponding to other resource interaction servers is obtained; determining information sending permission of the resource interaction server for the resource interaction information corresponding to other resource interaction servers according to the resource interaction intelligent contract; under the condition that the information sending authority meets the preset information sending authority requirement, the resource interaction information corresponding to the resource interaction server and the resource interaction information corresponding to other resource interaction servers are sent to the accounts corresponding to the resource interaction operation, the comprehensive and complete resource interaction information can be determined by acquiring the resource interaction information of the other resource interaction servers, and under the condition that the information sending authority meets the preset requirement, the comprehensive resource interaction information is sent to the corresponding accounts, so that the operation failure reasons of the user accounts in the resource interaction operation process are timely notified.
In some embodiments, obtaining resource interaction information corresponding to other resource interaction servers includes: calling a resource interaction intelligent contract; determining information acquisition rights of a resource interaction server for resource interaction information corresponding to other resource interaction servers according to the resource interaction intelligent contract; and under the condition that the information acquisition authority meets the preset information acquisition authority requirement, acquiring resource interaction information corresponding to other resource interaction servers from the blockchain of the blockchain network where the other resource interaction servers are located.
The information obtaining authority may be the right of the resource interaction server when performing the information obtaining operation.
The information obtaining permission requirement may be data for determining whether the information obtaining permission is greater than or equal to a preset information obtaining permission threshold, in practical application, if the information obtaining permission of the resource interaction server is level 3 and the information obtaining permission threshold is level 2, the information obtaining permission of the resource interaction server accords with the preset information obtaining permission requirement, in specific implementation, the information obtaining permission requirement may be preset by the resource interaction intelligent contract, and the permission management server may allocate the corresponding information obtaining permission to the resource interaction server.
As one example, a merchant cashing system server invokes a resource interaction smart contract; the merchant cashing system server determines the information acquisition permission of the merchant cashing system server for the resource interaction information corresponding to other resource interaction servers according to the resource interaction intelligent contract; under the condition that the information acquisition authority meets the preset information acquisition authority requirement, the merchant cashing system server acquires resource interaction information corresponding to other resource interaction servers from the blockchain of the blockchain network where the other resource interaction servers are located.
In this embodiment, the resource interaction intelligent contract is called; determining information acquisition rights of a resource interaction server for resource interaction information corresponding to other resource interaction servers according to the resource interaction intelligent contract; under the condition that the information acquisition authority meets the preset information acquisition authority requirement, resource interaction information corresponding to other resource interaction servers is acquired from a blockchain of a blockchain network where the other resource interaction servers are located, and the resource interaction information of the other resource interaction servers can be acquired based on the authority requirement set by the intelligent contract when the information acquisition authority of the resource interaction servers meets the authority requirement, so that the safety of the resource interaction information of the other resource interaction servers is improved through authentication.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, a resource interaction information early warning method is provided, where this embodiment is applied to a (information processing) server for illustration, it is understood that the method may also be applied to a terminal, and may also be applied to a system including the terminal and the server, and implemented through interaction between the terminal and the server. In this embodiment, the method includes the steps of:
step S302, obtaining resource interaction information from a block chain of a block chain network where the information processing server is located.
The resource interaction information may refer to information determined according to a resource interaction intelligent contract associated with the resource interaction server and a resource interaction operation failure cause corresponding to the resource interaction server when the resource interaction server executes a service processing task of the resource interaction operation.
As an example, as shown in fig. 4, a schematic structural diagram of an information processing server is provided, where the information processing server may include an error information acquisition module, an error information sending module, an error information analysis module, and a system exception pre-warning module, where the error information acquisition module interfaces with a blockchain, and obtains transaction failure error information from the blockchain, where the error information includes a failure error code, a failure reason, a processing method, a failure link, and user information to be notified, where the user information to be notified may refer to notification means and address information for notifying a merchant, a cardholder, and related people, and the user information to be notified may include, but is not limited to, a mobile phone number, an email address, or an ID of a mobile phone APP, and a user ID.
Step S304, analyzing the resource interaction information according to a preset time interval, and determining an interaction information analysis result corresponding to the resource interaction information.
The time interval may refer to a time difference between any two adjacent analysis operations in the process of analyzing the resource interaction information.
The analysis result of the interaction information may be information indicating a mechanism that causes failure of the resource interaction operation, the failure number of the resource interaction operation, and the like.
