When SSD is high, the pulse signals of the complementary HO and LO of U7, the VS end generates a pulse voltage with the peak value of VDD (36V). The pulse voltage at the VS terminal passes through a voltage doubling circuit consisting of C27\D14\D15\C38, so that the node of HVO1 generates a voltage of 2 times VDD (about 72V). U24 in the figure is a current limiting (current limiting value 120 ma) device, and provides protection function for the output circuit.
When the detection of the selector switch needs to be performed with the cold joint detection, the circuit provides a detection voltage of 72V for the selector switch, and the voltage is controlled by software.
In this embodiment, a high voltage detection process is added, wherein the high voltage detection process is implemented by applying 36V supply voltage of 20MS, recording average current value of the circuit, then applying 72V voltage of 250MS, recording average current value of a circuit, disconnecting the supply circuit, comparing the average current values recorded by 36V and 72V, when the average current of the latter is higher than the certain value of the former current, giving an audible alarm (quick call for 5 seconds) and an indicator lamp alarm (short circuit and signal failure are simultaneously quick flash for 5 seconds), otherwise, prompting that the detection is successful by the system, and the detection logic is shown in fig. 2.
