“至少间接的连接”应理解为两个轴要么非间接地(也就是说直接地)要么通过另外的轴和/或齿轮相互连接。“轴”在本发明的意义中应理解为所述变速器的可旋转的构件,所述变速器的每个所属的部件通过所述构件抗扭转地相互连接或在操纵所述切换元件的情况下能通过所述构件建立这样的连接。在此,各个轴可在轴向上或在径向上或者也既在轴向上又在径向上相互连接。这样,各个轴也可作为中间件存在,相应部件通过所述中间件例如在径向上被连接。在此,所述术语“轴”不排除:要连接的部件可一体地实施。尤其地,抗扭转地相互连接的两个轴可一体地构造。

具体实施方式
图1示出具有第一驱动车桥101(带有两个车轮R1、R2)和第二驱动车桥102(带有两个车轮R3、R4)的车辆100。当前,第一驱动车桥101作为所述车辆100的前桥构造并且配备有作为混合动力变速器构造的变速器,所述变速器将内燃机VM、第一电机EM1以及第二电机EM2与第一驱动车桥101的车轮R1、R2驱动作用地连接。为此,所述变速器具有差速器2和唯一的切换元件A。所述内燃机VM与第二电机EM2彼此同轴地构造。所述差速器2还与第一电机EM1彼此同轴地并且与所述内燃机VM及第二电机EM2轴线平行地构造。在第二驱动车桥102上,也就是说所述车辆100的后桥上设置有第三电机EM3用于电动地驱动该后桥。通过第二驱动车桥102上的第三电机EM3实现全轮驱动系统。尤其地,第三电机EM3通过(未更详细示出的)在第二驱动车桥102上的差速器与第二驱动车桥102的车轮R3、R4驱动作用地连接。替代地,可取消在所述车辆100的第二驱动车桥102上的驱动,由此节约成本、重量和结构空间。当前,所述内燃机VM连同所述三个电机EM1、EM2、EM3以及所述变速器形成所述车辆100的动力传动系1。所述变速器横向于车辆纵向设置。

所述变速器包括用于连接所述内燃机VM的第一变速器输入轴W1,在第一变速器输入轴W1上设置有构造为扭转减振器的减振装置6。当前,所述内燃机VM的曲轴抗扭转地与所述减振装置6的输入部连接,第一变速器输入轴W1与所述减振装置6的输出部抗扭转地连接。通过第一变速器输入轴W1将所述内燃机VM的驱动功率导入到所述变速器中。

