Generally, such a thread-like adhesive article has a small contact area with an adherend as compared with a double-sided adhesive tape, and therefore has a low adhesive force, and is therefore often used for applications where high adhesive force is not required, such as temporary fixation and adhesion of a relatively lightweight member. In reference 1, use of a thread-like adhesive for attaching a lightweight poster, temporarily fixing a member or a material, attaching office supplies, and the like is also disclosed.
Therefore, studies for improving the adhesive force of a thread-like adhesive article have not been sufficiently conducted.
In view of the above, an object of the present application is to provide an adhesive article which is thread-like and has excellent adhesive force.
Means for solving the problems
The present inventors have conducted intensive studies and as a result, have found that the above problems can be solved by using a core material which is easily deformed in the thickness direction (direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction) in an adhesive article having a filamentous core material, and have completed the present application.
That is, the adhesive article of the present application includes a core material and an adhesive layer covering the surface of the core material in the longitudinal direction, and the core material is a multifilament (multifilment) having 4 filaments (fileants) or more.
In one embodiment of the adhesive article of the present application, the twist factor of the core material represented by formula (a) described in the specification may be 0 or more and 200 or less.
In one embodiment of the adhesive article of the present application, the number of turns of the core material may be 0 to 250 times/m.
In one embodiment of the adhesive article of the present application, the filaments may be hollow filaments (hollow yarns).
In one embodiment of the adhesive article of the present application, the filaments may be chemical fibers.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
The adhesive article of the present application is thread-like and also has excellent adhesive force. Therefore, the adhesive article of the present application can be applied to a wide range of applications.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present application will be described in detail. The present application is not limited to the embodiments described below. In the following drawings, the same reference numerals are given to the parts of members "that perform the same function, and the repeated description may be omitted or simplified. The embodiments described in the drawings are modeled for the purpose of clearly explaining the present application, and do not necessarily represent actual product dimensions or proportions accurately.
Fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view of an adhesive article 10 according to an embodiment of the present application in a cross-section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. The adhesive article 10 of the present embodiment includes a core material 11 and an adhesive layer 12 covering the surface of the core material 11 in the longitudinal direction, and the core material 11 is a multifilament having 4 or more filaments 13.
The adhesive article of the present embodiment has excellent adhesive force due to the structure. The following is a detailed description.
The adhesion force (the degree of difficulty in peeling the adherends) when the adherends are adhered to each other by the adhesive article is greatly affected by the contact area of the adhesive article and the adherends. Fig. 2 (a) is a schematic view showing a state in which the adherends 1 are bonded to each other using the adhesive article 30 having a core material made of one filament (monofilament). Since such an adhesive article hardly deforms the core material, the contact area with the adherend is small, and thus high adhesive force is not easily exhibited.
However, when the adhesive article 10 of the present embodiment is used to attach the adherends 1 to each other, as shown in fig. 2 (b), the filaments 13 constituting the core material 11 are spread loosely, and the core material 11 is deformed so as to crush. As a result, the adhesive article 10 according to the present embodiment can be brought into contact with an adherend over a wider area than an adhesive article having a core material made of one filament (monofilament).
In addition, since the core material 11 in the present embodiment has 4 or more filaments 13, the surface area is wide, and thus the adhesive attachment amount per unit length can be increased.
For the reasons described above, the adhesive article 10 according to the present embodiment can exhibit a higher adhesive force than an adhesive article having a core material made of monofilaments and having the same thickness (fineness) as the core material.
In order to obtain the above-described effect, the core material 11 in the present embodiment is a multifilament having 4 or more filaments 13. In order to further improve the adhesive force, the number of filaments 13 constituting the core material 11 in the present embodiment is preferably 10 or more, more preferably 15 or more, and still more preferably 20 or more. On the other hand, when the thickness (fineness) of the core material 11 is kept to be the same, each filament becomes thin (fineness becomes small) when the number of filaments 13 constituting the core material 11 becomes large. If each filament is too fine, the strength of the core material 11 may be lowered and the handling property may be lowered, so that the number of filaments constituting the core material 11 is preferably 300 or less.
