the lower video platform is used for sending the traffic video to the intermediate server after receiving the receiving instruction, and the intermediate server converts the received traffic video into a format conforming to the specification of the management server and sends the format to the management server.
In some embodiments, the lower video platform is configured to send a registration request to the intermediate server;
the intermediate server is used for forwarding the received registration request to the management server after receiving the registration request; the method is also used for updating the received initial communication certificate to a communication certificate list of the user, and simultaneously sending the initial communication certificate to a corresponding subordinate video platform;
the management server is used for analyzing the registration request after receiving the registration request, generating an initial communication certificate and updating a communication certificate list when judging that the registration request is met according to the analysis result, and simultaneously, binding the initial communication certificate with a management server identifier and sending the binding management server identifier to the intermediate server;
in some embodiments, the lower video platform is configured to generate a video uploading request instruction to send to the intermediate server when the traffic video needs to be uploaded; the uploading video instruction comprises a communication certificate, an identification of a subordinate video platform and an identification of a management server.
In some embodiments, the intermediate server is configured to parse the monitored instruction to obtain a communication credential and an identifier of a lower video platform; comparing the acquired communication credentials with a stored communication credential list; judging whether the communication certificate is an initial communication certificate or not; if yes, the initial communication certificate and the identification of the subordinate video platform are sent to a management server; after receiving the new communication certificate, updating the communication certificate list of the user and forwarding the new communication certificate to the subordinate video platform; if not, forwarding the acquired communication certificate to the management server.
The management server is used for generating a new communication certificate according to the received initial communication certificate and the identifier of the lower video platform, updating a communication certificate list of the management server, and simultaneously transmitting the generated new communication certificate to the intermediate server;
and the subordinate video platform is used for replacing the initial communication certificate with the received new communication certificate.
In some embodiments, the management server is configured to send a command for acquiring the lower level video to the intermediate server when the information of the lower level video platform needs to be acquired;
the intermediate server is used for monitoring the lower-level video acquisition instruction sent by the management server in real time; analyzing the monitored lower video instruction to obtain the identifier of the lower video platform and forwarding the lower video instruction to the lower video platform corresponding to the identifier;
the subordinate video platform is used for receiving the instruction forwarded by the intermediate server; the method comprises the following steps: and the intermediate server processes the received traffic video and sends the processed traffic video to the management server.
In some embodiments, the intermediate server is configured to update the received initial communication credential to its own communication credential list, and obtain a timestamp of the management server, and send the initial communication credential binding management server identifier and the timestamp to a corresponding lower-level video platform;
and the subordinate video platform is used for updating the time of the subordinate video platform according to the received time stamp and storing the initial credentials.
In some embodiments, the lower video platform is configured to send the traffic video to the intermediate server after receiving the receiving instruction;
the intermediate server is used for judging whether the format of the received traffic video belongs to the video format supported by the management server; if yes, sending the traffic video to a management server; if not, acquiring the conversion parameters of the traffic video; converting the format of the traffic video into a video format supported by a management server according to the conversion parameters and generating a second video; and sending the generated second video to the management server.
In some embodiments, the management server is used for acquiring traffic videos and attribute information of the traffic videos; extracting features of the traffic video to generate feature data of multiple modes matched with video content; encoding the attribute information to generate attribute characteristic data; and storing the video in a classified mode based on the attribute characteristic data and the characteristic data of multiple modes.
In some embodiments, the management server is configured to obtain a traffic video; judging whether an identification model exists or not; if not, creating an identification model; acquiring historical traffic videos and processing the acquired videos to generate a training data set and a verification data set; training the created recognition model through a training data set to obtain a trained recognition model; verifying the trained recognition model according to the verification data set to obtain a verified recognition model; if yes, the identification model is used for carrying out traffic accident identification on the acquired traffic video, and early warning information is output based on the identification result.
In some embodiments, the management server is further connected to an accident center;
the management server is also used for acquiring images in the traffic video frame by frame, inputting the acquired images into the recognition model to recognize traffic accidents and acquiring recognition results; and when the traffic accident is identified, sending an alarm signal and a video corresponding to the identified traffic accident to an accident center according to a preset alarm rule.
The accident center is used for calling the video of the traffic accident and the related surrounding traffic videos to analyze after receiving the alarm signal, and outputting rescue instructions according to the analyzed results.

Claims (10)

