Description

Internal combustion engine preheating device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of internal combustion engines, in particular to a preheating device of an internal combustion engine.
Background
Because of the difficulty in starting the internal combustion engine in a low temperature environment, the internal combustion engine needs to be warmed up.
The general internal combustion engine preheating technology is as follows:
1. heating water by using an electric heater, and then heating the cylinder sleeve of the internal combustion engine and lubricating oil by using the hot water;
2. heating an intake air of the internal combustion engine using a heating wire preheater;
3. the combustion engine intake air is heated using a flame injection preheater.
Because the large-sized engine needs a large-power heater, a large-capacity storage battery or an external cable for power supply by using the preheating technology, the large-sized engine is difficult to start due to high battery cost or no external power supply because the large-power heater has a problem in power supply. The use of a flame injection preheater has insufficient preheating power and complex control, and is difficult to apply to large engines.