As an example, the error information analysis module collects the error information (resource interaction information) in real time, performs data model analysis on the information of each mechanism, for example, the error information analysis module firstly performs classification statistics and recording on the error code information reported by each mechanism, counts the error codes of each mechanism in multiple batches every day at regular time, counts time periods, compares with historical synchronization, and records when a certain error code abnormal increase exceeds a proportional threshold value. And at the end of each day, carrying out classification statistics and analysis on error code information of each mechanism on the day, calculating mechanisms which are possibly abnormal according to a data model by combining with historical failure error information data, analyzing the duty ratio and the data condition of failed transactions in each mechanism, and taking the duty ratio and the data condition of the failed transactions in each mechanism as interaction information analysis results.
And step S306, sending early warning information to the resource interaction server under the condition that the analysis result of the interaction information meets the preset early warning requirement.
The early warning requirement can be information for judging whether the resource interaction server needs to be early warned or not, and in practical application, the early warning requirement can comprise information such as the failure frequency of the resource interaction operation, and the like.
The early warning information may be information for reminding the resource interaction server to check whether the resource interaction operation execution flow has a fault.
As an example, the error information sending module is configured to send, according to the contract of the intelligent contract, failure transaction error information to a mobile phone of a merchant, a cardholder or other related people in a manner of short message, email or APP notification according to user information to be notified; the system abnormality early-warning module generates a related report of failure reasons on a transaction link and sends the related report to each related mechanism every day, for example, the system abnormality early-warning module determines early-warning information of the mechanism corresponding to the error information abnormality according to the error information abnormality situation analyzed by the error information analysis module at regular time or at the end of the day, and the system abnormality early-warning module sends the early-warning information to the corresponding mechanism to remind the related mechanism of analyzing the reasons in time and taking corresponding measures.
In this embodiment, resource interaction information is obtained from a blockchain of a blockchain network where an information processing server is located, so that a resource interaction operation failure reason corresponding to the resource interaction server is checked in a process of executing a service processing task of resource interaction operation by the resource interaction server, and the resource interaction information is determined according to the resource interaction operation failure reason according to a resource interaction intelligent contract associated with the resource interaction server; analyzing the resource interaction information according to a preset time interval, and determining an interaction information analysis result corresponding to the resource interaction information, so as to analyze the resource interaction information and determine an accurate interaction information analysis result; and under the condition that the analysis result of the interaction information meets the preset early warning requirement, sending early warning information to the resource interaction server, judging whether to early warn the resource interaction server based on the analysis result of the interaction information and the early warning requirement, realizing analysis of the resource interaction information, determining resource interaction failure conditions caused by each resource interaction server in the execution process of resource interaction operation, early warning the related resource interaction server, analyzing and counting the related resource interaction server timely based on the resource interaction information, and early warning the specific resource interaction server timely, thereby improving the early warning efficiency of the resource interaction information.
In some embodiments, obtaining resource interaction information from a blockchain of a blockchain network in which an information processing server resides includes: under the condition that the resource interaction server sends the resource interaction information to a block chain of a block chain network where the resource interaction server is located, generating a block corresponding to the resource interaction information according to a consensus algorithm; the block is saved to a blockchain of a blockchain network where the information processing server is located.
A consensus algorithm may be a set of rules that algorithmically lets all participants agree on a certain result in a blockchain network.
Wherein a block may refer to a component of a blockchain.
As an example, after the resource interaction server sends the resource interaction information to the blockchain of the blockchain network where the resource interaction server is located, the blockchain network adopts a consensus algorithm to verify the resource interaction information and achieve consensus in the whole blockchain network, the blockchain network generates a block corresponding to the resource interaction information from the consensus resource interaction information, and the block is stored in the blockchain of the blockchain network where the information processing server is located.
In this embodiment, under the condition that the resource interaction server sends the resource interaction information to the blockchain of the blockchain network where the resource interaction server is located, generating a block corresponding to the resource interaction information according to a consensus algorithm; the blocks are stored in the blockchain of the blockchain network where the information processing server is located, so that data transmission between the resource interaction server and the information processing server can be realized based on the blockchain technology, and the data safety is ensured.
In some embodiments, analyzing the resource interaction information, determining an interaction information analysis result corresponding to the resource interaction information includes: determining error codes corresponding to the resource interaction information according to the resource interaction information; counting error codes in a target time period, and determining the number of error codes corresponding to the error codes in the target time period; acquiring the number of error codes corresponding to the error codes in a historical time period; determining the error code quantity difference between the error code quantity corresponding to the error codes in the target time period and the error code quantity corresponding to the error codes in the historical time period; and taking the error code quantity difference as an interaction information analysis result corresponding to the resource interaction information.
