In the electronic device disclosed in the embodiment of the present application, the display screen 110 may be an LED display screen or an OLED display screen, and the size and shape of the display screen 110 may be flexibly selected according to practical situations, so that in order to enable the display screen 110 to be combined with the camera 320, the display screen 110 is provided with an opening 111, and the opening 111 is used to avoid the camera 320, so that a part of the camera 320 can extend out of the opening 111. In order to protect the display panel 110, a hard cover plate 120 is usually provided on the outer side of the display panel 110, and the cover plate 120 may be made of a hard transparent material such as glass or resin.
The circuit board is a component of the electronic device for mounting electronic devices and the like, and can be connected with a battery. In the embodiment of the application, the camera 320 and the circuit board support 310 are both disposed on the circuit board, wherein an electrical connection relationship may be formed between the camera 320 and the circuit board, and the circuit board support 310 may be specifically configured to provide a supporting or limiting relationship for other devices, for example, it may be disposed around the camera 320, so as to provide supporting and protecting functions for the camera 320, the circuit board support 310 and the circuit board may contact each other and form a mutually supporting relationship, and the matching relationship between the circuit board support 310 and the circuit board may be more fit by disposing the support foam 330.
As described above, the portion of the camera 320 can extend out of the opening 111, so that, in order to prevent the damage of the camera 320 caused by collision when the electronic device collides accidentally, the camera decoration ring in the electronic device is enclosed on the camera 320, so that the camera 320 is protected by the camera decoration ring, and of course, by designing the camera decoration ring correspondingly, the camera decoration ring can also provide other functions besides the above functions, which is not limited herein. Accordingly, the camera decorative ring can be formed by adopting materials with larger strength, such as metal, so as to ensure good structural stability, and further provide protection for the camera 320 to meet the requirements.
In addition, in order to make the circuit board support 310 can be as the transmission piece of force, circuit board support 310 and camera 320 all are located the same side of circuit board to under the unexpected circumstances that bumps of electronic equipment, can make the camera decorative ring pass through circuit board support 310 and transmit effort to circuit board etc. structural, in order to further prevent that the camera decorative ring from transmitting effort to camera 320, and produce adverse effect to the precision and the life of camera 320.
In more detail, the camera decorative ring includes a first ring body 510 and a second ring body 520, wherein the first ring body 510 includes a first abutment surface and a second abutment surface, and the first abutment surface and the second abutment surface are disposed opposite to each other along an axial direction of the opening 111 of the display screen 110. The first abutting surface abuts against the circuit board support 310, and the first abutting surface is used for transmitting acting force, so that acting force borne by the whole camera decorative ring can be transmitted to the circuit board support 310. The second abutting surface abuts against the side, facing the circuit board, of the display screen 110, so that a part of the first ring body 510 can be always limited to the side, facing the circuit board, of the display screen 110, and in colloquial terms, the second abutting surface is used for preventing the first ring body 510 from falling out of the electronic device. It should be noted that, although the first abutment surface and the second abutment surface are two end surfaces disposed opposite to each other along the axial direction of the opening 111 of the display screen 110, they are not necessarily end surfaces located at the outermost side of the first ring body 510 along the axial direction of the opening 111, and at least a portion of the first ring body 510 is disposed on a side of the second abutment surface facing away from the first abutment surface, where the portion passes through the opening 111 and is located on a side of the display screen 110 facing away from the circuit board, and the function of the portion at least includes to connect with the second ring body 520.
As described above, the camera 320 and the first ring body 510 each include a portion extending from the opening 111 of the display screen 110, and for the portion of the camera 320 extending from the opening 111, the first ring body 510 and the second ring body 520 may be utilized to provide protection for the camera 320 together, or the first ring body 510 and the second ring body 520 may each separately provide protection for the portion of the camera 320 extending from the opening 111, and the protection effect on the camera 320 may be enhanced by sleeving the second ring body 520 outside the first ring body 510.
Specifically, the second ring 520 is disposed outside the opening 111, and the second ring 520 is connected to the first ring 510, so that a further limiting effect can be provided for the first ring 510 by using the second ring 520. As described above, the second abutment surface abuts against the side of the display screen 110 facing the circuit board, so as to prevent the first ring body 510 from coming out of the electronic device, and based on this, in order to prevent the first ring body 510 from retracting into the electronic device, the first ring body 510 cannot retract into the electronic device due to the limited relationship between the second ring body 520 and the display screen 110 by connecting the second ring body 520 disposed outside the opening 111 with the first ring body 510, so as to ensure that the first ring body 510 and the display screen 110 remain relatively fixed in the axial direction of the opening 111.
