In one embodiment, the first end of the service rail 2 is provided with a locking hole 201, the locking hole 201 being adapted to cooperate with a bottom chaining mechanism 2004 of the split garbage compressor 20.
Specifically, after the maintenance device 10 and the split type garbage compressor 20 are in butt joint, the chain is adjusted to a proper length, and the first lock hook of the bottom chain mechanism 2004 hooks the lock hole 201 at the first end of the maintenance track 2, so that stable butt joint between the maintenance device 10 and the split type garbage compressor 20 is ensured, and displacement of the maintenance device 10 is prevented. When the maintenance device 10 is provided with the limiting block 5 and the locking hole 201 of the maintenance track 2 at the same time, the bottom chain mechanism 2004 of the split type garbage compressor 20 comprises four first locking hooks, and the four first locking hooks are respectively connected with the limiting block 5 and the locking hole 201 of the maintenance track 2, so that four-point locking is realized, and the connection stability between the maintenance device 10 and the split type garbage compressor 20 is further improved.
In one embodiment, for a large-sized split garbage compressor 20, a box hooking mechanism is arranged on the ground at the bottom of the large-sized split garbage compressor, and the box hooking mechanism comprises a base, an oil cylinder arranged on the base and a second locking hook driven by the oil cylinder to stretch out and draw back. The bottom hook box mechanism is not shown in the figures, as it is prior art. Because the stopper of maintenance device is towards keeping away from the protruding extension of one side of maintenance track 2, consequently, after maintenance device and split type rubbish compressor dock, the second latch hook of the hook box device of usable bottom hooks the stopper, realizes the close connection between maintenance device and the split type rubbish compressor.
In summary, there are three ways to lock the maintenance device to the split garbage compressor: 1) Because all the split garbage compressors are provided with the box holding mechanism, two upright posts behind the maintenance device are held and locked by the box holding mechanism; 2) For a large split garbage compressor, a first lock hook of a bottom chain mechanism is connected with a limiting block and/or a lock hole of a maintenance track, so that two-point or four-point locking is realized; 3) For a large-scale split garbage compressor, a second lock hook of a hook box device at the bottom is adopted to hook and lock a limiting block.
The three locking modes can be selected or combined according to the actual situation and the configuration of the split garbage compressor.
In one embodiment, the bottom of the maintenance frame 1 is provided with two transfer rails 102 adapted to slidingly engage the slide rails 3002 on the trolley 30.
In particular, the transfer rail 102 is two stringers extending from a first end to a second end of the service frame 1. By providing the transfer rail 102, the maintenance device 10 can be mated with the arm-hooking vehicle 30 for transfer via the arm-hooking vehicle 30. When the maintenance device 10 is located on the arm hooking vehicle 30, the transfer rail 102 at the bottom is in sliding fit with the sliding rail 3002 on the arm hooking vehicle 30, the arm hooking vehicle 30 of the garbage transfer station is utilized for transferring, other mechanical equipment is not required to be arranged, the occupied space of the equipment during maintenance is reduced, the transfer is convenient, and the maintenance time is shortened.
In one embodiment, the second end of the service frame 1 is provided with a shackle 6 adapted to mate with a hook 3001 of the hook arm cart 30.
In this way, before maintenance, the maintenance device 10 needs to be moved to the front of the split type garbage compressor 20, and after the maintenance is completed, the maintenance device 10 needs to be transferred, and at this time, the hook 3001 of the arm hooking vehicle 30 can be used to connect the hook 3001 and the shackle 6 of the maintenance frame 1, so that the maintenance device 10 can be transferred by the arm hooking vehicle 30.
In this embodiment, the maintenance trolley set includes two maintenance trolleys 3, and two ends of the maintenance trolley 3 are respectively slidably connected to the two maintenance rails 2. The supporting members 301 on the maintenance trolley 3 are respectively used for supporting different push head cylinders 2002. The two support members 301 of the maintenance trolley 3 on the same maintenance track 2 support a push head cylinder 2002 together.
In one embodiment, a fifth upright is provided in the middle of the second end of the service frame 1, on which the shackle 6 is provided. In this way, the hook 3001 of the hook arm vehicle 30 is connected with the hook ring 6, and when the maintenance device 10 is pulled, the stress on both sides of the maintenance device 10 is balanced.
In one embodiment, the supporting member 301 is in a plate structure, the supporting member 301 is in a V-shaped structure, and the supporting member 301 includes a supporting plate at the bottom and limiting plates disposed at two sides of the supporting plate. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the roller assembly 303 at one end of the support 302 includes two rollers disposed along the maintenance track 2. In one embodiment, at least one side of the roller is provided with a rim protruding out of the circumferential surface of the roller, and the rim is abutted against the side of the maintenance track 2, so that the roller can be limited in the rolling process, and the moving precision of the maintenance trolley 3 in the rolling process along the maintenance track 2 is ensured.
In one embodiment, the supporting member 301 is disposed on the supporting base 302, and the lifting adjusting mechanism 304 is connected to the supporting member 301.
By providing the elevation adjustment mechanism 304, the height of the support 301 can be adjusted, so that the push head cylinder 2002 of different heights can be accommodated.
In one embodiment, the lifting adjustment mechanism 304 includes a screw 3041 and a worm gear in driving fit with the screw 3041, the support 302 is provided with an adjustment hole 3021 for the screw 3041 to pass through, one end of the screw 3041 is connected with the support 301, and the other end of the screw 3041 passes through the adjustment hole 3021 to form a free end.
By rotating the worm wheel, the worm wheel is in threaded fit with the screw 3041, the screw 3041 can be driven to move up and down, and the support 301 is arranged at one end of the screw 3041, so that the screw 3041 can drive the support 301 to move up and down. The lifting adjusting mechanism 304 adopts a worm wheel and a screw 3041, the structure is simple, the screw 3041 has self-locking performance, and the stable lifting of the head pushing cylinder 2002 can be ensured.
In one embodiment, the adjustment holes 3021 are provided in three, spaced apart relation on the support. The support and the lifting adjusting mechanism 304 can be arranged on the adjusting holes 3021 at different positions, so that the support and the lifting adjusting mechanism can be used for maintaining the push head cylinder 2002 at different positions. For example, for a large-sized split type garbage compressor 20, it includes a main cylinder located in the middle and auxiliary cylinders located at two sides of the main cylinder, and when the main cylinder needs to be maintained, the support 301 and the lifting adjusting mechanism 304 are connected to the adjusting hole 3021 located in the middle.
In one embodiment, the shaft of the worm gear is coupled to a hand wheel 3042 or a drive motor.
In this way, by rotating the hand wheel 3042, the worm wheel can be driven to rotate, or by rotating the driving motor, the worm wheel can be driven to rotate, thereby realizing the electric adjustment of the height of the bearing 301.
In one embodiment, the bottom of the service frame 1 is provided with road wheels 7 facilitating movement of the service frame 1.
Through setting up walking wheel 7, be favorable to removing maintenance frame 1 to be convenient for adjust maintenance frame 1's position, make maintenance frame 1 and split type rubbish compressor 20 carry out accurate butt joint.
Specifically, four traveling wheels 7 are arranged at the bottom of the maintenance frame 1 and are respectively arranged near four corners of the bottom of the maintenance frame 1. The four travelling wheels 7 at the bottom of the maintenance frame 1 are positioned at the outer sides of the transfer rail 102, and when the maintenance device 10 is positioned on the arm hooking vehicle 30, the sliding fit between the transfer rail 102 at the bottom of the maintenance frame 1 and the sliding rail 3002 of the arm hooking vehicle 30 is not affected.
In one embodiment, one side of the maintenance frame 1 is detachably connected with a hanging ladder 8.
Through setting up detachable hanging ladder 8, during the maintenance, the articulated in one side of maintenance frame 1 can supply the staff to climb to the top of maintenance frame 1, maintains push head 2001 or push head hydro-cylinder 2002. When maintenance is not performed, the hanging ladder 8 can be detached, so that the space in the width direction of the maintenance frame 1 is not occupied.
In one embodiment, the second end of the service frame 1 is provided with at least two lifting lugs 9.
Through setting up lug 9 for maintenance frame 1 can be connected with lifting means such as chain block or electric hoist, is convenient for carry out handling and transfer to maintenance frame 1.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, in another aspect, there is also provided a refuse transfer station, including the maintenance device 10 for a split refuse compressor 20 according to any one of the above technical solutions.

