The plug-in column can be a cylinder with a certain length, a square cylinder or a cylinder with other cross sections; the adaptation in this place means: the cross section of the plug hole is the same as the cross section of the plug post in shape and area, and the depth of the plug hole is greater than or equal to the length of the plug post.

During assembly, referring to fig. 3 and 5, and referring to the orientation shown in fig. 4, the first connecting portion 25 is guided by the first guide hole 252 to move gradually from left to right in cooperation with the first guide post 213, and the second connecting portion 26 is guided by the second guide hole 262 to move from right to left in cooperation with the second guide post 214; thus, the first connecting portion 25 drives the first plate 23 to gradually move from left to right, and the second connecting portion 26 drives the second plate 24 to gradually move from right to left, so that the first plate 23 and the second plate 24 are mutually abutted, and the third positioning piece 232 and the third matching piece 242 are in plug-in fit so as to facilitate the first plate 23 and the second plate 24 to form a whole plate; in addition, as the first connecting portion 25 approaches the supporting rod 21 until the first matching piece 211 and the first positioning piece 251 are matched and fixed, the first connecting portion 25 and the supporting rod 21 are fixedly connected; the second connecting portion 26 gradually approaches the supporting rod 21 until the second matching piece 212 and the second positioning piece 261 are matched and fixed, so that the second connecting portion 26 is fixedly connected with the supporting rod 21. Thereby realizing the relative fixation of the first plate body 23, the second plate body 24 and the supporting rod 21; the whole plate formed by the first plate body 23 and the second plate body 24 can effectively support the wet curtain bracket 30.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1 to 7, a first sliding rail 231 is formed on a top surface of the first plate 23 facing away from the base 10, and a second sliding rail 241 is formed on a top surface of the second plate 24 facing away from the base 10. The bottom of the wet curtain holder 30 is formed with a first sliding groove 33 that cooperates with the first sliding rail 231 and the second sliding rail 241.
The first sliding groove 33 is provided on a bottom surface of a bottom frame 31 (mentioned below) of the wet curtain bracket 30 facing the water tank 40, and when the first plate body 23 and the second plate body 24 are formed together as an integral plate laid in a horizontal direction, the first sliding rail 231 is formed in butt joint with the second sliding rail 241 as an integral sliding rail; thus, the wet curtain bracket 30 is erected on the whole slide rail formed by the first slide rail 231 and the second slide rail 241 together through the first slide groove 33 so as to realize sliding.
The wet curtain bracket 30 slides on the whole slide rail along the first direction; the first slide rail 231 extends to both ends of the first plate body 23 in the first direction, and the second slide rail 241 extends to both ends of the second plate body 24 in the first direction.
In other embodiments, a corresponding sliding rail may be formed at the bottom of the wet curtain support 30, a sliding groove matched with the sliding rail is formed on the first plate 23, and a sliding groove matched with the sliding rail is formed on the second plate 24, which will not be described herein.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1 and 2, a second chute 11 is formed on the base 10; the bottom end of the water tank 40 is provided with a third slide rail (not shown) cooperating with the second slide groove 11.
The third sliding rail extends to two sides of the bottom of the water tank 40 along the first direction, and the second sliding groove 11 extends to at least one side edge of the base 10 along the first direction; in this way, the water tank 40 is slidably mounted on the third rail by the third rail.
In other embodiments, a corresponding sliding groove may be formed at the bottom of the water tank 40, and a sliding rail matched with the sliding groove of the water tank 40 is formed on the base 10, which is not described herein.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1 to 11, a socket hole 12 is formed on the base 10, and an elastic buckle 215 is formed at the bottom end of the supporting rod 21; the elastic buckle 215 is inserted into the inserting hole 12, so that the bottom end of the supporting rod 21 is fixed with the base 10.
In addition, the tip of the support rod 21 may be formed as a plug-in portion 217, and the plug-in portion 217 may be plugged into other structures of the humidifier to fix the support rod 21.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1 to 11, a hollow reinforcing rib structure 216 may be formed on the shaft of the strut 21, and the reinforcing rib structure 216 may be honeycomb-shaped, so that the weight of the strut 21 is effectively reduced, and the strength of the strut 21 is ensured.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1-11, a wet curtain bracket 30 includes a bottom frame 31 and at least two struts 32. The struts 32 extend upward from the bottom frame 31 in the vertical direction, and two adjacent struts 32 serve to support both ends of the cross bar suspending the wet curtain.
