Abstract

The present invention relates to laundry detergent compositions containing a lipolytic enzyme (lipase) and specially selected primary and/or tertiary amines. The compositions provide enhanced cleaning of grease/oil soils and stains, particularly when used in a pre-treat laundering process for cleaning fabrics stained with grease/oil soils.

Description

The laundry detergent composition that contains lipolytic enzyme and amine
Invention field
The present invention relates to contain the laundry detergent composition of lipolytic enzyme (lipase) and regioselective uncle and/or tertiary amine.Composition provides the fats/oils matter dirt of improvement and the cleansing power of stain, in particular for the preprocessing process of washing grease/fabric that oily soil stains.
Background of invention
Comprise that in detergent composition lipase is known to improve scourability, for example, improve from fabric and remove the dirt that contains triglyceride level and the ability of stain.Example is US4769173, US5069809 and PCT application WO94/03578.
In US4769173, it discloses combining of a certain lipoidase be made up of fungi lipase Humicola fetal hair bacterium (Humicola Ianuginosa) and strong SYNTHETIC OPTICAL WHITNER in detergent composition.Fungi lipase example is the lipase that Humicola fetal hair bacterium obtains in this patent, is obtained with trade(brand)name Amaco-CE by Amaco. In US5069809, disclose the strong SYNTHETIC OPTICAL WHITNER that is used for detergent composition with by clones coding by the gene of the lipase of Humicola fetal hair bacterium preparation and the combining of lipase of expressing this gene preparation at aspergillus oryzae as the host.In WO94/03578, it discloses a kind of enzymatic detergent compositions, and every gram lipase detergent composition contains 10-20,000LU (steatolysis unit), and it has shown significant lipolytic activity in the primary period at washing process. The selection of this lipase especially will be looked it by the behavior of diisopropylphosphofluoridate (DFP) inactivation.
In lipase, have only so far by Humicola fetal hair bacterium and obtain and be found widespread use as the lipase of host preparation as the additive of fabric washing product at aspergillus oryzae, this can be obtained with trade(brand)name Lipolase  by NovoNordisk.
For obtaining the best detergency ability of Lipolase, Novo Nordisk has prepared many mutation.WO92/05249 describes, and the D96L mutation of natural Humicola fetal hair bacterium lipase improves the lard dirt than wild-type lipase (with the amount enzyme relatively of every liter of 0.075-2.5mg) and removes 4.4 times of efficient.
To remove the ability of dirt and stain be crucial in estimating the washing composition performance to lipase from being present in fabric washed usually.Unfortunately, the lipase relative capacity that satisfies various standard of performance also depends on the existence of cosurfactant.
Therefore, for performance and adaptive requirement, there are a kind of needs of surfactant system of the best scourability that obtains to provide lipase at present.
By a kind of surfactant system that contains the cosurfactant that is selected from uncle or tertiary amine, satisfied above-mentioned purpose.
We are surprised to find, and comprise that in containing the liquid detergent composition of lipolytic enzyme the uncle of special selection or tertiary amine have improved their rapid abilities that reduces the aqueous cleaning mother liquor interfacial tension that contains grease and oily soil significantly. The obvious decline of the interfacial tension of grease and oily soil has improved them from the removal of stain surfaces with suppressed the again deposition of dirt on matrix.
The liquid detergent composition that we also are surprised to find the uncle of containing lipolytic enzyme and special selection or tertiary amine shows that the synergy of fats/oils matter dirt removes effect, especially before detergent composition is used for normal washing process at fabric with fabric that normal washing process is connected on the pre-treatment of fats/oils matter dirt use.Lipolytic enzyme
The basal component of laundry detergent composition of the present invention is a performance raising amount, is preferably based on the compatible lipase (lipolytic enzyme) of washing composition of the about 0.0001-1.0% of active substance." washing composition is compatible " refers to and other component, the especially detergent surfactant of composition and the consistency of any detergent builders.Liquid detergent composition, especially heavily loaded liquid washing agent is that the present invention is preferred.
