s3, enabling layered liquid waste to flow into the biological manure tank 2 through a connecting pipeline 52, starting a driving motor 32 in a transmission case 3, enabling the output end of the driving motor 32 to drive a driving gear 33 to rotate, enabling the driving gear 33 to drive an inner shaft 4 to rotate, enabling the driving gear 33 to drive a driven gear 35 to rotate through meshing with the side gear 34, enabling the side gear 34 to drive an outer shaft 41 to rotate, enabling the outer shaft 41 to drive a first stirring fan blade 42 to stir clockwise in the biological manure tank 2, enabling an inner shaft 4 to drive a second stirring fan blade 43 to stir anticlockwise in the biological manure tank 2, enabling waste and sludge in the biological manure tank 2 to be kept in a suspended state through the two stirring fan blades with different rotation directions, avoiding solid deposition or caking phenomenon, accelerating contact and mixing of waste liquid and microorganisms, promoting degradation of harmful microorganisms in the waste liquid and decomposition speed of the solid manure, and improving treatment efficiency;
s4, opening the stop valve 22, enabling the treated liquid to flow into the biological manure tank 2 through the liquid outlet pipeline 21, filtering the liquid through the filter grating 23, enabling the liquid to flow into farmlands or rivers through the diversion trenches 12, when the filter grating 23 is blocked, driving the sliding seat 73 to move by the hydraulic telescopic rod 74, enabling the sliding seat 73 to slide towards the filter grating 23 along the direction of the sliding guide rod 72, enabling the anti-blocking protrusion 75 to be driven by the sliding seat 73 to be inserted into the filter grating 23, and dredging the filter grating 23.
