In order to solve the technical problems, the application provides automatic cleaning and sterilizing equipment for medical equipment, and aims to provide equipment which has good cleaning and sterilizing effects, can realize batch and pipelined cleaning and sterilizing of the medical equipment, and can realize automatic tripping and blanking after cleaning and sterilizing are completed.

the application provides automatic cleaning and sterilizing equipment for medical instruments, which comprises a base and a frame fixed on the base, wherein an annular guide rail assembly is fixed at the bottom of the frame, a material changing platform is arranged at the front part of the base, the improvement is that a cleaning and sterilizing assembly and a drying device are sequentially arranged at the lower side of the guide rail assembly on the base, a plurality of sliding frame assemblies are slidably arranged on the guide rail assembly, the sliding frame assemblies are in driving connection through chains, a hanging basket assembly is arranged at the bottom of the sliding frame assembly, the sliding frame assemblies can drive the hanging basket assembly to rotate, the guide rail assembly comprises a fixed guide rail and an adjusting guide rail which are mutually inserted, the fixed guide rail is fixed at the lower part of the frame, a first driving device and a first driven device are respectively fixed at two sides of the front end of the guide rail assembly through a mounting frame, a tensioning frame assembly for adjusting the distance between the adjusting guide rail and the fixed guide rail is further arranged at the rear part of the frame, a second driving device and a second driven device are respectively fixed at two sides of the tensioning frame assembly through the mounting frame, and the adjusting guide rail is arranged below the tensioning frame assembly and is sleeved on the second driving device and the second driven device.

Preferably, the drying device comprises a bottom air box, two sides of the air box are respectively communicated with an air outlet mechanism and an air inlet mechanism, a blower is arranged in the air outlet mechanism, an air inlet of the blower is communicated with the air box, and an electric heating plate is arranged at an air outlet of the blower.
Compared with the prior art, the application has at least the following beneficial effects:
(1) According to the automatic cleaning and sterilizing equipment for the medical instrument, the carriage assembly circularly moves along the guide rail assembly to drive the hanging basket assembly to sequentially pass through the pre-cleaning assembly, the flushing and sterilizing assembly, the ultraviolet sterilizing device and the drying device from the material changing platform and finally return to the material changing platform, so that batch and pipelined cleaning and sterilizing of the medical instrument can be realized; and the medical instrument is not damaged by flushing, sterilizing and drying through the cleaning and sterilizing assembly and the drying device.
(2) The carriage assembly can drive the hanging basket assembly to revolve along the guide rail assembly and simultaneously rotate, so that multi-angle cleaning and killing are realized, and the cleaning and killing effect is improved.
(3) The automatic cleaning and sterilizing equipment for the medical instrument is provided with the straightening mechanism and the discharging shifting fork, so that automatic tripping and discharging of the hanging basket assembly can be realized after cleaning and sterilizing are completed.
(4) The cleaning and disinfecting assembly divides the disinfection of medical instruments into two steps, firstly carries out primary flushing and then carries out secondary cleaning and disinfecting; the disinfectant used in the primary flushing is used for secondary cleaning and disinfecting, the requirement on the cleanliness of the disinfectant is low, residual tissues and stains on medical instruments are primarily cleaned, secondary cleaning and disinfecting are performed, and the disinfectant is utilized for two times, so that the cleaning and disinfecting effects are improved while the saving and utilization of the disinfectant are realized.
(5) The tensioning frame assembly can drive the adjusting guide rail to move away from the fixed guide rail, and the automatic tensioning of the chain can be realized by adjusting the number of the balancing weights.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present application, not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.
A medical instrument automatic cleaning and disinfecting apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 13.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the automatic cleaning and disinfecting equipment for medical instruments comprises a base 2 and a frame 1 fixed on the base 2, wherein a cleaning and disinfecting assembly and a drying device 12 are arranged on the base 2, a material changing platform 14 is arranged at the front part of the base 2, and in the embodiment, the frame 1 is a supporting frame and comprises six upright posts and a rectangular frame formed by welding square tubes at the top. The cleaning and disinfecting assembly is used for cleaning and disinfecting medical instruments, the drying device 12 is used for drying and disinfecting the medical instruments after cleaning and disinfecting, in the embodiment, the drying device 12 comprises a blower, an air outlet of the blower is provided with an electric heating plate for heating, the drying device 12 comprises a bottom air box, two sides of the air box are respectively communicated with an air outlet mechanism and an air inlet mechanism, the air outlet mechanism is internally provided with a blower, an air inlet of the blower is communicated with the air box, and the air outlet is provided with the electric heating plate; when the medical instrument drying machine works, the blower of the air outlet mechanism works, negative pressure is formed in the air box (air is taken in by the air inlet mechanism at the moment), blown hot air dries the medical instrument, then enters the air inlet mechanism, finally enters the negative pressure air box, and the work is circulated.
