the ultra-low temperature ball valve comprises a ball valve support and a ball valve core 9, wherein the ball valve support and the ball valve core 9 are matched with each other to work, the ball valve core 9 is arranged in a clamping cavity, a second flow hole 96 is formed in the ball valve core 9, a first connecting hole 95 is formed in the top of the ball valve core 9, a second connecting hole 94 is formed in the bottom of the ball valve core 9, the first connecting hole 95 is fixedly connected with the rotary connecting rod 2, a ball bearing 92 is sleeved in the second connecting hole 94, the positioning pin 4 is rotatably connected with the second connecting hole 94 through the ball bearing 92, two third sealing rubber rings 97 and two fourth sealing rubber rings 98 are sleeved on the ball valve core 9, the third sealing rubber rings 97 and the fourth sealing rubber rings 98 are respectively positioned on the left side and the right side of the ball valve core 9, the left reference and the right reference of the ball valve core 9 refer to fig. 9, a first arc-shaped connecting surface 51 is arranged on the first connecting block 5, a second connecting surface 61 is arranged on the second connecting block 6, the first arc-shaped connecting surface is connected with the fourth sealing rubber rings 97, the arc-shaped spherical valve core 9 is coated with the fourth sealing rubber rings, the fourth sealing rubber rings 98 are coated with the arc-shaped surface, and the ball valve core 9 is coated with the outer surface of the ball valve core 9, and the ball valve core 9 can be coated with a spherical valve core 9, and the arc-shaped valve core 9, and the fourth sealing rings are coated with a high-shaped surface, and the fourth sealing layer, and the fourth sealing rubber ring and the ball valve core 9 coating layer;

All flexible parts such as the first sealing rubber ring 141, the second sealing rubber ring 151, the first waterproof jacket 144, the second waterproof jacket 154, the third sealing rubber ring 97, the fourth sealing rubber ring 98 and the waterproof sealing sleeve 93 are all made of low-temperature resistant rubber, the low-temperature resistant rubber is also called low-temperature resistant silicone rubber, the low-temperature resistant silicone rubber refers to silicone rubber with working temperature of minus 100 ℃, the mechanism is different from room-temperature silicone rubber, and the mechanism is obtained by introducing methyl phenyl silicone chain links or diphenyl silicone chain links into a molecular chain of methyl vinyl silicone rubber, and the advantages are that: small compression set, wide use temperature range, oxidation resistance, weather resistance, shock resistance, moisture resistance, good electrical insulation performance, low temperature resistance, ablation resistance, irradiation resistance and the like. The ball valve can adapt to the ultra-low temperature use environment.