1. A maintenance device for a split type trash compressor, comprising:
-a service frame (1) having oppositely arranged first and second ends, the first end of the service frame (1) being adapted to interface with the split garbage compressor (20);
the maintenance track (2) is used for supporting the push head (2001) of the split type garbage compressor (20), the maintenance track (2) is arranged at the top of the maintenance frame (1), the maintenance track (2) is suitable for being in sliding fit with the push head (2001) of the split type garbage compressor (20), the maintenance track (2) extends from the first end of the maintenance frame (1) to the second end of the maintenance frame (1), and the first end of the maintenance track (2) is suitable for being in butt joint with the push head guide rail of the split type garbage compressor (20);
the maintenance trolley (3) is used for supporting the push head oil cylinder (2002) of the split garbage compressor (20), the maintenance trolley (3) is detachable and slidably arranged on the maintenance track (2), the maintenance trolley (3) comprises at least two supporting pieces (301), and a plurality of supporting pieces (301) which are positioned on the same maintenance track (2) are used for jointly supporting one push head oil cylinder (2002).
2. Maintenance device for a split garbage compressor according to claim 1, characterized in that a plurality of height adjustment devices (4) are provided between the maintenance track (2) and the maintenance frame (1).

7. The maintenance device for a split type garbage compressor according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the bottom of the maintenance frame (1) is provided with two transfer rails (102) adapted to slidingly engage with sliding rails (3002) on the hooking arm vehicle (30).
8. Maintenance device for a split garbage compressor according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the second end of the maintenance frame (1) is provided with a shackle (6) adapted to cooperate with a hook (3001) of a hooking arm vehicle (30).

The maintenance device for a split type garbage compressor according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the maintenance trolley (3) comprises a support (302), both ends of the support (302) are provided with roller assemblies (303), and the roller assemblies (303) at both ends of the support (302) are respectively suitable for sliding fit with the maintenance track (2).