第一变速器输入轴W1与第三变速器输入轴W3彼此同轴地设置并且相互抗扭转地连接。第二变速器输入轴W2作为空心轴构造并且与所述差速器2同轴地设置,第二差速器输出轴5在轴向上穿过第二变速器输入轴W2延伸。第一变速器输入轴W1及第三变速器输入轴W3与所述内燃机VM及第二电机一起设置在第一旋转轴线A1上。第二变速器输入轴W2连同第一电机EM1一起和所述差速器2设置在第二旋转轴线A2上。所述变速器输出轴W4和所述切换元件A设置在第三旋转轴线A3上。所述三个旋转轴线A1、A2、A3彼此轴线平行地设置并且因此具有在径向上的轴线间距。
所述变速器输出轴W4能通过第一正齿轮级ST1(包括固定齿轮F1和活动齿轮L1)与第一变速器输入轴W1及第三变速器输入轴W3连接。第一正齿轮级ST1的所述固定齿轮F1与第一变速器输入轴W1抗扭转地连接,第一正齿轮级ST1的所述活动齿轮L1可旋转地设置在所述变速器输出轴W4上。第一正齿轮级ST1的所述固定齿轮F1与第一正齿轮级ST1的所述活动齿轮L1齿轮啮合。所述切换元件A与所述变速器输出轴W4同轴地设置并且在闭合状态中将第一正齿轮级ST1的所述活动齿轮L1与所述变速器输出轴W4抗扭转地连接。此外,所述切换元件A在断开状态中将第一正齿轮级ST1的所述活动齿轮L1与所述变速器输出轴W4脱耦,从而使得所述变速器输出轴W4与第一变速器输入轴W1及第三变速器输入轴W3脱耦并且能相互独立地旋转。所述切换元件A优选构造为形锁合式的切换元件,但替代地也可构造为摩擦锁合式的切换元件。形锁合式的切换元件相对于摩擦锁合式的切换元件而言结构更加紧凑且更高效。
所述变速器输出轴W4通过第二正齿轮级ST2(包括第一固定齿轮F21和第二固定齿轮F22)与第二变速器输入轴W2连接。第二正齿轮级ST2的第一固定齿轮F21与第二变速器输入轴W2抗扭转地连接。第二正齿轮级ST2的第二固定齿轮F22与所述变速器输出轴W4抗扭转地连接。第二正齿轮级ST2的第一固定齿轮F21与第二正齿轮级ST2的第二固定齿轮F22齿轮啮合。
此外,所述变速器输出轴W4通过第三正齿轮级ST3(包括第一固定齿轮F31和第二固定齿轮F32)与所述差速器2连接。第三正齿轮级ST3的第一固定齿轮F31与所述差速器输入轴3抗扭转地连接,第三正齿轮级ST3的第二固定齿轮F32与所述变速器输出轴W4抗扭转地连接。第三正齿轮级ST3的第一固定齿轮F31与第三正齿轮级ST3的第二固定齿轮F32齿轮啮合。
在所述切换元件A的闭合状态中实现混合动力的行驶驱动,所述内燃机及两个电机EM1、EM2与所述差速器2连接。当所述切换元件A断开,实现两个行驶模式,即纯电动行驶和串联行驶。在纯电动行驶期间,仅通过第一电机EM1对所述差速器2进行驱动,所述内燃机VM和第二电机EM2不参与驱动并且尤其地停止工作。在串联行驶期间,所述内燃机VM驱动第二电机EM2,第二电机EM2以发电机运行模式为第一电机EM1的电动运行产生电能,所述第一电机驱动所述差速器2。因此,所述串联行驶是电池中性的行驶模式。
图3示出具有根据本发明的变速器的动力传动系1的第二实施形式。根据图3的所述变速器基本上与根据图2的所述变速器相符,所述两个实施形式之间的区别在于第二电机EM2的连接。当前,第一变速器输入轴W1与第三变速器输入轴W3并不是彼此同轴地设置和相互抗扭转地连接的,而是彼此轴线平行地设置并且通过第四正齿轮级ST4(包括第一固定齿轮F41、第二固定齿轮F42以及设置在其间的中间齿轮Z)连接。因此,第二电机EM2与所述内燃机VM也彼此轴线平行地设置。第四正齿轮级ST4的第一固定齿轮F41与第三变速器输入轴W3抗扭转地连接,第四正齿轮级ST2的第二固定齿轮F42与第一变速器输入轴W1抗扭转地连接。所述中间齿轮Z可旋转地支承并且与第四正齿轮级ST4的所述两个固定齿轮F41、F42齿轮啮合。在其他方面,根据图3的所述实施例与根据图2的所述实施例相符,参照根据图2的所述实施例。
图4示出具有根据本发明的变速器的动力传动系1的第三实施形式。根据图4的所述变速器基本上与根据图3的所述变速器相符,所述两个实施形式之间的区别在于所述切换元件A的布置以及第一正齿轮级ST1的构造。当前,第一正齿轮级ST1的所述固定齿轮F1与所述变速器输出轴W4抗扭转地连接。因此,在所述变速器输出轴W4上设置有恰好三个固定齿轮F1、F21、F31。第一正齿轮级ST1的所述活动齿轮L1可旋转地设置在第一变速器输入轴W1上。所述切换元件A与第一变速器输入轴W1同轴地设置并且在闭合状态中将第一正齿轮级ST1的所述活动齿轮L1抗扭转地与第一变速器输入轴W1连接。在其他方面,根据图4的所述实施例与根据图3的所述实施例相符,参照根据图3的所述实施例。

Claims (15)