The bottom frame 31 may be a frame structure surrounded by four frames, for example, a square structure, a rectangular structure, or the like. The number of the support columns 32 is four, the support columns 32 can be correspondingly fixed at four corners of the bottom frame 31, and a region capable of accommodating a wet curtain is formed between two adjacent support columns 32; two adjacent struts 32 are used for supporting two ends of a cross bar for suspending wet curtains, and a plurality of wet curtains are arranged between the two adjacent struts 32 in a one-to-one correspondence.
In the above structure, the water collecting tank 34 is formed on the top surface of the bottom frame 31 facing away from the water tank 40. The water collection trough 34 is positioned between two adjacent struts 32; and is integrally connected with the bottom frame 31. The side walls of the water collection tank 34 are respectively provided with water baffles (not shown). The water baffle can play a role in retaining water, and water flow falling from the wet curtain can be collected into the water collecting tank 34 again, so that water is prevented from overflowing, water flowing from the wet curtain to the wet curtain support 30 can be effectively prevented from flowing everywhere, and further safety and sanitation of the humidifier are prevented from being influenced.
In a specific design, at least one water collecting tank 34 is arranged on at least one of all the frames of the bottom frame 31; under most conditions, the water collecting tank 34 should be arranged on each frame of the bottom frame 31 for collecting water flow and discharging the water flow from the water collecting tank 34, so that water accumulation in the wet curtain support 30 is effectively avoided, the drainage efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the recycling of water resources can be realized, and waste is avoided.
The water tank 34 has a water outlet 35 formed at the bottom thereof, and the water tank 40 has an opening 42 formed at the top surface thereof facing the bottom frame 31. Thus, by providing the water collecting tank 34 above the opening 42, it is ensured that the accumulated water flowing from the wet curtain into the bottom frame 31 can be collected by the water collecting tank 34 and then discharged into the water tank 40 in a concentrated manner, thereby recycling the accumulated water and avoiding waste of water resources.
Under the condition that water in the water tank 40 is full or insufficient, an operator can also independently pull out the water tank 40 from the base 10 along the first direction, so that operations such as water draining or water supplementing are performed on the water tank 40, the process of pulling the water tank 40 does not need to link the wet curtain bracket 30, and the user experience is improved.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1 to 9, a guide strip 43 is formed on a sidewall of the water tank 40, and the guide strip 43 extends upward in a vertical direction up to an edge of the opening 42; thus, the water accumulated in the bottom frame 31 from the wet curtain is collected by the water collecting tank 34 and then discharged from the water outlet 35, and the guide strip 43 can be used for guiding the water discharged from the water outlet 35 to avoid splashing.
Alternatively, the guide strip 43 is a plate structure with concave-convex side wall of the water tank 40, and the guide strip 43 and the side wall of the water tank 40 can be integrally connected, so that the process is simple.
Alternatively, the water tank 40 is generally square hexahedral. The top surface of the water tank 40 forms an opening 42, and each of the peripheral side surfaces of the water tank 40 is provided with a guide bar 43, and the guide bar 43 is positioned right under the drain port 35 to ensure a guide effect.
A second aspect of the present application provides a humidifier comprising the wet curtain support structure described above.
In this embodiment, the humidifier may include a wind wheel mechanism (not shown) for blowing air to the wet curtain; moisture on the wet curtain is taken away by the airflow, so that the humidification amount in the air is improved.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 11, the humidifier further includes a housing 100, where the housing 100 covers the top of the wettable curtain support structure.
The humidifier in this embodiment may be an evaporative humidifier; specifically, the humidifier in the present embodiment may be a floor-type evaporative humidifier.
The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.

Claims (12)

1. A wet curtain support structure comprising:
a base (10);
a support assembly (20) vertically disposed on the base (10);
the wet curtain support (30) is movably arranged on the supporting component (20), and the wet curtain support (30) is used for hanging a wet curtain;
and a water tank (40) movably arranged on the base (10); and the wet curtain bracket (30) is positioned above the water tank (40).
