operating a small system for roadside grouting and wall casting, adding cement and water into a stirring tank 2-2, stirring to prepare cement slurry, sucking gangue slurry from a large-volume slurry tank 1-2 by a self-suction pipe 4 of a self-suction double-liquid grouting pump 2-1, sucking the cement slurry from the stirring tank 2-2 by the self-suction pipe 4 of the other self-suction pipe, outputting the sucked slurry of the suction pipe 4 of the two self-suction pipe through a two-suction slurry conveying pipe 5, and injecting the slurry into a roadside grouting wall template 12 which is arranged closely behind a fully-mechanized mining face hydraulic support 7 through a one-suction mixed slurry conveying pipe 6 after fusion to form a roadside filling wall 8;
after the filling pump of the end grouting filling unit 1 self-sucks or receives the gangue slurry of the large-volume buffer tank 1-2, the gangue slurry is injected into a goaf through the pre-buried grouting pipe 10 on the rear roadside filling wall 8 and the goaf grouting holes 11 arranged on the gob-side entry retaining roof by utilizing the pumping pressure through the end grouting filling pipeline 9, so that goaf grouting filling is realized.
Example 2
The invention discloses a method for grouting and filling a wall and a goaf by roadside grouting by using gangue slurry, which is implemented according to the following steps:
step 1, system arrangement;
referring to fig. 1, step 1 is specifically implemented as follows:
a large system for goaf grouting filling is arranged on the ground or a downhole chamber, and comprises a gangue crushing, pulping and pumping system;
two adjacent fully-mechanized mining working surfaces, namely the working surface and the adjacent working surface, are arranged at one time to form a two-sided three-lane arrangement mode, wherein three lanes are an upper cis-forming groove, a middle cis-forming groove and a lower cis-forming groove respectively, and the middle cis-forming groove arranged in the middle of the three lanes adopts a gob-side entry retaining technology with walls beside a lane.
Step 2, grouting equipment arrangement;
referring to fig. 2 and 3, step 2 is specifically as follows:
arranging a tail end grouting filling unit 1 on a cutting hole of an adjacent working face, wherein the tail end grouting filling unit 1 consists of 1 filling pump 1-1 and 1-2 large-capacity buffer tanks 1-2, and a ground or underground pumping system is connected with the large-capacity buffer tanks 1-2 through a pumping main pipeline 3 for slurry conveying;
a small system for roadside grouting wall casting, namely a grouting wall casting machine set 2 is arranged at the cutting hole of the adjacent working face, the grouting wall casting machine set 2 consists of 1 self-priming double-liquid grouting pump 2-1 and 1-2 stirring tanks 2-2, and the self-priming double-liquid grouting pump 2-1 is provided with two self-priming pipes 4 and a slurry conveying pipe 5;
the self-priming double-liquid grouting pump 2-1 is characterized in that a self-priming pipe 4 of one pass is connected with a large-volume buffer tank 1-2, a self-priming pipe 4 of the other pass is connected with a stirring tank 2-2, a slurry conveying pipe 5 of two passes is fused into a slurry conveying pipe 6 of one pass through a tee joint, and the tail end of the slurry conveying pipe 6 is connected with a roadside pouring wall template 13;
the filling pump 1-1 of the end grouting filling unit 1 is connected with a goaf grouting hole 11 arranged along the goaf roof by an end grouting filling pipeline 9.
The roadside pouring wall templates 12 are filling bags, fiber cloth flexible templates or rigid templates.
The gangue slurry is formed by mixing gangue powder with the particle size smaller than 3mm with water, and the mass concentration of solids is 60% -80%.
The grouting wall-pouring machine set 2 is additionally provided with an automatic cement unpacking machine and is connected with the stirring tank 2-2, so that the unpacking labor intensity of workers is reduced.
And 3, construction procedure.