1.用于车辆(100)的动力传动系(1)的变速器,所述变速器具有:
·用于连接内燃机(VM)的第一变速器输入轴(W1),
·用于连接第一电机(EM1)的第二变速器输入轴(W2),
·用于连接第二电机(EM2)的第三变速器输入轴(W3),
·具有一个差速器输入轴(3)和两个差速器输出轴(4,5)的差速器(2),
·至少间接地与所述差速器输入轴(3)及第二变速器输入轴(W2)连接的变速器输出轴(W4),
·唯一的切换元件(A),该切换元件用于将所述第一及第三变速器输入轴(W1,W3)与所述变速器输出轴(W4)脱耦,
其中,第一变速器输入轴(W1)与所述第三变速器输入轴(W3)至少间接地连接,
其中,所述变速器输出轴(W4)能借助于所述切换元件(A)通过第一正齿轮级(ST1)与所述第一及第三变速器输入轴(W1,W3)连接,所述第一正齿轮级包括固定齿轮(F1)和活动齿轮(L1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的变速器,其中,第一正齿轮级(ST1)的所述固定齿轮(F1)与第一变速器输入轴(W1)抗扭转地连接,第一正齿轮级(ST1)的所述活动齿轮(L1)可旋转地设置在所述变速器输出轴(W4)上,所述切换元件(A)在闭合状态中将第一正齿轮级(ST1)的所述活动齿轮(L1)与所述变速器输出轴(W4)抗扭转地连接。

7.根据前述权利要求之一所述的变速器,其中,所述变速器输出轴(W4)通过第二正齿轮级(ST2)而与第二变速器输入轴(W2)连接,该第二正齿轮级包括第一固定齿轮(F21)及第二固定齿轮(F22),第二正齿轮级(ST2)的第一固定齿轮(F21)与第二变速器输入轴(W2)抗扭转地连接,第二正齿轮级(ST2)的第二固定齿轮(F22)与所述变速器输出轴(W4)抗扭转地连接。
8.根据前述权利要求之一所述的变速器,其中,所述变速器输出轴(W4)通过第三正齿轮级(ST3)而与所述差速器(2)连接,该第三正齿轮级包括第一固定齿轮(F31)及第二固定齿轮(F32),第三正齿轮级(ST3)的第一固定齿轮(F31)与所述差速器输入轴(3)抗扭转地连接,第三正齿轮级(ST3)的第二固定齿轮(F32)与所述变速器输出轴(W4)抗扭转地连接。
9.根据前述权利要求之一所述的变速器,其中,第一与第三变速器输入轴(W1,W3)彼此同轴地设置并且相互抗扭转地连接。
10.根据权利要求1至8之一所述的变速器,其中,第一与第三变速器输入轴(W1,W3)彼此轴线平行地设置,第一与第三变速器输入轴(W1,W3)通过第四正齿轮级(ST4)连接,该第四正齿轮级包括第一固定齿轮(F41)、第二固定齿轮(F42)以及设置在第一固定齿轮和第二固定齿轮之间的中间齿轮(Z),第四正齿轮级(ST4)的第一固定齿轮(F41)与第三变速器输入轴(W3)抗扭转地连接,第四正齿轮级(ST2)的第二固定齿轮(F42)与第一变速器输入轴(W1)抗扭转地连接。
11.根据权利要求1至8之一所述的变速器,其中,第一与第三变速器输入轴(W1,W3)彼此轴线平行地设置,第三变速器输入轴(W3)与所述变速器输出轴(W4)通过第四正齿轮级(ST4‘)连接,该第四正齿轮级包括固定齿轮(F4)和活动齿轮(L4),所述第四正齿轮级(ST4‘)的固定齿轮(F4)与第三变速器输入轴(W3)抗扭转地连接,所述第四正齿轮级(ST4‘)的活动齿轮(L4)可旋转地支承在所述变速器输出轴(W4)上并且能通过所述切换元件(A)与所述变速器输出轴(W4)抗扭转地连接。
12.根据前述权利要求之一所述的变速器,其中,第二变速器输入轴(W2)构造为空心轴并且与所述差速器(2)同轴地设置,所述两个差速器输出轴(4,5)中的一个差速器输出轴在轴向上穿过第二变速器输入轴(W2)延伸。
13.根据前述权利要求之一所述的变速器,其中,第一变速器输入轴(W1)设置在第一旋转轴线(A1)上,第二变速器输入轴(W2)设置在第二旋转轴线(A2)上,所述变速器输出轴(W4)设置在第三旋转轴线(A3)上,这三个旋转轴线(A1,A2,A3)彼此轴线平行地设置。
14.动力传动系(1),所述动力传动系包括内燃机(VM)、第一电机(EM1)、至少一个第二电机(EM2)和根据权利要求1至13之一所述的变速器,其中,所述内燃机(VM)与第一电机(EM1)彼此轴线平行地设置。