The target time period may refer to a time period for which analysis is performed on the resource interaction information, and in practical application, because occurrence time and place of failure of resource interaction operation are different, in order to determine failure conditions of resource interaction operation of different institutions in different time periods, analysis is performed on the resource interaction information by dividing different time periods in advance.
The error code may be information indicating a cause of failure of the resource interactive operation and a place of failure of the resource interactive operation.
The number of error codes may refer to the number of occurrences of the same error code in a certain period of time.
Wherein, the history period may refer to a period of time before the target period of time.
The error code number difference may be a difference between a value of the error code number corresponding to the error code in the target period and a value of the error code number corresponding to the error code in the history period.
As an example, the information processing server analyzes the resource interaction information and determines an error code corresponding to the resource interaction information; the information processing server counts the number of error codes corresponding to the error codes in the target time period; the information processing server acquires the number of error codes corresponding to the error codes in the historical time period; the information processing server utilizes the error code quantity corresponding to the error codes in the target time period to make a difference with the error code quantity corresponding to the error codes in the historical time period to obtain an error code quantity difference; the information processing server takes the error code quantity difference as an interaction information analysis result corresponding to the resource interaction information
In this embodiment, an error code corresponding to the resource interaction information is determined according to the resource interaction information; counting error codes in a target time period, and determining the number of error codes corresponding to the error codes in the target time period; acquiring the number of error codes corresponding to the error codes in a historical time period; determining the error code quantity difference between the error code quantity corresponding to the error codes in the target time period and the error code quantity corresponding to the error codes in the historical time period; and taking the error code quantity difference as an interaction information analysis result corresponding to the resource interaction information, and analyzing the resource interaction operation failure condition corresponding to each resource interaction server based on the resource interaction information, so as to judge whether the resource interaction server needs to be pre-warned or not based on the resource interaction operation failure condition corresponding to each resource interaction server, and improve the pre-warning efficiency of the resource interaction information.
In some embodiments, the above method further comprises: determining an error code quantity difference threshold corresponding to the resource interaction server according to a preset early warning requirement; and under the condition that the analysis result of the interaction information is larger than the error code quantity difference threshold, judging that the analysis result of the interaction information meets the preset early warning requirement.
The error code number difference threshold may be data for determining whether the error code number difference exceeds a preset number difference requirement.
As an example, the information processing server determines an error code quantity difference threshold corresponding to each resource interaction server according to a preset early warning requirement; the information processing server compares the interactive information analysis result with the error code number difference threshold, and judges that the interactive information analysis result meets the preset early warning requirement under the condition that the interactive information analysis result is larger than the error code number difference threshold.
In this embodiment, the error code number difference threshold corresponding to the resource interaction server is determined according to a preset early warning requirement; and under the condition that the analysis result of the interactive information is larger than the error code quantity difference threshold, judging that the analysis result of the interactive information meets the preset early warning requirement, and judging whether the analysis result of the interactive information corresponding to the resource interactive server meets the early warning requirement or not based on the error code quantity difference threshold specified by the early warning requirement, so that the early warning accuracy of the resource interactive information is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, a flow diagram of a resource interaction information early warning method is provided, a resource interaction server signs an intelligent contract, each access mechanism opens different data writing and reading authorities according to roles, agrees on classification, early warning threshold and the like of various error information in a block chain, error information (failure cause of resource interaction operation) is collected, the resource interaction server or an information processing server acquires the error information of each access mechanism through the block chain, judges whether the error information is set to be uniformly transmitted (if the error information transmitting module in the error information processing server judges whether the error information is set to be uniformly transmitted according to an intelligent contract), if the error information is the same, the error information processing server transmits the error information to the outside, if the error information is not the same, the error information is transmitted by the mechanism of the customer, the bank card holder acquires the customer information and a mobile phone number by the mechanism, the bank card holder acquires the customer information and the mobile phone number by the mobile phone short message or the APP of the mobile phone number, the receiving merchant acquires the error information and the mobile phone number of the relevant personnel by the mobile phone short message or the mobile phone number, judges whether the error information is set to be uniformly transmitted by the mobile phone short message or the mobile phone number, if the error information processing mechanism is the error information is more than the error information, the error information is more than the error information is required to be compared with the error information of the corresponding error information statistics system, and the error statistics system can be compared with the error statistics system, if the error information is more than the error information, and the error statistics is more than the error information is required, and the error statistics is more than the error information is compared to the error information is regularly, and has the error statistics to the error statistics is compared with the error information; if the total error of the comparison result is within the acceptable range, continuously counting error information, for example, when the error code is abnormally increased to exceed the preset proportion requirement, sending flow checking reminding information (namely early warning information) to the corresponding mechanism so as to remind the corresponding mechanism of carrying out business flow checking; after the information processing server sends the early warning information to the resource interaction server corresponding to the mechanism, the mechanism checks the mechanism based on the early warning information and feeds the check result back to the error information analysis server, and the error information analysis server compares the check result with the early warning information to determine whether an analysis template needs to be adjusted, such as an early warning threshold value, an abnormal error list and the like, so that accuracy of the analysis result of the interaction information is improved.