The step 3 is specifically as follows:

operating a small system for roadside grouting and wall casting, adding cement and water into a stirring tank 2-2, stirring to prepare cement slurry, sucking gangue slurry from a large-volume slurry tank 1-2 by a self-suction pipe 4 of a self-suction double-liquid grouting pump 2-1, sucking the cement slurry from the stirring tank 2-2 by the self-suction pipe 4 of the other self-suction pipe, outputting the sucked slurry of the suction pipe 4 of the two self-suction pipe through a two-suction slurry conveying pipe 5, and injecting the slurry into a roadside grouting wall template 12 which is arranged closely behind a fully-mechanized mining face hydraulic support 7 through a one-suction mixed slurry conveying pipe 6 after fusion to form a roadside filling wall 8;
after the filling pump of the end grouting filling unit 1 self-sucks or receives the gangue slurry of the large-volume buffer tank 1-2, the gangue slurry is injected into a goaf through the pre-buried grouting pipe 10 on the rear roadside filling wall 8 and the goaf grouting holes 11 arranged on the gob-side entry retaining roof by utilizing the pumping pressure through the end grouting filling pipeline 9, so that goaf grouting filling is realized.
Example 3
The coal mine is located at about 30km in northwest of elm in the ocean, the No. 2 coal seam is mainly adopted, the mining height is 6.1m, and the mine burial depth is 550-650 m. Two adjacent fully-mechanized coal mining working faces are arranged at one time, namely a gob-side entry retaining working face and an adjacent working face, a two-face three-lane arrangement form is formed, three lanes are an upper gate, a middle gate and a lower gate, a cement gangue base filling wall is poured into the middle gate arranged in the middle of the three lanes through the adhesive tape gate to serve as a roadside support of the gob-side entry retaining, grouting pipes are pre-buried on a top plate grouting hole and a wall body, and coal gangue grouting filling is performed on a lagging working face.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the following embodiments are provided:
1) Linearly arranging a tail end grouting filling unit 1 and a grouting wall casting unit 2 on the cutting holes of the adjacent fully-mechanized mining face;
2) Outside the 50m range of the advanced working surface, constructing an inclined grouting hole 11 on a side top plate close to the goaf in advance, wherein the grouting hole 11 is inclined to the working surface, and the grouting hole is communicated with the goaf after stoping;
3) The working face is mined back to form a roadside pouring wall space and a goaf grouting filling space;
4) A roadside pouring wall template 12 is supported at the side of the goaf behind the working face hydraulic support 7 in the middle gate way;
5) The large system for goaf grouting filling is operated, the secondary crushing of the gangue is carried out, water is added and stirred to prepare gangue slurry, and then the gangue slurry is conveyed to the large-volume buffer tank 1-2 positioned in a cut hole through the main pipeline 3 of one-pass pumping through an industrial filling pump;
6) Running a small system for roadside grouting pouring wall, adding cement and water into a stirring tank 2-2, stirring to prepare cement slurry, sucking gangue slurry from a large-volume grouting tank 1-2 by a self-suction pipe 4 of a self-suction double-liquid grouting pump 2-1, sucking cement slurry from the stirring tank 2-2 by a self-suction pipe 4 of the other self-suction pipe, regulating the proportion according to design, outputting the sucked slurry from a suction pipe 4 of the two times through a two-time slurry conveying pipe 5, and injecting the slurry into a template which is arranged close to the rear end of a fully mechanized mining face through a mixed slurry conveying pipe 6 after fusion to form a roadside filling wall 12;
7) The rear part of the lagging working face is 45m, the filling pump 1-1 of the end grouting filling unit 1 is used for self-sucking or receiving the gangue slurry of the large-volume buffer tank 1-2, the gangue slurry is injected into a goaf through the end grouting filling pipeline 9 through the pre-buried grouting pipe 10 on the rear roadside filling wall 8 and the grouting holes 11 on the gob-side entry retaining roof by utilizing the pumping pressure, and the goaf slurry 13 is diffused in the gap, so that goaf grouting filling is realized.
Claims (10)
1. The method for grouting and filling the coal gangue slurry into the roadside grouting pouring wall and the goaf is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
step 1, system arrangement;
step 2, grouting equipment arrangement;
and 3, construction procedure.
2. The method for grouting wall and goaf filling by coal gangue slurry according to claim 1, wherein the step 1 is specifically implemented according to the following steps:
a large system for goaf grouting filling is arranged on the ground or a downhole chamber, and comprises a gangue crushing, pulping and pumping system;
two adjacent fully-mechanized mining working surfaces, namely the working surface and the adjacent working surface, are arranged at one time to form a two-sided three-lane arrangement mode, wherein three lanes are an upper cis-forming groove, a middle cis-forming groove and a lower cis-forming groove respectively, and the middle cis-forming groove arranged in the middle of the three lanes adopts a gob-side entry retaining technology with walls beside a lane.

