In this embodiment, the first circulation duct 41 is configured to receive the air after the secondary filtration, adjust the temperature and humidity of the air by the circulation air conditioner 42, and then convey the air to the return air chamber 1 again by the second circulation duct 43, thereby realizing the circulation flow of the air.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the paint spraying machine is operated, a workpiece is sent into the paint spraying room 2 to spray paint, paint mist generated in the process is driven by the fresh air system 4 to move towards the filter chamber 3, and is primarily filtered by the paint mist filtering paper box 72 and then is conveyed to the secondary filter 64 for further filtering, and is conveyed back to the paint spraying room 2 for reuse through the fresh air system 4, so that the effect of circulating flow is achieved, after the paint mist filtering paper box 72 is filtered and saturated, the corresponding filter assembly 7 is taken out through the replacement assembly 8, the corresponding wind shield 93 is popped up to block the filtering air opening 92 after the replacement of the paint mist filtering paper box 72, the wind shield 93 is pushed out after the filter assembly 7 is installed back to the installation area again, the air flow is recovered by the filtering air opening 92, and paint mist air dissipation caused by the operation of the fresh air system 4 can be effectively avoided when the replacement of the paint mist filtering paper box 72 is carried out, and the damage to workers caused by paint mist is greatly reduced.

the filtering chamber (3) comprises a mixing pressure chamber (5), a filtering unit (6) and a separation assembly (9), wherein the separation assembly (9) is positioned in the middle of the filtering chamber (3), the mixing pressure chamber (5) is positioned above the separation assembly (9), and the filtering unit (6) is positioned below the separation assembly (9);
the filtering unit (6) comprises a partition baffle (61), a carton replacing area (62) and an exhaust cavity (63), wherein the partition baffle (61) is positioned below the partition assembly (9), a plurality of installation areas are formed in the partition baffle (61), the carton replacing area (62) is positioned on one side of the partition baffle (61), the exhaust cavity (63) is positioned on the other side of the partition baffle (61), a sealing door is arranged on one side of one end of the carton replacing area (62), a replacing area is arranged in the carton replacing area (62) and close to the sealing door, and filtering assemblies (7) are arranged in the installation areas and the replacing areas;