As shown in fig. 2-4, an annular guide rail assembly 3 is fixed at the bottom of the frame 1, a cleaning and disinfecting assembly and a drying device 12 are sequentially arranged on the lower side of the guide rail assembly 3 on the base 2, a plurality of sliding frame assemblies 4 are slidably arranged on the guide rail assembly 3, the sliding frame assemblies 4 are in driving connection through a chain 5, a hanging basket assembly 6 is arranged at the bottom of at least one sliding frame assembly 4, and more specifically, the sliding frame assembly 4 can drive the hanging basket assembly 6 to rotate; the medical instrument is placed on the basket assembly 6.
The guide rail assembly 3 specifically comprises a fixed guide rail 32 and an adjusting guide rail 31 which are mutually spliced, wherein the fixed guide rail 32 is fixed at the lower part of the frame 1, as shown in fig. 8, the two sides of the front end of the guide rail assembly 3 are respectively fixed with a first driving device 15 and a first driven device 16 through mounting racks, and the chain 5 is sleeved on the first driving device 15 and the first driven device 16; in addition, as shown in fig. 1, 6 and 7, the rear part of the frame 1 is further provided with a tensioning frame assembly 8 for adjusting the distance between the adjusting guide rail 31 and the fixed guide rail 32, two sides of the tensioning frame assembly 8 are respectively fixed with a second driving device 83 and a second driven device 84 through mounting frames, the adjusting guide rail 31 is arranged below the tensioning frame assembly 8, and the chain 5 is sleeved on the second driving device 83 and the second driven device 84. It should be noted that, the first driving device 15 and the second driving device 83 have the same structure and function of driving the chain 5 to move, the first driving device 15 and the second driving device 83 each include a stepping motor fixed on the mounting frame, the output shaft of the stepping motor is downward, and a driving wheel is fixed on the stepping motor and is used for driving the chain 5 to move; similarly, the first driven device 16 and the second driven device 84 have the same structure, and both include bearing seats fixed on corresponding mounting frames, and driven wheels are rotatably mounted at the bottoms of the bearing seats, which is a conventional structure and is not limited herein.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 12, a socket 311 is provided at a portion where the adjustment rail 31 is connected to the fixed rail 32, a supporting plate 313 is provided at the bottom of the socket 311, a socket groove 312 is provided on the supporting plate 313, and the fixed rail 32 is provided with a socket 321 adapted to the socket 311 and the socket groove 312.
The working principle of the structure is as follows: the tensioning frame assembly 8 can drive the adjusting guide rail 31 to move away from the fixed guide rail 32, so that the chain 5 is tensioned automatically, and the chain 5 is driven by the first driving device 15 and the second driving device 83 to drive the carriage assembly 4 to move along the guide rail assembly 3.
More specifically, the specific structure of the tensioning frame assembly 8 is shown in fig. 6 and 7, and the tensioning frame assembly comprises a fixing frame 81 fixed at the bottom of the frame 1, two groups of sliding rod mechanisms 82 are installed on the fixing frame 81, each sliding rod mechanism 82 comprises a sliding rod 821, rolling wheels 822 are installed at two ends of the sliding rod 821, and the rolling wheels 822 are arranged on tracks at two sides of the fixing frame 81 in a rolling mode. The adjusting guide rail 31 is fixed at the bottoms of the two groups of slide bar mechanisms 82, the second driving device 83 and the second driven device 84 are fixedly arranged between the two groups of slide bar mechanisms 82 through a mounting frame, one group of slide bar mechanisms 82 is connected with a heavy hammer group 85 through a steel wire rope 86 and a pulley, and the heavy hammer group 85 comprises a plurality of balancing weights; the weight set 85 pulls the two sets of slide bar mechanisms 82 under the action of gravity, so as to drive the adjusting rail 31 to move away from the fixed rail 32.
In addition, in the moving process, the carriage assembly 4 can drive the hanging basket assembly 6 to rotate, so that multi-angle cleaning and killing are realized, and the cleaning and killing effect is improved. Specifically, the method can be realized by the following structure.
