Detailed Description

The following detailed description of preferred embodiments of the application is made in connection with the accompanying drawings, which form a part hereof, and together with the description of the embodiments of the application, are used to explain the principles of the application and are not intended to limit the scope of the application.

The back paste fixing piece 2 is manufactured by pasting the back, the back neck and the outline of the back brain of the patient with the back paste fixing piece 2, and is used for bearing the back, the side waist, the back neck and the back brain of the patient. The binding piece 3 is arranged between the front attaching fixing piece 1 and the rear attaching fixing piece 2, and is used for detachably adjusting tightness of the front attaching fixing piece 1 and the rear attaching fixing piece 2, and the detachable binding piece 3 can be used for removing one piece of the corresponding operation surface after the operation of moving and turning sides is completed, so that the operation can be continued while the body position is fixed.

In one embodiment, in order to align more quickly and more stably when worn, the face 14 is provided with a chin support part 142 for supporting the jawbone of the patient, and the top of the chest 11 is bent along the outline of the collarbone to form a clamping section between the chest and the opposite side of the chin support part 142, so that the neck section is supported more stably and has the effect of preventing up-down sliding.

Further, in order to keep ventilative at neck portion to reduce the oppression, through-hole 1301 has been seted up in the front of first neck portion 13, the position of through-hole 1301 corresponds the laryngeal position, causes too much oppression to patient's neck department when preventing to use, influences the comfort level of using.

In a certain embodiment, in order to facilitate the fixation of the front patch fixing element 1 and the rear patch fixing element 2, the binding element 3 includes a fixing buckle 31 and a hook and loop fastening band 32, and several pairs of the fixing buckles 31 are respectively disposed on the front patch fixing element 1 and the rear patch fixing element 2, one hook and loop fastening band 32 penetrates through a pair of fixing buckles 31 respectively disposed on the front patch fixing element 1 and the rear patch fixing element 2, and the hook and loop fastening band 32 is convenient for pasting and separating, and is directly pasted on the a face and the B face of the hook and loop fastening when the fixing is required.

It can be understood that the single magic tape 32 sequentially penetrates through the two fixing buckles 31 corresponding to the front fixing piece 1 and the rear fixing piece 2, and then is reversely folded, so that the A face and the B face of the magic tape can be adhered, and then the magic tape can be tensioned and adhered.

Wherein, the fixing buckle 31 comprises a fixing plate 311, a screw 312 and a collar 313, the collar 313 is rotationally connected on the fixing plate 311, the fixing plate 311 is fixed on the front fixing piece 1 and the rear fixing piece 2 through the screw 312, and the fixing buckle is convenient to mount and dismount.

Specifically, the fixing buckles 31 are respectively arranged on the front fixing piece 1 and the rear fixing piece 2, four fixing buckles are respectively arranged on the waist of the first side and the waist of the second side, two fixing buckles are respectively arranged on the upper half parts of the chest and the back, and are respectively arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the arm, the fixing buckles on the upper side are symmetrical with the perpendicular bisector, and the opposite oblique directions are arranged, so that the magic tape 32 can obliquely upwards cross the upper shoulder and be connected with the fixing buckles on the back, and a more stable binding effect is obtained.

The printing material is PLA or other environment-friendly degradable nontoxic harmless polymer materials. Under the above steps, the head, neck, chest and waist fixator which can be used for stably positioning and fixing a patient can be manufactured by 3D printing, the patient can keep the whole shape before operation, the fitting degree and comfort degree are high, and the structure is stable and reliable.

1. A head, neck, chest and waist fixator comprising:

the front paste fixing piece comprises a paste chest, a first side waist, a first neck and a face, wherein the first side waist extends from two sides of the paste chest for pasting the waist, the first neck extends upwards from the top of the paste chest for pasting the neck, the face extends upwards from the first neck, the facial mask is used for fitting the outline of the face, wherein the front surface of the face is provided with an opening, the opening is used for leaking eyes, noses and mouths, the opening is T-shaped, and the opening is concave along the outline of the eyebrow arch and the cheekbones at the arch and the cheekbones and respectively forms a first concave part and a second concave part which are embedded at the arch and the cheekbones;

the back-attaching fixing piece is used for attaching to the back, the side waist, the back neck and the back brain of a patient to support;

binding piece, binding piece sets up before paste the mounting with back paste between the mounting, be used for with before paste the mounting with back paste the detachable regulation of going on of mounting.

The head, neck, chest and waist fixator of claim 1 wherein said face is provided with a chin support for supporting the patient's jawbone, and said chest-attached top is curved with a clamping section along the contour of the collarbone for forming a clamping interval between the opposite side thereof from said chin support.

3. The head, neck, chest and waist fixator of claim 2 wherein the front of the first neck is provided with a through hole, and the position of the through hole corresponds to the position of the laryngeal knot.

A head, neck, chest and waist fixator as claimed in claim 3 wherein said binding comprises a fastener and a velcro strap, pairs of said fasteners being provided on said front and rear mount respectively, one of said velcro straps extending through a pair of said fasteners on said front and rear mount respectively.

The head, neck, chest and waist fixator of claim 4 wherein the back mount comprises a back mount portion, a second side waist portion extending from both sides of the back mount portion for fitting the waist, a second neck portion extending upwardly from a top of the back mount portion for fitting the back neck, and a back brain portion extending upwardly from a top of the second neck portion for fitting the back brain.

6. The head, neck, chest and waist holder of claim 5 wherein the rear brain opposes sides of the face and forms a gap for exposure away from the ear.

7. The head, neck, chest and waist fixator of claim 6 wherein the binder further comprises a neck strap, the neck strap being sleeved between the outer sides of the first and second necks.

8. The head, neck, chest and waist fixator of claim 7 wherein EVA foam perforated inner liners are provided on both the front and rear plaster fixtures.

9. The head, neck, chest and waist fixator of claim 8 wherein the front and rear fixing members are provided with ventilation holes.

10. A 3D printing method of a head, neck, chest and waist fixator, comprising the steps of:

s1, acquiring body surface data of a patient by adopting a 3D scanner, and restoring a 3D model of the body surface of the patient by reverse modeling, thereby establishing a 3D printing support model, and segmenting the model into a front paste fixing piece attached to the front surface of the patient and a rear paste fixing piece attached to the back surface of the patient;

s2, keeping cheekbones and forehead and eyebrow arches as supporting points on the face, exposing eyes, nose and mouth, and fitting the hindbrain with the outline of the brain so as to fix the head;

s3, further keeping the support of the jawbone on the face;

s4, reserving the regions from the front chest or the back to the abdomen, reserving part of the waist at two sides of the abdomen, reserving the collarbone position to fit the contour at the top of the chest, and reserving the contour fit at the top of the back;