The core material 11 in this embodiment may be twisted filaments or untwisted filaments. That is, the number of turns of the core material 11 in the present embodiment may be more than 0 times/m or 0 times/m. The core material 11 in the present embodiment may be formed by combining a plurality of multifilament yarns, which are twisted filaments or untwisted filaments, and twisting them or assembling them without twisting them.
When a force is applied in a direction in which the adherends 1 attached using the adhesive article 10 of the present embodiment are peeled off from each other, as shown in fig. 2 (c), the filaments 13 are spread, and the core material 11 deforms in the thickness direction (direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction) so as to extend in a direction parallel to the applied force. However, if the shape of the core material 11 becomes excessively distorted at this time, stress concentrates on the distorted portion, which tends to become a starting point of peeling. Therefore, in order to obtain more excellent adhesive force, it is preferable that each filament 13 constituting the core material 11 has a certain degree of cohesiveness. As described above, the core material 11 in the present embodiment may be a non-twisted yarn or a twisted yarn, that is, the number of turns of the core material 11 in the present embodiment may be 0 or more times/m, but it is preferable to twist the core material 11 in the present embodiment in order to provide each filament 13 constituting the core material 11 with a certain degree of cohesiveness. Specifically, the number of turns of the core material 11 in the present embodiment is preferably 30 times/m or more, more preferably 60 times/m or more, and still more preferably 90 times/m or more.
On the other hand, in order to sufficiently deform the core material 11 when the adherends 1 are adhered to each other, and in order to increase the adhesive adhering amount per unit length, it is preferable that the twisting of the core material 11 is not excessively strong. Therefore, the number of turns of the core material 11 is preferably 3000 times/m or less, more preferably 1500 times/m or less, still more preferably 800 times/m or less, and particularly preferably 250 times/m or less.
In the case of twisting the core material 11, it is preferable to control the twist multiplier represented by the following formula (a) from the same viewpoint as described above. The twist multiplier is an index for discussing the influence (influence on the cohesiveness, the ease of deformation, the adhesion amount of the adhesive, and the like of the core material) caused by twisting irrespective of the thickness of the core material. That is, the effect of the number of twists on the core material varies depending on the thickness of the core material, but when the twist coefficient is the same, it means that the effect of the twisting on the core material is the same regardless of the thickness of the core material.
The twist factor of the core material in the present embodiment is preferably 0 or more, and more preferably higher than 0. On the other hand, when the twist multiplier is 200 or less, the flexibility of the core material or the adhesive article is improved, and the adhesive article is easily attached to a complicated shape or a narrow portion such as a curved portion, a bent portion, or a concave-convex portion. Accordingly, the twist factor of the core material is preferably 200 or less, more preferably 170 or less, further preferably 100 or less, still more preferably 80 or less, and still more preferably less than 50.

In the formula (A), K is a twist factor, T is a twist number (in [ times/m ]), and D is a fineness (in [ dtex ]).
The material of the filaments 13 forming the core material 11 in the present embodiment is not particularly limited, and may be a chemical fiber or a natural fiber. Examples of the chemical fiber include various polymer materials such as rayon, cuprammonium fiber, acetate fiber, pramipexole (Promix), nylon, aramid, vinylon (vinylon), vinylidene fiber (vinylidene), polyvinyl chloride, polyester, acrylic, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyurethane, polyclar, polylactic acid, synthetic rubbers such as glass, carbon fiber, polyurethane, and metal. Examples of the natural fibers include silk and natural rubber.
From the standpoint of adhesion, the filaments 13 forming the core material 11 in the present embodiment are preferably chemical fibers. The chemical fiber is not easy to fuzzing and is not easy to be distorted. Therefore, when the filaments forming the core material in the present embodiment are chemical fibers, the start point of peeling is less likely to occur, and excellent adhesion is exhibited.
