a high-definition camera is arranged on the upright post at the expressway side and used for monitoring the real-time condition of the expressway and identifying license plate information and vehicle type information;
the camera transmits the monitoring picture to the intelligent high-speed visual monitoring alarm system platform in real time, and the system identifies license plate information and vehicle type information of the vehicle.

The intelligent high-speed state monitoring and event early warning method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the radar, the camera, the audible and visual alarm and the display screen operate in a linkage manner, and when a traffic accident or abnormal situation occurs, an alarm is triggered, comprising:
the radar is linked with the camera, and when the radar detects traffic accidents or abnormal conditions, the camera picture corresponding to the road section is triggered to pop up for alarm.
