if the stored anticoagulation data is stored in the first storage area of the shared database, the management unit does not store the check data item;
If the stored anticoagulation data is stored in the second storage area or the third storage area of the shared database, the management unit stores the check data item into the stored anticoagulation data, calculates the real-time data integrity of the stored anticoagulation data, and redetermines the storage area of the stored anticoagulation data according to the set first preset integrity and second preset integrity.
Because the data stored in the first storage area has higher validity, the anticoagulation data can meet the use of any condition, therefore, the data update is only carried out on the stored items, the data addition of new items is not carried out, the storage stability of the shared database is ensured, when the stored anticoagulation data in the second storage area or the third storage area is added and updated, the data is indicated to be supplemented, thus, the real-time data integrity can be recalculated, and the storage area of the stored anticoagulation data can be determined according to the first preset integrity and the second preset integrity.
Specifically, the monitoring management system also comprises a sharing unit which is respectively connected with the sharing database and the monitoring unit, the sharing unit can acquire the real-time anticoagulation data request received by the monitoring unit, extract real-time request identity information from the anticoagulation data request, match the real-time request identity information with each stored identity information in the sharing database,
If the real-time request identity information does not exist in the shared database, the shared unit transmits a data missing prompt to the monitoring unit, and the monitoring unit sends the data missing prompt to a client side which generates a request;
if the real-time request identity information exists in the shared database, the sharing unit judges the storage area of the matched stored anticoagulation data so as to determine the sending mode of the anticoagulation data.
Specifically, a basic item set is arranged in the sharing unit, the basic item set comprises a plurality of basic anticoagulation examination items, when the sharing unit has real-time request identity information in the sharing database, the sharing unit obtains a storage area of matched stored anticoagulation data,
if the matched stored anticoagulation data is in the first storage area or the second storage area, the sharing unit directly extracts the stored anticoagulation data and transmits the data to the monitoring unit for transmission;
if the matched stored anticoagulation data is in the third storage area, the sharing unit extracts each stored item matched with each basic anticoagulation examination item from the stored anticoagulation data and transmits the extracted stored items to the monitoring unit.
Because the third storage area stores the stored anticoagulation data with complete basic examination items, but the other data are not complete, each basic anticoagulation examination item is only provided, the misguidance of the data caused by the determination of the integrity of other examination items is avoided, other data are not transmitted, and other data items except for each basic anticoagulation examination item are only used as the state to be supplemented.

the monitoring unit is connected with a plurality of external clients and used for monitoring and collecting real-time anticoagulation examination data generated by the clients, and the monitoring unit can also receive real-time anticoagulation data requests of the clients and send corresponding anticoagulation data to the clients generating the requests;
the receiving unit is connected with the monitoring unit and used for receiving the real-time anticoagulation examination data acquired by the monitoring unit and extracting real-time identity information in the real-time anticoagulation examination data, a keyword information base is arranged in the receiving unit, and the receiving unit can carry out data screening on the real-time anticoagulation examination data according to the keyword information base;
the shared database is used for storing a plurality of stored identity information and stored anticoagulation data corresponding to the stored identity information, any one of the stored anticoagulation data comprises a plurality of stored items, and a first storage area, a second storage area and a third storage area are arranged in the shared database;
the management unit is respectively connected with the receiving unit and the shared database, can match each stored identity information in the shared database according to the real-time identity information extracted by the receiving unit, calculates the real-time integrity of the real-time anticoagulation checking data after data screening if the shared database does not have a matching item of the real-time identity information, determines the storage area of the real-time anticoagulation checking data according to the set first preset integrity and the second preset integrity, or does not store the real-time anticoagulation checking data, and updates or stores the stored anticoagulation data matched with the real-time identity information according to the real-time anticoagulation checking data after data screening if the shared database has a matching item of the real-time identity information.
2. The system according to claim 1, wherein the management unit is capable of matching the real-time identity information extracted by the receiving unit with each stored identity information stored in the shared database,
if the stored identity information in the shared database does not have the matching item of the real-time identity information, the receiving unit performs data screening on the real-time anticoagulation examination data according to the keyword information base, and determines whether to store the real-time anticoagulation examination data according to the data screening result;
if the stored identity information in the shared database has a matching item of the real-time identity information, the receiving unit performs data screening on the real-time anticoagulation check data according to the keyword information base, and updates or stores the stored anticoagulation data corresponding to the matched stored identity information according to the screening result.

The system for monitoring and managing anticoagulation data according to claim 2, wherein the keyword information base is provided in the receiving unit, wherein a plurality of extracted keywords are stored in the keyword information base, the receiving unit extracts real-time primary keywords from each examination data item in the real-time anticoagulation examination data respectively when data screening is performed on the real-time anticoagulation examination data, and compares any one of the real-time primary keywords with each extracted keyword in the keyword information base,
If the same item of the real-time primary keyword exists in each extracted keyword in the keyword information base, the receiving unit marks the check data item corresponding to the real-time primary keyword;
if the same item of the real-time primary keyword does not exist in each extracted keyword in the keyword information base, the receiving unit extracts the real-time secondary keyword from the check data item to determine whether to mark the check data item.