Among the chemical fibers, polyester or nylon is particularly preferred.
The filaments 13 forming the core material 11 in the present embodiment may be hollow filaments. Generally, hollow filaments are rich in flexibility in the thickness direction and are easily deformed, and thus a core material obtained by using hollow filaments is also rich in flexibility in the thickness direction and is easily deformed.
Therefore, when a hollow fiber is used as the filament for forming the core material, the core material is more likely to be deformed such as to collapse. In addition, when the flexibility of the core material is high, stress dispersion due to deformation of the core material is likely to occur when a force is applied in a direction in which the adherends attached using the adhesive article are peeled off from each other, and thus stress is unlikely to be applied to the interface (adhesive surface) between the adhesive article and the adherends, and peeling is unlikely to occur. From the above aspect, when hollow filaments are used as filaments forming the core material, an adhesive article having particularly excellent adhesive force can be obtained.
In general, hollow filaments are brittle, and therefore, when hollow filaments are used as filaments for forming a core material, use without twisting is preferable.
The thickness (fineness) of the core material 11 in the present embodiment is not particularly limited, and may be appropriately adjusted according to the application of the adhesive article and the type of the adherend, and is, for example, about 20 to 2000 dtex.
Various additives such as a filler (inorganic filler, organic filler, etc.), an anti-aging agent, an antioxidant, an ultraviolet absorber, an antistatic agent, a lubricant, a plasticizer, a colorant (pigment, dye, etc.) and the like may be blended into the core material 11 as necessary. The surface of the core material may be subjected to known or conventional surface treatments such as corona discharge treatment, plasma treatment, primer coating, and the like.
The adhesive layer 12 in the present embodiment is formed using an adhesive. The adhesive for forming the adhesive layer 12 is not particularly limited, and known adhesives can be used. Examples thereof include acrylic adhesives, rubber adhesives, vinyl alkyl ether adhesives, silicone adhesives, polyester adhesives, polyamide adhesives, polyurethane adhesives, fluorine adhesives, and epoxy adhesives. Among them, from the viewpoint of adhesion, a rubber-based adhesive and an acrylic-based adhesive are preferable, and an acrylic-based adhesive is particularly preferable. The binder may be used alone or in combination of 2 or more kinds. The pressure-sensitive adhesive in the present embodiment is preferably one which has adhesiveness at ordinary temperature and can adhere an adherend to its surface by pressure generated when the surface of the adhesive is in contact with the surface of the adherend. In the case of the pressure-sensitive adhesive, the pressure-sensitive adhesive can be applied to an adherend which is not heat-resistant without heating.
The acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive is composed of a polymer of a monomer containing, as a main component, an alkyl (meth) acrylate such as ethyl acrylate, butyl acrylate, 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, isooctyl acrylate, isononyl acrylate, etc., and, if necessary, a modifying monomer such as acrylonitrile, vinyl acetate, styrene, methyl methacrylate, acrylic acid, maleic anhydride, vinylpyrrolidone, glycidyl methacrylate, dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate, hydroxyethyl acrylate, acrylamide, etc.
The rubber-based adhesive is composed of a rubber-based polymer such as natural rubber, styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer, styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer, styrene-ethylene butylene-styrene block copolymer, styrene butadiene rubber, polybutadiene, polyisoprene, polyisobutylene, butyl rubber, chloroprene rubber, and silicone rubber as a main component.
In addition, various additives such as rosin-based, terpene-based, styrene-based, aliphatic petroleum-based, aromatic petroleum-based, xylene-based, phenol-based, coumarone indene-based, hydrogenated products thereof, and the like, a crosslinking agent, a viscosity modifier (such as a tackifier), a leveling agent, a peeling modifier, a plasticizer, a softener, a filler, a colorant (such as a pigment or dye), a surfactant, an antistatic agent, a preservative, an anti-aging agent, an ultraviolet absorber, an antioxidant, and a light stabilizer can be suitably blended into these adhesives.