1. The integrated management method for the comprehensive traffic video is characterized by being applied to a management system, wherein the system comprises an intermediate server, a management server and a plurality of subordinate video platforms; the subordinate video platform interacts with the management server through the intermediate server; the method comprises the following steps:
the intermediate server monitors a video uploading request instruction sent by a subordinate video platform in real time;
when a video command which is sent by a lower video platform and requested to upload is monitored, the intermediate server analyzes the monitored command to obtain a communication certificate and forwards the obtained communication certificate to the management server;
the management server matches the received communication certificate with the stored communication certificate list, and returns a receiving instruction to forward to a corresponding lower video platform through the intermediate server when the communication certificate is matched to be consistent;
the lower video platform receives the receiving instruction and then sends the traffic video to the intermediate server, and the intermediate server converts the received traffic video into a format conforming to the specification of the management server and then sends the format to the management server;
and the management server manages the received traffic video.
2. The integrated traffic video management method according to claim 1, wherein before the step of the intermediate server monitoring the video command requested to upload sent by the lower video platform in real time, the method comprises:
the subordinate video platform sends a registration request to an intermediate server;
after receiving the registration request, the intermediate server forwards the received registration request to the management server;
after receiving the registration request, the management server analyzes the registration request, generates an initial communication credential and updates a communication credential list when judging that the registration request is met according to the analysis result, and simultaneously sends an initial communication credential binding management server identifier to the intermediate server;
the intermediate server updates the received initial communication certificate to a communication certificate list of the intermediate server, and simultaneously sends the initial communication certificate to a corresponding subordinate video platform.

The integrated traffic video management method according to claim 2, wherein the step of the intermediate server transferring the received initial communication certificate to its own communication certificate list and simultaneously transmitting the initial communication certificate binding management server identification to the corresponding lower video platform comprises:
when the lower video platform needs to upload traffic videos, generating a video uploading request instruction and sending the video uploading request instruction to the intermediate server; the uploading video instruction comprises a communication certificate, an identification of a subordinate video platform and an identification of a management server.
4. The integrated traffic video management method according to claim 3, wherein the step of the intermediate server parsing the monitored instruction to acquire a communication certificate and forwarding the acquired communication certificate to the management server comprises
The intermediate server analyzes the monitored instruction to obtain a communication certificate and an identifier of a lower-level video platform;
comparing the acquired communication credentials with a stored communication credential list;
judging whether the communication certificate is an initial communication certificate or not;
if yes, the initial communication certificate and the identification of the subordinate video platform are sent to a management server;
the management server generates a new communication certificate according to the received initial communication certificate and the identifier of the subordinate video platform, updates a communication certificate list of the management server, and simultaneously sends the generated new communication certificate to the intermediate server;
after receiving the new communication certificate, the intermediate server updates its own communication certificate list and forwards the new communication certificate to the subordinate video platform;
the subordinate video platform replaces the initial communication certificate with the received new communication certificate;
if not, forwarding the acquired communication certificate to the management server.
5. The integrated traffic video management method according to claim 4, further comprising:
when the management server needs to acquire the information of the lower-level video platform, transmitting an instruction for acquiring the lower-level video to the intermediate server;
the intermediate server monitors a lower-level video acquisition instruction sent by the management server in real time;
analyzing the monitored lower video instruction to obtain the identifier of the lower video platform and forwarding the lower video instruction to the lower video platform corresponding to the identifier;
the subordinate video platform receives the instruction forwarded by the intermediate server; the method comprises the following steps: and the intermediate server processes the received traffic video and sends the processed traffic video to the management server.

The integrated traffic video management method according to claim 5, wherein the step of the intermediate server updating the received initial communication certificate to its own communication certificate list while transmitting the initial communication certificate to the corresponding lower video platform comprises:
the intermediate server updates the received initial communication certificate to a communication certificate list of the intermediate server, and simultaneously obtains a time stamp of the management server, and the initial communication certificate is bound with a management server identifier and the time stamp to be sent to a corresponding lower-level video platform;
and the subordinate video platform updates the time of the subordinate video platform according to the received time stamp and stores the initial credentials.

The integrated traffic video management method according to claim 6, wherein the step of the subordinate video platform receiving the reception instruction and transmitting the traffic video to the intermediate server, the intermediate server converting the received traffic video into a format conforming to the specification of the management server and transmitting the converted traffic video to the management server comprises:
the lower video platform receives the receiving instruction and then sends the traffic video to the intermediate server;
the intermediate server judges whether the format of the received traffic video belongs to the video format supported by the management server;
if yes, sending the traffic video to a management server;
if not, acquiring the conversion parameters of the traffic video; converting the format of the traffic video into a video format supported by a management server according to the conversion parameters and generating a second video;
and sending the generated second video to the management server.
8. The integrated traffic video management method according to claim 6, wherein the step of managing the received video by the management server further comprises:
acquiring a traffic video;
judging whether an identification model exists or not;
if not, creating an identification model;
acquiring historical traffic videos and processing the acquired videos to generate a training data set and a verification data set;

verifying the trained recognition model according to the verification data set to obtain a verified recognition model; the method comprises the following steps: carrying out traffic accident recognition on the acquired traffic video by using the recognition model, and outputting early warning information based on a recognition result;
if yes, the identification model is used for carrying out traffic accident identification on the acquired traffic video, and early warning information is output based on the identification result.
9. The integrated traffic video management method according to claim 8, wherein the step of performing traffic accident recognition on the acquired traffic video using the recognition model and outputting the early warning information based on the recognition result comprises:
acquiring images in the traffic video frame by frame, inputting the acquired images into an identification model to identify traffic accidents, and acquiring an identification result;
and when the traffic accident is identified, sending an alarm signal and a video corresponding to the identified traffic accident to an accident center according to a preset alarm rule.