The monitoring and management system for anticoagulation data according to claim 3, wherein the receiving unit is provided with standard extraction similarity, and the receiving unit is capable of extracting real-time secondary keywords in corresponding inspection data items when the same item of real-time primary keywords does not exist in each extraction keyword, respectively calculating real-time similarity between the real-time secondary keywords and each extraction keyword in the keyword information base, selecting each extraction keyword with real-time similarity higher than the standard extraction similarity as an alternative extraction keyword, and determining the number of the alternative extraction keywords,
if the number of the alternative extraction keywords is smaller than one, the receiving unit judges that the examination data item does not accord with the storage standard of the shared database, the receiving unit does not mark the examination data item, and the examination data item is deleted in the real-time anticoagulation examination data;
If the number of the candidate extraction keywords is equal to one, the receiving unit marks the examination data item in the real-time anticoagulation examination data, and replaces the real-time secondary keywords in the examination data item with the matched candidate extraction keywords;
if the number of the candidate extraction keywords is greater than one, the receiving unit calculates the similarity between the real-time primary keywords extracted from the examination data item and each candidate extraction keyword, selects the candidate extraction keyword corresponding to the maximum similarity value from each similarity as the matched candidate extraction keyword, marks the examination data item in the real-time anticoagulation examination data, and replaces the real-time secondary keywords in the examination data item with the matched candidate extraction keywords.

The system of claim 4, wherein the management unit is provided with a first preset integrity and a second preset integrity, the management unit is further provided with a standard anticoagulation check item number, the management unit is capable of obtaining the number of check data items with marks in the real-time anticoagulation check data after the data screening by the receiving unit when the matching item of the real-time identity information does not exist in the stored identity information in the shared database, calculating the real-time data integrity according to the standard anticoagulation check item number and the number of check data items with marks, and determining the real-time data integrity according to the first preset integrity and the second preset integrity,
If the real-time data integrity is smaller than or equal to the first preset integrity, the management unit judges each examination data item in the real-time anticoagulation examination data to determine whether the real-time anticoagulation examination data is stored or not;
if the real-time data integrity is between the first preset integrity and the second preset integrity, the management unit stores the real-time anticoagulation examination data and the corresponding real-time identity information into a second storage area of the shared database;
if the real-time data integrity is greater than or equal to the second preset integrity, the management unit stores the real-time anticoagulation examination data and the corresponding real-time identity information into a first storage area of the shared database;

The system according to claim 5, wherein the management unit is further provided with a basic item set, the basic item set includes a plurality of basic anticoagulation examination items, and when the real-time data integrity of the real-time anticoagulation examination data is less than or equal to a first preset integrity, the management unit determines each examination data item in the real-time anticoagulation examination data according to the basic item set,
If any one or more basic anticoagulation examination items are absent in each examination data item of the real-time anticoagulation examination data, the management unit does not store the real-time anticoagulation examination data;
and if all the basic anticoagulation examination items are included in all the examination data items of the real-time anticoagulation examination data, the management unit stores the real-time anticoagulation examination data and the corresponding real-time identity information into a third storage area of the shared database.

The system according to claim 6, wherein the management unit matches each item of the real-time anticoagulation test data having the tag with each item of the stored anticoagulation data corresponding to the matched stored identity information when the matching item of the real-time identity information exists in each stored identity information in the shared database,
if any one of the check data items is the same as one stored item in the stored anticoagulation data, the management unit stores and updates the stored item which is the same item in the stored anticoagulation data by using the check data item;
if any one of the examination data items and each stored item in the stored anticoagulation data are not the same item, the management unit determines the storage position of the stored anticoagulation data so as to determine whether to store the examination data item in the corresponding stored anticoagulation data.
8. The system according to claim 7, wherein the management unit acquires the storage location of the stored anticoagulation data when the determined examination data item and each stored item in the stored anticoagulation data item are not identical items,
if the stored anticoagulation data is stored in the first storage area of the shared database, the management unit does not store the check data item;
if the stored anticoagulation data is stored in the second storage area or the third storage area of the shared database, the management unit stores the check data item into the stored anticoagulation data, calculates the real-time data integrity of the stored anticoagulation data, and redetermines the storage area of the stored anticoagulation data according to the set first preset integrity and second preset integrity.

The system according to claim 1, further comprising a sharing unit connected to the sharing database and the monitoring unit, respectively, the sharing unit being capable of acquiring real-time anticoagulant data requests received by the monitoring unit, extracting real-time request identity information from the anticoagulant data requests, and matching the real-time request identity information with each stored identity information in the sharing database,
If the real-time request identity information does not exist in the shared database, the shared unit transmits a data missing prompt to the monitoring unit, and the monitoring unit sends the data missing prompt to a client side which generates a request;
if the real-time request identity information exists in the shared database, the sharing unit judges the storage area of the matched stored anticoagulation data so as to determine the sending mode of the anticoagulation data.

The system according to claim 9, wherein a basic item set is provided in the sharing unit, the basic item set includes a plurality of basic anticoagulation check items, the sharing unit obtains a storage area of the matched stored anticoagulation data when the sharing database has real-time request identity information,
if the matched stored anticoagulation data is in the first storage area or the second storage area, the sharing unit directly extracts the stored anticoagulation data and transmits the data to the monitoring unit for transmission;
if the matched stored anticoagulation data is in the third storage area, the sharing unit extracts each stored item matched with each basic anticoagulation examination item from the stored anticoagulation data and transmits the extracted stored items to the monitoring unit.