In this embodiment, by constructing a bank card payment failure system, a merchant cashing system, a cashing mechanism, a clearing mechanism, a card issuing mechanism and the like, transaction failure information of each link is obtained according to the same information format, unified notification and processing mechanism of transaction failure can be provided for each mechanism, cost of repeated research and development of the system is reduced, the transaction failure cause and solution can be obtained in real time through the whole bank card payment link, a customer service system sends a short message to a customer, a manual telephone or a customer APP intervenes and the like, a cardholder and the merchant are guided to solve the card failure problem, user experience is improved, block chain authority management and intelligent contract are adopted, technologies such as digital certificate, encryption and authority control are adopted, each mechanism in the transaction link obtains reliable, shared and tamper-free data in own authority, the system automatically carries out comprehensive analysis of the transaction failure cause, similar causes are found, the root cause of blocked by data support is provided for large data analysis aiming at resource interaction information, the customer experience of the card is promoted, the root cause of the transaction failure is analyzed and counted in real time, the root cause of the transaction failure is compared with historical data, or the corresponding mechanism sends error alarm data to the alarm cause.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts related to the embodiments described above are sequentially shown as indicated by arrows, these steps are not necessarily sequentially performed in the order indicated by the arrows. The steps are not strictly limited to the order of execution unless explicitly recited herein, and the steps may be executed in other orders. Moreover, at least some of the steps in the flowcharts described in the above embodiments may include a plurality of steps or a plurality of stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of the steps or stages is not necessarily performed sequentially, but may be performed alternately or alternately with at least some of the other steps or stages.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the application also provides a resource interaction information early warning device for realizing the related resource interaction information early warning method. The implementation scheme of the solution provided by the device is similar to the implementation scheme recorded in the method, so the specific limitation of one or more embodiments of the resource interaction information early-warning device provided below can be referred to the limitation of the resource interaction information early-warning method hereinabove, and will not be repeated here.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, a resource interaction information early warning device is provided, which is applied to a resource interaction server, and includes: an investigation module 602, a determination module 604, and a transmission module 606, wherein:
and the checking module 602 is configured to check a failure reason of the resource interaction operation corresponding to the resource interaction server during a service processing task of executing the resource interaction operation by the resource interaction server.
The determining module 604 is configured to determine, according to the resource interaction intelligent contract associated with the resource interaction server, resource interaction information corresponding to the resource interaction server according to the resource interaction operation failure reason.
A sending module 606, configured to upload the resource interaction information to a blockchain of a blockchain network where the resource interaction server is located, so that an information processing server in the blockchain network obtains the resource interaction information from the blockchain; the information processing server is used for analyzing the resource interaction information to obtain an interaction information analysis result, and sending early warning information to the resource interaction server under the condition that the interaction information analysis result meets the preset early warning requirement.
In an exemplary embodiment, the determining module 604 is specifically further configured to invoke a resource interaction intelligent contract associated with the resource interaction server; determining an interaction information format corresponding to the resource interaction server according to the resource interaction intelligent contract; and determining the resource interaction information corresponding to the resource interaction server according to the interaction information format and the resource interaction operation failure reason.
In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus further includes a permission verification module, where the permission verification module is specifically configured to obtain resource interaction information corresponding to other resource interaction servers; the other resource interaction servers are servers except the resource interaction servers in the server cluster for executing the resource interaction operation; determining information sending permission of the resource interaction server for the resource interaction information corresponding to the other resource interaction servers according to the resource interaction intelligent contract; and under the condition that the information sending authority meets the preset information sending authority requirement, sending the resource interaction information corresponding to the resource interaction server and the resource interaction information corresponding to the other resource interaction servers to the account corresponding to the resource interaction operation.