As the adhesive, both types of solvent-type adhesives and water-dispersible adhesives can be used. Here, the water-dispersible adhesive is preferable in that it can be applied at a high speed, is environmentally friendly, and has little influence (swelling and dissolution) on the core material 11 by the solvent.
In order to further improve the adhesive force of the adhesive article 10 of the present embodiment, it is preferable that a large amount of adhesive is attached to the core material, and specifically, the amount of adhesive attached (weight of the adhesive layer per unit length) in the adhesive article of the present embodiment is preferably 5mg/m or more, more preferably 8mg/m or more, and still more preferably 16mg/m or more. On the other hand, if the amount of the adhesive to be adhered is excessive, it is necessary to apply the adhesive to the core material a plurality of times in the manufacturing process, or it takes time to dry the applied adhesive, so that the manufacturing efficiency is low. Therefore, the adhesive agent in the adhesive article of the present embodiment is preferably attached in an amount of 200mg/m or less, more preferably 180mg/m or less, and still more preferably 160mg/m or less.
In the adhesive article 10 of the present embodiment, the adhesive layer 12 may cover the entire surface (longitudinal surface) of the core material 11, or may cover only a part of the surface of the core material 11. In addition, the adhesive layer 12 is typically formed continuously, but is not limited to this form, and may be formed in a regular pattern or an irregular pattern such as a dot shape, a stripe shape, or the like, for example. The end face of the core material may be covered with the adhesive layer 12 or may not be covered with the adhesive layer 12. For example, in the case where the adhesive article 10 is cut during the manufacturing process or at the time of use, the end face of the core material 11 may not be covered with the adhesive layer 12.
An example of the method for producing the adhesive article 10 according to the present embodiment will be described below. The method for producing the adhesive article 10 according to the present embodiment is not limited to the method for producing the adhesive article described below.
The adhesive article 10 of the present embodiment is obtained by applying an adhesive to the surface of the core material 11 by dipping (dipping), dipping, coating, or the like, and then drying by heating. The adhesive may be applied using a conventional coater such as a gravure roll coater, a reverse roll coater, a roll lick coater, a dip roll coater, a bar coater, a blade coater, or a spray coater. The drying temperature and time are not particularly limited, and may be appropriately set, and the drying temperature is preferably 40 to 200 ℃, more preferably 50 to 180 ℃, and particularly preferably 70 to 120 ℃. The drying time is preferably 5 seconds to 20 minutes, more preferably 5 seconds to 10 minutes, and particularly preferably 10 seconds to 5 minutes.
The adhesive article 10 of the present embodiment can be attached to a narrow member and a narrow region while suppressing overflow, is easily applicable to complex shapes such as curves, curved surfaces, and irregularities, and can be easily disassembled (reworked), and is also preferable from the viewpoint of easy detachment. Further, the adhesive force is excellent, and therefore, the adhesive composition can be used for adhesion of various articles.
For example, the adhesive article 10 according to the present embodiment can be suitably used for fixing an article in manufacturing an electronic device, and can be applied to fixing a narrow frame of a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone or a smart phone.
In addition, for example, when an adhesive tape is to be attached to an adherend having a complicated shape such as a curved line, a curved surface, or a concave-convex shape, wrinkles and overlapping occur in the adhesive tape in the portion, and smooth attachment is not easily suppressed by overflow, and there is a concern that the portion where wrinkles and overlapping occur may cause a decrease in adhesive force. In order to attach the adhesive tape without causing wrinkles or overlapping, it is also conceivable to attach the adhesive tape while cutting the adhesive tape finely, but the operability is greatly deteriorated. On the other hand, according to the adhesive article 10 of the present embodiment, even when it is adhered to a portion having a complicated shape such as a curved surface, or a concave-convex surface, it can be firmly adhered without generating wrinkles or overlapping. Further, since the adhesive article 10 can be attached to a portion to be attached at one time, that is, in one step, the adhesive article is excellent in handleability, and can be applied to an automatic production line.