4. The method for filling the roadside grouting pouring wall and the goaf grouting according to claim 3, wherein the step 2 is specifically as follows:
arranging a tail end grouting filling unit (1) at a cutting hole of an adjacent working face, wherein the tail end grouting filling unit (1) consists of 1 filling pump (1-1) and 1-2 large-capacity buffer tanks (1-2), and a ground or underground pumping system is connected with the large-capacity buffer tanks (1-2) through a pumping main pipeline (3) for slurry conveying;
a small system, namely a grouting wall casting machine set (2), for grouting wall casting beside a roadway is arranged at a cutting hole of an adjacent working face, the grouting wall casting machine set (2) consists of 1 self-suction type double-liquid grouting pump (2-1) and 1-2 stirring tanks (2-2), and the self-suction type double-liquid grouting pump (2-1) is provided with two sets of self-suction pipes (4) and slurry conveying pipes (5);
the self-priming double-liquid grouting pump (2-1) is connected with a large-volume buffer tank (1-2) from a suction pipe (4) in one pass, the other pass is connected with a stirring tank (2-2) from the suction pipe (4), two passes of slurry conveying pipes (5) are fused into a mixed slurry conveying pipe (6) in one pass through a tee joint, and the tail end of the mixed slurry conveying pipe (6) is connected with a roadside pouring wall template (13);
the filling pump (1-1) of the end grouting filling unit (1) is connected with a goaf grouting hole (11) arranged along the goaf roof by an end grouting filling pipeline (9) through a roadside wall body embedded grouting pipe (10).
5. The method for roadside grouting wall casting and goaf grouting filling using coal gangue slurry as claimed in claim 4, wherein the roadside grouting wall casting template (12) is a filling bag, a fiber cloth flexible template or a rigid template.
6. The method for grouting wall and goaf grouting filling by using coal gangue slurry as claimed in claim 4, wherein the coal gangue slurry is formed by mixing coal gangue powder with particle size smaller than 3mm with water, and the solid mass concentration is 60% -80%.
7. The method for grouting wall and goaf grouting filling by using coal gangue slurry according to claim 4, wherein the grouting wall casting machine set (2) is added with an automatic cement unpacking machine and is connected with a stirring tank (2-2).
8. The method for grouting wall and goaf filling by coal gangue slurry according to claim 4, wherein a stirring shaft which is vertically arranged is arranged in the large-volume buffer tank (1-2), and stirring blades are arranged on the stirring shaft.

The method for grouting and filling the roadside grouting wall and the goaf according to claim 4, wherein the embedded grouting pipe (10) horizontally penetrates through the roadside grouting wall (8) and is communicated with the goaf, the diameter of the embedded grouting pipe (10) is 100-300 mm, the goaf grouting hole (11) is an inclined drilling hole, the top of the goaf grouting hole (11) faces the goaf and is communicated with the goaf, an included angle between the embedded grouting pipe (10) and the goaf grouting hole (11) is 10-45 degrees with a vertical line, and the embedded grouting pipe and the goaf grouting hole (11) lag behind a working face by 20-80 m are used for grouting and filling the coal gangue.

operating a small system for roadside grouting and wall casting, adding cement and water into a stirring tank (2-2) to stir to prepare cement paste, sucking coal gangue slurry from a large-volume grouting tank (1-2) by a self-suction double-liquid grouting pump (2-1) through a suction pipe (4), sucking the cement paste from the stirring tank (2-2) by the suction pipe (4) by the other time, outputting the sucked slurry from the suction pipe (4) by two times through a two-time slurry conveying pipe (5), and injecting the mixed slurry into a roadside grouting wall template (12) which is arranged close to the rear of a fully-mechanized mining face hydraulic support (7) through a mixed slurry conveying pipe (6) after fusion to form a roadside filling wall (8);
after the filling pump of the tail end grouting filling unit (1) self-sucks or receives the gangue slurry of the large-volume buffer tank (1-2), the gangue slurry is pumped by a pump pressure, and is injected into a goaf through a tail end grouting filling pipeline (9) through a pre-buried grouting pipe (10) on a rear roadside filling wall (8) and goaf grouting holes (11) arranged on a gob-side entry retaining roof, so that goaf grouting filling is realized.