In an exemplary embodiment, the authority verification module is specifically further configured to invoke the resource interaction intelligent contract; determining information acquisition permission of the resource interaction server for the resource interaction information corresponding to the other resource interaction servers according to the resource interaction intelligent contract; and under the condition that the information acquisition authority meets the preset information acquisition authority requirement, acquiring resource interaction information corresponding to the other resource interaction servers from the blockchain of the blockchain network where the other resource interaction servers are located.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, there is provided a resource interaction information early warning device, applied to an information processing server, including: an acquisition module 702, an analysis module 704, and an early warning module 706, wherein:
an obtaining module 702, configured to obtain resource interaction information from a blockchain of a blockchain network where the information processing server is located; the resource interaction information is information determined according to the resource interaction intelligent contract associated with the resource interaction server and the resource interaction operation failure reason by checking the resource interaction operation failure reason corresponding to the resource interaction server in the process of executing the service processing task of the resource interaction operation by the resource interaction server.
And the analysis module 704 is configured to analyze the resource interaction information according to a preset time interval, and determine an interaction information analysis result corresponding to the resource interaction information.
And the early warning module 706 is configured to send early warning information to the resource interaction server when the analysis result of the interaction information meets a preset early warning requirement.
In an exemplary embodiment, the obtaining module 702 is specifically further configured to, when the resource interaction server sends the resource interaction information to a blockchain of a blockchain network where the resource interaction server is located, generate a block corresponding to the resource interaction information according to a consensus algorithm; and storing the block into a block chain of a block chain network where the information processing server is located.
In an exemplary embodiment, the analysis module is specifically further configured to determine, according to the resource interaction information, an error code corresponding to the resource interaction information; counting the error codes in a target time period, and determining the number of the error codes corresponding to the error codes in the target time period; acquiring the number of error codes corresponding to the error codes in a historical time period; the historical time period is a time period before the target time period; determining an error code quantity difference between the error code quantity corresponding to the error code in the target time period and the error code quantity corresponding to the error code in the historical time period; taking the error code quantity difference as an interaction information analysis result corresponding to the resource interaction information
In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus further includes a request verification module, where the request verification module is specifically configured to determine, according to the preset early warning request, an error code number difference threshold corresponding to the resource interaction server; and under the condition that the analysis result of the interaction information is larger than the error code quantity difference threshold, judging that the analysis result of the interaction information meets the preset early warning requirement.
All or part of the modules in the resource interaction information early warning device can be realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The above modules may be embedded in hardware or may be independent of a processor in the computer device, or may be stored in software in a memory in the computer device, so that the processor may call and execute operations corresponding to the above modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and the internal structure thereof may be as shown in fig. 8. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, an input/output interface, a communication interface, a display unit, and an input means. The processor, the memory and the input/output interface are connected through a system bus, and the communication interface, the display unit and the input device are connected to the system bus through the input/output interface. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The input/output interface of the computer device is used to exchange information between the processor and the external device. The communication interface of the computer device is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless mode can be realized through WIFI, a mobile cellular network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program when executed by the processor is used for realizing a resource interaction information early warning method. The display unit of the computer device is used for forming a visual picture, and can be a display screen, a projection device or a virtual reality imaging device. The display screen can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, can also be a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, and can also be an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in FIG. 8 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the present inventive arrangements and is not limiting of the computer device to which the present inventive arrangements may be applied, and that a particular computer device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine some of the components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In an embodiment, there is also provided a computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein a computer program, the processor implementing the steps of the method embodiments described above when the computer program is executed.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored which, when executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method embodiments described above.
In an embodiment, a computer program product is provided, comprising a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method embodiments described above.
It should be noted that, the user information (including but not limited to user equipment information, user personal information, etc.) and the data (including but not limited to data for analysis, stored data, presented data, etc.) related to the present application are information and data authorized by the user or sufficiently authorized by each party, and the collection, use and processing of the related data need to comply with the related laws and regulations and standards of the related country and region.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above described methods may be accomplished by way of a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which when executed, may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. The processor referred to in the embodiments provided in the present application may be a general-purpose processor, a central processing unit, a graphics processor, a digital signal processor, a programmable logic unit, a data processing logic unit based on quantum computing, or the like, but is not limited thereto.
The technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.

Claims (13)

1. The resource interaction information early warning method is characterized by being applied to a resource interaction server, and comprises the following steps:
in the process of executing a business processing task of the resource interaction operation by the resource interaction server, checking a resource interaction operation failure reason corresponding to the resource interaction server;
according to the resource interaction intelligent contract associated with the resource interaction server, determining resource interaction information corresponding to the resource interaction server according to the resource interaction operation failure reason;