Specifically, the adhesive article 10 of the present embodiment can be suitably used for fixing, for example, an electric wire, a cable such as an optical fiber, an LED optical fiber lamp, an optical fiber sensor such as an FBG (Fiber Bragg Gratings, fiber bragg grating), various wires (linear members) such as a wire, a rope, and a wire, and a narrow member in a desired form.
Even when the wire rod or the narrow member is fixed to another member or the like in a complicated shape, the adhesive article 10 according to the present embodiment can be firmly fixed with excellent operability while suppressing overflow, wrinkles, and overlapping in cooperation with the complicated shape that the wire rod or the narrow member should have. In the case of fixing the wire rod or the narrow member to another member, the adhesive article 10 of the present embodiment may be attached in advance in a state in which the wire rod or the narrow member on the surface of the other member should be fixed, and then the wire rod or the narrow member may be attached and fixed in cooperation with the adhesive article attached to the surface of the other member. Alternatively, the adhesive article according to the present embodiment may be attached to a wire or a narrow member, and then the wire or the narrow member may be fixed to another member in a desired form.
The adhesive article 10 of the present embodiment can be suitably used for temporary fixing (temporary fixing) of an article to a surface of another article. More specifically, the adhesive article of the present embodiment can be used for temporary fixing (temporary fixing) purposes in manufacturing, for example, fiber products such as clothing, shoes, bags, and hats, leather products, and the like. However, the application is not limited thereto, and can be suitably used for various applications in which temporary fixation (temporary fixation) is desired.
For example, when one article is fixed to the surface of another article, after the one article is temporarily fixed to the surface of the other article in advance by using a thread-like adhesive article and positioned, the two articles are fixed (fixed formally) by a fixing method such as thermocompression bonding or sewing. In this case, according to the adhesive article of the present embodiment, temporary fixing is easily performed while avoiding the fixing portion provided between the two articles. For example, in the case of sewing a fiber product or a leather product, if the temporary fixation is performed by a thread-like adhesive article, the temporary fixation is easily performed while avoiding the sewn portion, and the adhesion of the adhesive to the needle can be easily prevented.
In addition, according to the adhesive article of the present embodiment, as described above, even if the shapes of the two articles are complex shapes such as curves, curved surfaces, and irregularities, the adhesive article can be bonded well while suppressing overflow, wrinkles, and overlapping, and can be bonded in one step, and the operability is good.
In addition, even if a member that is easily deformed, such as a fabric, cloth, leather, or the like, constituting a fiber product or a leather product, is temporarily fixed by the adhesive article of the present embodiment, deformation of the member due to stretching can be suppressed or prevented, and the exterior design after fixation (main fixation) is excellent.
Further, according to the adhesive article of the present embodiment, after the two articles are fixed (main fixed), the adhesive article of the present embodiment is easily extracted and removed from between the two fixed (main fixed) articles as needed. In this way, the overflow of the adhesive can be prevented, and deterioration of design property due to time-dependent color change of the residual adhesive can be prevented well.
In addition, according to the adhesive article 10 of the present embodiment, the function can be compounded by forming the filaments that are twisted and combined with filaments made of other materials, or by interweaving the filaments and cloths (including nonwoven fabrics and sheets) made of other materials.
Examples
The present application will be specifically described below with reference to examples, but the present application is not limited to these examples.
[ production of adhesive article ]
Example 1]
(preparation of Water-dispersible acrylic adhesive for Forming adhesive layer)
To a reaction vessel equipped with a cooling tube, a nitrogen inlet tube, a thermometer and a stirrer, 40 parts by weight of ion exchange water was added, and the mixture was stirred at 60℃for 1 hour or more while introducing nitrogen gas to perform nitrogen substitution. To the reaction vessel was added 0.1 part by weight of 2,2' -azobis [ N- (2-carboxyethyl) -2-methylpropionamidine ] N hydrate (polymerization initiator). The system was kept at 60℃while the emulsion polymerization was carried out by slowly dropping the monomer emulsion A thereto over 4 hours.