As shown in fig. 5, the carriage assembly 4 comprises two carriages 41 inserted on the chain 5, the tops of the two carriages 41 are all installed on the guide rail assembly 3 through rollers 42, the bottoms of the two carriages are all hinged with rotating rods 43, the two rotating rods 43 are all rotatably installed on two sides of the top of the same connecting plate 44, in addition, the bottom of the connecting plate 44 is hinged with a connecting rod 45, the bottom of the connecting rod 45 is rotatably installed with a circular toothed plate 46, the bottom of the circular toothed plate 46 is fixedly provided with an orientation plate 47, and the bottom of the orientation plate 47 is provided with a hanging block 48;
in addition, the bottom of the frame 1 is fixed with a rectangular plate 7 on the inner side of the plurality of carriage assemblies 4, racks are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the rectangular plate 7, the racks on the two sides are respectively positioned above the cleaning and disinfecting assembly and the drying device 12, the racks are meshed with a circular toothed plate 46 of the carriage assemblies 4, and the racks are used for driving the hanging basket assemblies 6 to rotate through meshing with the circular toothed plate 46 in the moving process of the carriage assemblies 4.
The working principle of the structure is as follows: the carriage assembly 4 circularly moves along the guide rail assembly 3 to drive the hanging basket assembly 6 to sequentially pass through the pre-cleaning assembly 10, the flushing and disinfecting assembly 11 and the drying device 12 from the material changing platform 14, and finally returns to the material changing platform 14 for discharging; because the rectangular plate 7 is arranged above the cleaning and disinfecting assembly and the drying device 12 and is provided with racks, the circular toothed plate 46 of the carriage assembly 4 is meshed with the racks on two sides of the rectangular plate 7 during passing, and the circular toothed plate is self-transmitted around the connecting rod 45 to drive the hanging basket assembly 6 to rotate while revolving in the cleaning and disinfecting assembly and the drying device 12. The connection plate 44 is not rotated along with the circular toothed plate 46 by the two rotation levers 43 and the limit of the carriage 41.
As shown in fig. 3 and 13, the cleaning and disinfecting assembly comprises a pre-cleaning assembly 10 and a rinsing and disinfecting assembly 11 which are arranged in sequence along the movement direction of the carriage assembly 4; specifically, the pre-cleaning assembly 10 includes a water return tank 102 and a plurality of first spray heads 101, and the flushing and disinfecting assembly 11 includes a water collection tank 112 and a plurality of second spray heads 111; the concrete connection structure is as follows: the second spray heads 111 are communicated with the external disinfectant, the water collection tank 112 is positioned at the lower side of the second spray heads 111 and used for collecting the disinfectant sprayed out of the second spray heads 111, the bottom of the water collection tank 112 is communicated with the plurality of first spray heads 101 through a pipeline with the water pump 20, and the water return tank 102 is positioned at the lower side of the first spray heads 101 and used for collecting the disinfectant sprayed out of the first spray heads 101.
The structure divides the sterilization of medical instruments into two steps, firstly carries out primary flushing and then carries out secondary cleaning and sterilization; the disinfectant used in the primary flushing is used for secondary cleaning and disinfecting, the requirement on the cleanliness of the disinfectant is low, residual tissues and stains on medical instruments are firstly primarily cleaned, and then the secondary cleaning and disinfecting is performed, so that the cleaning and disinfecting effects are improved.
The specific working principle is as follows: the medical instrument is placed in the basket assembly 6, the carriage assembly 4 drives the basket assembly 6 to sequentially pass through the pre-cleaning assembly 10 and the flushing and disinfecting assembly 11, the pre-cleaning assembly 10 sprays disinfectant through the first spray nozzle 101 to perform primary flushing on the medical instrument in the basket assembly 6, the residual tissues and stains on the medical instrument are primarily removed, the basket assembly 6 rotates in the moving process of the pre-cleaning assembly 10, the multi-angle primary flushing is realized, and the used disinfectant falls into the water return tank 102; then, the basket assembly 6 enters the washing and disinfecting assembly 11, secondary cleaning and disinfecting is performed by spraying disinfectant through the second spray nozzle 111 communicated with the external disinfectant, the disinfectant falls into the water collecting tank 112 and is conveyed to the first spray nozzle 101 of the pre-cleaning assembly 10 through the pipeline with the water pump 20, and the primary cleaning and disinfecting is performed on medical instruments.
In addition, the application can realize the automatic discharging of the hanging basket assembly 6, and the specific structure is as follows:
as shown in fig. 5, a dovetail groove is formed at the bottom of the hanging block 48 of the carriage assembly 4, and the plate surface of the orientation plate 47 is parallel to the length direction of the dovetail groove. The hanging basket assembly 6 comprises a connecting block 61, a dovetail block matched with the dovetail groove is arranged on the upper portion of the connecting block 61, and a stainless steel cleaning basket 62 is fixed at the bottom of the connecting block 61.