More specifically, the second ring 520 may be sleeved outside the first ring 510, and the second ring 520 and the display screen 110 are relatively fixed in the axial direction of the opening 111. Through modes such as bonding or threaded connection, the second ring body 520 and the first ring body 510 can form a reliable fixed relation, so that no matter the first ring body 510 or the second ring body 520 directly collides with an external object, collision acting force can be transmitted to the circuit board support 310 through the first abutting surface of the first ring body 510 and then transmitted to the circuit board, the circuit board of the electronic equipment is usually formed with a reliable fixed connection relation with the shell of the electronic equipment, and further the collision acting force basically does not have a great adverse effect on the reliability of the circuit board.
Of course, parameters such as the outer dimension of the second ring 520 may be determined according to practical situations, and in a specific embodiment of the present application, the outer dimension of the second ring 520 may be determined according to the width value of the process black edge of the display screen 110. Specifically, the area of the display screen 110 for providing the display effect cannot extend to the edge of the structure of the display screen 110, but a black border, i.e. BM area, is formed at the outer edge of the display screen 110, and the BM area is used for preventing the light leakage of the display screen 110. As described above, the display screen 110 is provided with the opening 111, and based on this, the opening 111 is provided with the BM area surrounding the opening 111, in this case, the projection of the outer edge of the second ring body 520 on the display screen 110 along the axial direction of the opening 111 may coincide with the edge of the BM area away from the opening 111, that is, the second ring body 520 just covers the BM area at the opening 111 in the display screen 110, so that, on one hand, the second ring body 520 may form a relatively reliable limiting relationship with the display screen 110, and on the other hand, the second ring body 520 may also be utilized to cover the area where the opening 111 of the display screen 110 cannot normally provide a display effect, so as to improve the display effect of the display screen 110.
The embodiment of the application discloses an electronic device, wherein an opening 111 is arranged on a display screen 110, a part of a camera 320 arranged on a circuit board extends out of the opening 111, and a camera decoration ring is arranged around the camera 320 to at least provide protection for the camera 320. The camera decorative ring comprises a first ring body 510 and a second ring body 520, wherein the second abutting surface of the first ring body 510 abuts against one side of the display screen 110, which faces the circuit board, the second ring body 520 is connected with the first ring body 510, and the second ring body 520 is located outside the opening 111, so that the first ring body 510 and the display screen 110 can form a relatively reliable fixed relation in the axial direction of the opening 111, and the whole camera decorative ring and the display screen 110 are mutually fixed.
Meanwhile, the first abutting surface opposite to the second abutting surface along the axial direction of the opening 111 and the circuit board support 310 located on the same side of the circuit board with the camera 320 are mutually abutted, so that when the camera decorative ring is impacted by external force, acting force can be transmitted to the circuit board through the circuit board support 310 by the first abutting surface, and the circuit board is usually in a reliable fixed connection relation with the shell of the electronic equipment, so that the acting force basically does not have great adverse effect on the stability of the circuit board, the acting force of the camera decorative ring on the display screen 110 can be reduced, and the damage probability of the display screen 110 is greatly reduced.
As described above, the second ring 520 and the first ring 510 may be fixedly connected by bonding or screwing, and in another embodiment of the present application, in order to reduce the difficulty of connection between the two, the second ring 520 may be fixedly connected to the first ring 510 by clamping.
In detail, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the first ring body 510 is provided with a limiting groove 511, and the limiting groove 511 is recessed inward from the outer wall of the first ring body 510 in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the camera 320, that is, the limiting groove 511 is formed on the outer wall of the first ring body 510, and the limiting groove 511 extends in a direction close to the inner wall of the first ring body 510. Accordingly, the second ring body 520 may include a body 521 and a buckle 522, where the body 521 is disposed outside the first ring body 510, and the buckle 522 is connected to an inner wall of the body 521, so that the body 521 and the first ring body 510 are fixedly connected in an axial direction of the camera 320 by designing parameters such as a position and a size of the buckle 522, so that the buckle 522 can move relative to the first ring body 510 along with the body 521 and extend into the limit groove 511, and then cooperate with the limit groove 511, in a process of sleeving the body 521 outside the first ring body 510.
Specifically, by enabling the buckle 522 to have the ability of deforming relative to the body 521, before the body 521 is sleeved on the first ring body 510, the buckle 522 can avoid the first ring body 510 in a deforming manner and is located outside the first ring body 510, and as the body 521 gradually moves relative to the first ring body 510, when the buckle 522 moves to the position of the limit groove 511, the buckle 522 resumes deformation and stretches into the limit groove 511, and under the condition of not being affected by other external forces, the buckle 522 and the limit groove 511 can form a relatively reliable matching relationship, so that the purpose of fixedly connecting the body 521 and the first ring body 510 in the axial direction of the camera 320 is achieved.
In the above technical solution, in order to ensure that the buckle 522 has a good elastic deformation capability, the buckle 522 may be a block-shaped structural member, that is, the buckle 522 is not disposed around the first ring body 510 in a closed manner, but in order to facilitate connection between the second ring body 520 and the first ring body 510, the limiting groove 511 may be a structure disposed around an outer wall of the first ring body 510, that is, the limiting groove 511 is a closed ring structure.