As the monomer emulsion a, 98 parts by weight of 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, 1.25 parts by weight of acrylic acid, 0.75 part by weight of methacrylic acid, 0.05 part by weight of lauryl mercaptan (chain transfer agent), 0.02 part by weight of γ -methacryloxypropyl trimethoxysilane (trade name "KBM-503", manufactured by the company of the letter "shi chemical industry"), and 2 parts by weight of sodium polyoxyethylene lauryl sulfate (emulsifier) were added to 30 parts by weight of ion-exchanged water and emulsified. After the completion of the dropping of the monomer emulsion a, the temperature was further kept at 60 ℃ for 3 hours, and after the system was cooled to room temperature, the pH was adjusted to 7 by adding 10% aqueous ammonia to obtain an acrylic polymer emulsion (water-dispersible acrylic polymer) a.
For every 100 parts by weight of the acrylic polymer contained in the acrylic polymer emulsion A, 20 parts by weight of a tackifying resin emulsion (trade name "E-865NT", manufactured by Szechwan chemical industry Co., ltd.) was added on a solid content basis. Further, 10 mass% aqueous ammonia as a pH adjuster and polyacrylic acid (trade name "ARON B-500" manufactured by Toyama Synthesis Co., ltd.) as a thickener were used, the pH was adjusted to 7.2, and the viscosity was adjusted to 10Pa "s. Thus, a water-dispersible acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive a for pressure-sensitive adhesive layer was obtained.
(production of adhesive article)
A multifilament yarn (267 dtex) obtained by integrating 12 polyester filaments (filaments) without twisting was used as a core material. The adhesive layer was formed by dipping the core material with the water-dispersible acrylic adhesive a so that the adhesive adhering amount in the obtained adhesive article became 65mg/m, and then drying at 80 ℃ for 5 minutes, to obtain an adhesive article of example 1.
Example 2]
An adhesive article of example 2 was obtained in the same manner as in example 1 except that 48 filaments (filaments) of polyester were not twisted and the resultant multifilament (280 dtex) was used as a core material.

An adhesive article of example 3 was obtained in the same manner as in example 1 except that 72 multifilament yarns (250 dtex) which were assembled without twisting the filaments were used as a core material.
Example 4 ]
An adhesive article of example 4 was obtained in the same manner as in example 1 except that a multifilament (280 dtex) obtained by twisting 48 polyester filaments (filaments) 50 times/m was used as a core material.

An adhesive article of example 5 was obtained in the same manner as in example 4 except that the number of turns was set to 150 times/m.

An adhesive article of example 13 was obtained in the same manner as in example 1 except that 4 multifilament yarns (260 dtex) were used as a core material, which were assembled without twisting the filaments.

An adhesive article of example 14 was obtained in the same manner as in example 1 except that the number of turns was 120 times/m.

An adhesive article of example 15 was obtained in the same manner as in example 4 except that the number of turns was set to 5 times/m.
Comparative example 1]
An adhesive article of comparative example 1 was obtained in the same manner as in example 1 except that 1 280dtex polyester filament (filament) was used as a core material.
Comparative example 2]
An adhesive article of comparative example 2 was obtained in the same manner as in example 1 except that 3 multifilament yarns (315 dtex) were used as a core material, which were assembled without twisting the filaments.
[ evaluation of adhesive article ]
The adhesive force of each of the obtained adhesive articles was evaluated by the following method.
