In the invention, the mounting base 2 is arranged at a proper position and is connected with external corresponding parts so as to show the condition monitored by the laser radar assembly 1, the motor assembly 40 can drive the lifting shaft part 37 through the synchronous wheel part 32 and the synchronous belt 39 to drive the lifting shaft part 37 to drive the second conical wheel part 30 to rotate, simultaneously, the lifting block 38 can drive the lifting shaft part 37 to adjust the position of the second conical wheel part 30 which is in conflict with the first conical wheel part 29 through the second electric telescopic rod 24, when the conflict position of the second conical wheel part 30 is adjusted, the vertical plate part 23 can move, the telescopic rod part 25 and the resistance spring part 26 can be extruded, the telescopic rod part 25 and the resistance spring part 26 generate reactive force, so that the second conical wheel part 30 and the first conical wheel part 29 are always firmly in conflict, ensuring the transmission quality, the first conical wheel piece 29 enables the second gear piece 27 to drive the first gear piece 7 to enable the connecting pipe piece 4 to rotate, the connecting pipe piece 4 can enable the laser radar component 1 to rotate, the monitoring range can be enlarged, the fixed pipe piece 33 can enable the second transmission wheel piece 36 to drive the transmission belt 34 to operate, meanwhile, the second transmission wheel piece 36 can move along with the fixed pipe piece 33, the transmission belt 34 is convenient to be meshed in different positions, the first transmission wheel piece 35 can enable the third gear piece 45 to enable the annular gear piece 6 to drive the annular gear piece 5 to rotate, the connecting frame 13 can enable the movable pipe piece 14 and the vertical shaft piece 11 to move through the first electric telescopic rod 9, the two conical gear pieces 12 are meshed to enable stable transmission, the abutting wheel piece 10 can enable the annular gear piece 6 to drive the connecting wheel piece 18 to rotate through the transverse shaft piece 17, the two connecting wheel pieces 18 and the connecting belt 8 to transmit, the linkage belt 8 drives the pushing shaft piece 42 to enable the square frame piece 21 to push the push rod 20 to enable the moving block 19 to drive the laser radar component 1 to turn over, after the first electric telescopic rod 9 is reset, the linkage wheel piece 18 is fixed through the abutting of the mounting plate 16 and the abutting rubber ring 15, and therefore the stability of the position of the laser radar component 1 can be effectively guaranteed.