In another embodiment of the present application, the buckle 522 and the limiting groove 511 are both non-annular structural members, and the first ring 510 may further be provided with a mounting groove 512, where the mounting groove 512 extends from an end surface of the first ring 510 facing away from the circuit board along the axial direction of the camera 320 to be communicated with the limiting groove 511, in this case, the assembly manner between the second ring 520 and the first ring 510 is changed.
Specifically, before assembly, the second ring 520 may be located outside the first ring 510, and the buckle 522 of the second ring 520 is aligned with the mounting groove 512 in the axial direction of the camera 320, after that, by moving the second ring 520 in a direction approaching the display screen 110, the buckle 522 may extend into the mounting groove 512 along the axial direction, and when the buckle 522 extends into a position where the mounting groove 512 communicates with the limiting groove 511, the buckle 522 may be switched into the limiting groove 511 by rotating the body 521 of the second ring 520, so that the entire second ring 520 and the first ring 510 may form a relatively fixed relationship in the axial direction of the camera 320.
Under the condition of adopting the technical scheme, the buckle 522 in the second ring body 520 is not required to be formed by adopting a material with elastic capability, so that the limited degree of material selection of the second ring body 520 is reduced, the structural strength of the second ring body 520 is improved, the connection reliability between the second ring body 520 and the first ring body 510 is improved, and the anti-collision capability of the second ring body 520 is improved. Specifically, the body 521 and the buckle 522 may be formed in an integrally formed manner, so as to further improve structural stability of the second ring body 520.
Of course, in the above embodiment, in order to further improve the connection reliability between the second ring body 520 and the first ring body 510, the number of the buckles 522, the mounting grooves 512 and the limiting grooves 511 may be plural, and the plurality of buckles 522, the plurality of mounting grooves 512 and the plurality of limiting grooves 511 are in one-to-one correspondence, and by distributing the plurality of buckles 522 along the circumferential direction of the body 521 at intervals, the connection stability of the second ring body 520 and the first ring body 510 at any position in the circumferential direction may be relatively high.
In order to reduce the difficulty in mounting the second ring body 520 and the first ring body 510, optionally, the mounting groove 512 may span an angle larger than the angle spanned by the buckle 522 in the circumferential direction of the camera head 320, that is, in the axial direction around the camera head 320, so that the difficulty in embedding the buckle 522 into the mounting groove 512 is reduced. In addition, the side walls of the mounting groove 512 may be configured in a flared configuration, thereby further reducing the difficulty of mounting the clasp 522 into the mounting groove 512.
In addition, the limit groove 511 may be communicated with an end portion of the mounting groove 512 near the circuit board, in this case, a limit effect of the end portion of the mounting groove 512 is utilized to determine a moment of the second ring body 520 rotating, so as to further reduce a difficulty in forming a connection relationship between the second ring body 520 and the first ring body 510.
As described above, in order to prevent the second ring 520 from being separated from the first ring 510 due to the disengagement of the buckle 522 of the second ring 520 from the limit groove 511 caused by accident, in the embodiment of the present application, the electronic device may further include an adhesive 530, and after the buckle 522 is in a mating relationship with the limit groove 511, the adhesive 530 is adhered in the limit groove 511, so that the buckle 522 is fixed in the limit groove 511 by using the adhesive 530, and the buckle 522 is prevented from being disengaged from the limit groove 511, so as to further improve the connection reliability between the first ring 510 and the second ring 520. Specifically, the adhesive 530 may be formed by using glue, that is, after the buckle 522 is mounted in the limiting groove 511, an adhesive portion may be formed by dispensing glue, so that the buckle 522 is fixed at a corresponding position in the limiting groove 511.
When the first ring body 510 and the second ring body 520 are connected by the clamping manner, if the second ring body 520 receives an external force, the second ring body 520 can transmit the acting force to the first ring body 510 by using the buckle 522 contacting with the first ring body 510, and then transmit the acting force to the circuit board by using the first abutting surface. In order to improve the transmission effectiveness of the force on the second ring body 520 and prevent the buckle 522 from being damaged by the force, in another embodiment of the application, the second ring body 520 includes a body 521 and a limiting portion 523, the body 521 is disposed outside the first ring body 510 in a surrounding manner, the limiting portion 523 is connected to the inner wall of the body 521, and the limiting portion 523 and the end surface of the first ring body 510 facing away from the circuit board are disposed in an abutting manner in the axial direction of the camera 320.
In the above-described technical solution, the limiting portion 523 is located at an outer side of the end surface of the first ring body 510 facing away from the circuit board, that is, the first ring body 510 is located between the circuit board bracket 310 and the limiting portion 523.