< evaluation of adhesive force >
Using the adhesive articles of each example, a round acrylic plate 42 having a thickness of 3mm and a diameter of 70mm and a rectangular polycarbonate resin plate 41 (short side 80mm, long side 110mm, thickness 10 mm) having a rectangular slit (short side 30mm, long side 40 mm) in the center were bonded so that the center of the acrylic plate 42 coincides with the center of the slit of the polycarbonate resin plate 41, and pressure-bonding was performed for 10 seconds at 2 kg. As shown in fig. 3 (a) and (b), the adhesive article is disposed along the edge of the acrylic plate. A perspective view of the bonded state is shown in fig. 3 (a), and a cross-sectional view taken along line A-A in fig. 3 (a) is shown in fig. 3 (b).
Next, the polycarbonate resin plate 41 was fixed, and as shown in fig. 3 (b), a load was applied to the center of the acryl plate 42 in the direction in which the acryl plate 42 and the polycarbonate resin plate 41 were separated from each other through the slit, and the maximum load observed until the acryl plate 42 and the polycarbonate resin plate 41 were separated was measured. The measurement results are shown in Table 1.
[ evaluation of softness ]
The flexibility of the adhesive body of each example and comparative example was evaluated by the following test. The adhesive body having excellent flexibility is preferable in that the deformation such as crushing of the core material described above is easily generated and the adhesive force is excellent, and in that the deformation conforming to the adherend having a complicated shape such as a curve, a curved surface, and a concave-convex is easily performed.
First, a ring having a diameter of 5cm was formed by using the adhesive body of each example. Next, the resultant ring was deformed by pressing with a finger from the outside to the inside, and softness was evaluated in 3 grades according to the touch at this time as shown below.
O (soft): can be deformed with little resistance felt.
Delta (slightly soft): the resistance is felt slightly when deformed. X (hard): a great resistance is felt at the time of deformation.

The adhesive articles of comparative examples 1 and 2 had a small number of filaments constituting the core material and had poor adhesive strength.
On the other hand, the adhesive articles of examples 1 to 15, in which the core material had 4 or more filaments, exhibited excellent adhesive force.

< examples 16 to 19>
Adhesive articles of examples 16 to 19 were obtained in the same manner as in example 1 except that 6 polyester filaments (filaments) were used, the filaments were collected without twisting, the filaments were collected with twisting numbers as shown in table 2 for examples 17 to 19, and the resultant multifilament (44 dtex) was used as a core material, and the adhesion amount of the adhesive was changed as shown in table 2.
< examples 20 to 25>
Adhesive articles of examples 20 to 25 were obtained in the same manner as in example 1 except that 8 core materials used in example 2 were used, the core materials were assembled without twisting, the multifilament (2240 dtex) obtained in the above manner was used as the core material, and the amount of adhesive was changed as shown in table 2, with the exception that the core materials were assembled by twisting the core materials with the number of twists shown in table 2 in examples 21 to 25.
[ evaluation of adhesive article ]
The adhesive articles of examples 16 to 25 were evaluated for adhesive force by the same method as described above. The results are shown in Table 2 together with the results of examples 2, 4 to 7 and 15.

Examples 4, 5, 15, 17, 18, 21 to 23 are particularly excellent in adhesion as compared with other examples of the same fineness. This is considered to be because the twist multiplier of the core material is particularly suitable.
While the preferred embodiments of the present application have been described above, the present application is not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications and substitutions can be made to the above embodiments without departing from the scope of the present application.

Claims (4)
1. An adhesive article comprising a core material and an adhesive layer covering the surface of the core material in the longitudinal direction, wherein the core material is a multifilament having 4 or more filaments,
the number of turns of the core material is 0-250 times/m.
2. The adhesive article according to claim 1, wherein the core material represented by formula (A) has a twist factor K of 0 to 200,
in the formula (A), K is a twist coefficient, T is a twist number, the unit of the twist number is a number of times/m, D is a fineness, and the unit of the fineness is dtex.
3. The adhesive article according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the filaments are hollow filaments.
4. The adhesive article according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the filaments are chemical fibers.