In addition, as shown in fig. 8 to 10, the rectangular plate 7 is fixed with a centering mechanism 17 at the front, the center bottom of the centering mechanism 17 is fixed with a discharge fork 18, specifically, the centering mechanism 17 is a strip-shaped plate with a guiding round angle, the centering mechanism 17 guides the guiding plate 47 to make the dovetail groove length direction of the hanging block 48 parallel to the moving direction of the carriage assembly 4, more specifically, the discharge fork 18 is L-shaped, and the bottom upper surface thereof is lower than the lower surface of the hanging block 48, and the discharge fork 18 can allow the hanging block 48 to pass through and block the connecting block 61 from being separated from the hanging block 48 in the moving process of the carriage assembly 4.
The working principle of the structure for realizing automatic discharging is as follows:
as shown in fig. 8, when the carriage assembly 4 moves to the round corner of the centering mechanism 17, the orientation plate 47 is under the centering of the centering mechanism 17, the plate surface of the orientation plate 47 is parallel to the front side of the centering mechanism 17 (as shown in fig. 9), the carriage assembly 4 continues to drive the basket assembly 6 to move, and the lower part of the L-shaped discharging fork 18 can block the connecting block 61 to move so as to separate from the hanging block 48 (as shown in fig. 10); the automatic unloading of the hanging basket assembly 6 is completed, the sliding frame assembly 4 continues to move, and an operator can install the hanging basket assembly 6 containing medical instruments to be cleaned and killed at the position of the material changing platform 14.
In addition, as shown in fig. 2 and 11, the rear side of the base 2 is provided with a plurality of ultraviolet disinfection devices 13, the center of the base 2 is provided with a light shielding plate 19, two sides of the chain 5 are also provided with a pressing mechanism 9, the pressing mechanism 9 comprises a bracket fixed on the side surface of the frame 1, and a plurality of pressing wheels for pressing the chain 5 are arranged on the bracket.
The working principle of the automatic cleaning and disinfecting equipment for the medical instrument is as follows:
first, the basket assembly 6, in which the medical instruments to be cleaned and killed are placed, is transported to the reloading platform 14, and the basket assembly 6 is mounted at the bottom of the carriage assembly 4 through the connection block 61 and the hanging block 48. The first driving device 15 and the second driving device 83 are started to drive the chain 5 to move, so that the carriage assembly 4 and the hanging basket assembly 6 are driven to move, and the hanging basket assembly 6 sequentially passes through the pre-cleaning component 10, the flushing and disinfecting component 11, the ultraviolet disinfecting device 13 and the drying device 12 and finally returns to the material changing platform 14.
When the circular toothed plate 46 of the carriage assembly 4 is meshed with racks on two sides of the rectangular plate 7, the circular toothed plate is self-transmitted around the connecting rod 45, and the hanging basket assembly 6 is driven to rotate while revolving along the guide rail assembly 3 in the cleaning and sterilizing assembly and the drying device 12, so that the cleaning and sterilizing effect at multiple angles is realized, and the cleaning and sterilizing effect is improved.
In the cleaning and sterilizing assembly, the carriage assembly 4 drives the hanging basket assembly 6 to sequentially pass through the pre-cleaning assembly 10 and the flushing and sterilizing assembly 11, the pre-cleaning assembly 10 sprays sterilizing liquid through the first spray nozzle 101 to primarily clean and sterilize medical instruments in the hanging basket assembly 6, and the used sterilizing liquid falls into the water return tank 102; then, the basket assembly 6 enters the washing and disinfecting assembly 11, secondary cleaning and disinfecting is performed by spraying disinfectant through the second spray nozzle 111 communicated with the external disinfectant, the disinfectant falls into the water collecting tank 112 and is conveyed to the first spray nozzle 101 of the pre-cleaning assembly 10 through the pipeline with the water pump 20, and the primary cleaning and disinfecting is performed on medical instruments.
When the basket assembly 6 reaches the material changing platform 14 after being dried by the drying device 12, the carriage assembly 4 moves to the round corner of the straightening mechanism 17, the orientation plate 47 is under the straightening of the straightening mechanism 17, the plate surface of the orientation plate 47 is parallel to the front side of the straightening mechanism 17 (as shown in fig. 9), the carriage assembly 4 continuously drives the basket assembly 6 to move, and the lower part of the L-shaped discharging shifting fork 18 can block the connecting block 61 to move so as to separate from the hanging block 48 (as shown in fig. 10); the automatic unloading of the hanging basket assembly 6 is completed, the sliding frame assembly 4 continues to move, and an operator can install the hanging basket assembly 6 containing medical instruments to be cleaned and killed at the position of the material changing platform 14.