2. A wet curtain support structure according to claim 1, characterized in that the support assembly (20) comprises a strut (21) and a shoe unit (22);
the bottom end of the supporting rod (21) is vertically arranged on the base (10), and the bottom support unit (22) is erected on the supporting rod (21); the wet curtain support (30) is movably arranged on the bottom support unit (22).
3. A wet curtain support structure according to claim 2, wherein the shoe unit (22) comprises a first plate body (23), a second plate body (24), a first connection portion (25) and a second connection portion (26);
the first connecting part (25) and the second connecting part (26) are arranged oppositely, and two opposite side surfaces of the supporting rod (21) are fixedly connected with the first connecting part (25) and the second connecting part (26) respectively;
the first plate body (23) is horizontally arranged and fixedly connected with the first connecting part (25); the second plate body (24) is horizontally arranged and fixedly connected with the second connecting part (26); the first plate body (23) and the second plate body (24) are jointly formed into a whole plate which is distributed along the horizontal direction, and the wet curtain support (30) is movably arranged on the whole plate.
4. A wet curtain support structure according to claim 3, characterized in that the shoe unit (22) comprises a first positioning element (251) provided on the first connection portion (25), a first mating element (211) being provided on the side of the strut (21) facing the first connection portion (25), the first mating element (211) being in snap connection with the first positioning element (251);
and/or the shoe unit (22) comprises a second positioning piece (261) arranged on the second connecting part (26), and a second matching piece (212) is arranged on the other side surface of the supporting rod (21) facing the second connecting part (26) in a buckling connection way; the second matching piece (212) is in buckling connection with the second positioning piece (261).
5. Wet curtain support structure according to claim 4, characterized in that the first connection part (25) is formed with a first guide hole (252), and that the side of the strut (21) facing the first guide hole (252) is provided with a first guide post (213) in guiding engagement with the first guide hole (252);
and/or the second connecting part (26) is provided with a second guide hole (262), and the side surface of the supporting rod (21) facing the second connecting part (26) is provided with a second guide post (214) in guide fit with the second guide hole (262).
6. A wet curtain support structure according to claim 3, characterized in that the first plate body (23) is formed with a first slide rail (231) on its top surface facing away from the base (10), and the second plate body (24) is formed with a second slide rail (241) on its top surface facing away from the base (10);
when the first plate body (23) and the second plate body (24) are formed together into a whole plate distributed along the horizontal direction, the first sliding rail (231) and the second sliding rail (241) are in butt joint to form a whole sliding rail;
the bottom of the wet curtain bracket (30) is provided with a first sliding groove (33) matched with the first sliding rail (231) and the second sliding rail (241).
7. A wet curtain support structure according to claim 3, wherein the shoe unit (22) comprises a third positioning member (232) and a third mating member (242);
the third positioning piece (232) is arranged at one end of the first plate body (23) facing the second plate body (24); the third matching piece (242) is arranged at one end of the second plate body (24) facing the first plate body (23);
the third positioning piece (232) is detachably connected with the third matching piece (242).
8. Wet curtain support structure according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the base (10) is formed with a second runner (11); the bottom end of the water tank (40) is provided with a third sliding rail matched with the second sliding groove (11).
9. Wet curtain support structure according to claim 2, characterized in that the base (10) is formed with a plug hole (12), the bottom end of the strut (21) is formed with an elastic buckle (215);
the elastic buckle (215) is inserted into the inserting hole (12).
10. Wet curtain support structure according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the wet curtain support (30) comprises a bottom frame (31) and at least two struts (32) extending upwards from the bottom frame (31);
two adjacent struts (32) are used for supporting and suspending two ends of a cross rod of the wet curtain;
a water collecting tank (34) is formed on the top surface of the bottom frame (31) facing away from the water tank (40); the water collecting tank (34) is positioned between two adjacent support posts (32);
an opening (42) is formed on the top surface of the water tank (40) facing the bottom frame (31), the water collecting tank (34) is located above the opening (42), and a water outlet (35) is formed at the bottom of the water collecting tank (34).
11. Wet curtain support structure according to claim 10, characterized in that a deflector strip (43) is formed on the side wall of the water tank (40), which deflector strip (43) extends up to the edge of the opening (42) in the vertical direction.
12. A humidifier comprising a wet curtain support structure as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 11.
