Working principle:

the lower cylinder connecting shaft 402 is pushed by starting the lower pressing cylinder 6, and the lower cylinder extending shaft 4081, the lower pressing top plate 4082, the meat material supporting column 4083 and the cutting tool mounting plate 4084 are linked to move downwards, so that the broiler is unfolded in the groove of the broiler fixing lower pressing groove 40811, and the meat material flattening frame plate 4086 is extruded by the cutting tool mounting plate 4084, so that the broiler cutting knife 40810 can extend out of the cutting knife groove 40812, and the broiler can be cut;
while the broiler chicken is cut, the cylinder connecting shaft 402 is synchronized to the synchronous jack-up column 4092 at the lower end through the synchronous connecting frame 404, the synchronous jack-up column 4092 at the lower end drives the support frame slide rail 4097 to move downwards and slide through the support frame slide seat 4096, simultaneously the inclined plane support plate seat 4098 moves downwards and is matched with the edge of the middle inner hole of the chest frame support frame groove 4094 to be converged inwards through the inclined plane, the support frame reset spring 40910 is extruded, the chest frame support frame 40911 is retracted, so that the chest frame fixing steel nails 40912 at the side are separated from the inner wall of the chest cavity of the broiler chicken and are flush with the support frame mounting plate 4093 so as not to prevent the broiler chicken from being cut by the cutting knife 40810, water is introduced into the cutter cleaning water pipe 4085 and the blanking flushing pipe 407 after cutting, the broiler chicken is cleaned by the cutting knife 40810, and the meat at the lower end is flushed to the meat block blanking sloping plate 11, so that the broiler chicken is blanked;
wherein the fully elastic broiler chicken can be conveyed inward by activating the belt conveyor 705 to drive the conveyor belt 708 and supported by the conveyor discharge belt rollers 706, conveyor belt 708 and belt support ceiling 709.

the pressing-down dividing assembly (4) includes: the cutting top cover (401), the cylinder connecting shaft (402), the synchronous connecting top plate (403), the synchronous connecting frame (404), the synchronous connecting bottom plate (405), the blanking flushing side plate (406), the blanking flushing pipe (407), the pressing cutting piece (408), the broiler chest support piece (409) and the blanking flushing hole (410);
