s2, keeping cheekbones and forehead and eyebrow arches as supporting points on the face, exposing eyes, nose and mouth, and fitting the hindbrain with the outline of the brain so as to fix the head;
s3, further keeping the support of the jawbone on the face;
s4, reserving the regions from the front chest or the back to the abdomen, reserving part of the waist at two sides of the abdomen, reserving the collarbone position to fit the contour at the top of the chest, and reserving the contour fit at the top of the back;

The printing material is PLA or other environment-friendly degradable nontoxic harmless polymer materials. Under the above steps, the head, neck, chest and waist fixator which can be used for stably positioning and fixing a patient can be manufactured by 3D printing, the patient can keep the whole shape before operation, the fitting degree and comfort degree are high, and the structure is stable and reliable.
In addition, the binding band 3 is directly attached to the front and rear fixing members, wherein the fixing buckle 31 is a metal product, and the velcro binding band is directly sized.

Claims (10)

1. A head, neck, chest and waist fixator comprising:
the front paste fixing piece comprises a paste chest, a first side waist, a first neck and a face, wherein the first side waist extends from two sides of the paste chest for pasting the waist, the first neck extends upwards from the top of the paste chest for pasting the neck, the face extends upwards from the first neck, the facial mask is used for fitting the outline of the face, wherein the front surface of the face is provided with an opening, the opening is used for leaking eyes, noses and mouths, the opening is T-shaped, and the opening is concave along the outline of the eyebrow arch and the cheekbones at the arch and the cheekbones and respectively forms a first concave part and a second concave part which are embedded at the arch and the cheekbones;
the back-attaching fixing piece is used for attaching to the back, the side waist, the back neck and the back brain of a patient to support;
binding piece, binding piece sets up before paste the mounting with back paste between the mounting, be used for with before paste the mounting with back paste the detachable regulation of going on of mounting.

The head, neck, chest and waist fixator of claim 1 wherein said face is provided with a chin support for supporting the patient's jawbone, and said chest-attached top is curved with a clamping section along the contour of the collarbone for forming a clamping interval between the opposite side thereof from said chin support.
3. The head, neck, chest and waist fixator of claim 2 wherein the front of the first neck is provided with a through hole, and the position of the through hole corresponds to the position of the laryngeal knot.
4. A head, neck, chest and waist fixator as claimed in claim 3 wherein said binding comprises a fastener and a velcro strap, pairs of said fasteners being provided on said front and rear mount respectively, one of said velcro straps extending through a pair of said fasteners on said front and rear mount respectively.
5. The head, neck, chest and waist fixator of claim 4 wherein the back mount comprises a back mount portion, a second side waist portion extending from both sides of the back mount portion for fitting the waist, a second neck portion extending upwardly from a top of the back mount portion for fitting the back neck, and a back brain portion extending upwardly from a top of the second neck portion for fitting the back brain.
6. The head, neck, chest and waist holder of claim 5 wherein the rear brain opposes sides of the face and forms a gap for exposure away from the ear.
7. The head, neck, chest and waist fixator of claim 6 wherein the binder further comprises a neck strap, the neck strap being sleeved between the outer sides of the first and second necks.
8. The head, neck, chest and waist fixator of claim 7 wherein EVA foam perforated inner liners are provided on both the front and rear plaster fixtures.
9. The head, neck, chest and waist fixator of claim 8 wherein the front and rear fixing members are provided with ventilation holes.
10. A 3D printing method of a head, neck, chest and waist fixator, comprising the steps of:
s1, acquiring body surface data of a patient by adopting a 3D scanner, and restoring a 3D model of the body surface of the patient by reverse modeling, thereby establishing a 3D printing support model, and segmenting the model into a front paste fixing piece attached to the front surface of the patient and a rear paste fixing piece attached to the back surface of the patient;
s2, keeping cheekbones and forehead and eyebrow arches as supporting points on the face, exposing eyes, nose and mouth, and fitting the hindbrain with the outline of the brain so as to fix the head;
s3, further keeping the support of the jawbone on the face;
s4, reserving the regions from the front chest or the back to the abdomen, reserving part of the waist at two sides of the abdomen, reserving the collarbone position to fit the contour at the top of the chest, and reserving the contour fit at the top of the back;
s5, the face and the rear brain avoid ears, and a relatively equidistant gap is reserved between the face and the rear brain;
s6, the chest and back are narrowed at the upper half part, and the movable space of the shoulders is reserved;
s7, punching holes on the front paste fixing piece and the rear paste fixing piece for ventilation;
s8, a hole for the first neck to tie the throat knot and a vent hole to the second neck.
