Optionally, in the device for generating a business transaction file provided by the embodiment of the present application, the device further includes: the first determining unit is used for determining a service template associated with the service type as a target service template and judging whether reservation information of a user exists in the database; and the adding unit is used for adding the reserved information into the target service template to obtain a target service file under the condition that the reserved information of the user exists in the database, wherein the reserved information comprises the user information.
Optionally, in the device for generating a business transaction file provided by the embodiment of the present application, the device further includes: and the modification unit is used for modifying the target service file according to the feedback information under the condition that the feedback information sent by the user is received, and modifying the reserved information in the database according to the feedback information, wherein the feedback information represents that error information exists in the target service file.

Optionally, in the service transaction file generating device provided in the embodiment of the present application, the second obtaining unit 33 includes: the updating module is used for carrying out duplication removal on the target vocabulary entries according to the preset vocabulary entries in the candidate business template to obtain updated target vocabulary entries; the second determining module is used for determining whether the updated target entry is abnormal or not, adding the updated target entry into the candidate business template to obtain a target business template and storing the target business template and the business type in a database in an associated mode under the condition that the updated target entry is not abnormal; and the sending module is used for sending the abnormal vocabulary entry to the server side under the condition that the updated target vocabulary entry is abnormal.
The service transaction file generating device comprises a processor and a memory, wherein the first acquiring unit 31, the judging unit 32, the second acquiring unit 33, the first responding unit 34 and the like are all stored in the memory as program units, and the processor executes the program units stored in the memory to realize corresponding functions.
The processor includes a kernel, and the kernel fetches the corresponding program unit from the memory. The kernel can be provided with one or more than one kernel, and the problem of low efficiency of acquiring the business handling files by a user through a business system under the condition of no preset template in the related technology is solved by adjusting kernel parameters.
The memory may include volatile memory, random Access Memory (RAM), and/or nonvolatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM), among other forms in computer readable media, the memory including at least one memory chip.
The embodiment of the invention provides a computer readable storage medium, on which a program is stored, which when executed by a processor, implements a method for generating a business transaction file.
The embodiment of the invention provides a processor which is used for running a program, wherein the program runs to execute the method for generating the business handling file.
As shown in fig. 4, an embodiment of the present application provides an electronic device, where the electronic device 40 includes a processor, a memory, and a program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, and when the processor executes the program, the following steps are implemented: acquiring service information input by a user, wherein the service information comprises a service type and service content; judging whether a business template associated with a business type exists in the database, and acquiring a candidate business template with highest association degree with business content from the database under the condition that the business template associated with the business type does not exist in the database; acquiring target vocabulary entries associated with service contents in a database, adding the target vocabulary entries into candidate service templates to obtain target service templates, and displaying the target service templates in display equipment, wherein the target service templates are used for receiving user information input by a user; and responding to user information input operation executed by a user on the target service template to generate a target service file. The device herein may be a server, PC, PAD, cell phone, etc.
The application also provides a computer program product adapted to perform, when executed on a data processing device, a program initialized with the method steps of: acquiring service information input by a user, wherein the service information comprises a service type and service content; judging whether a business template associated with a business type exists in the database, and acquiring a candidate business template with highest association degree with business content from the database under the condition that the business template associated with the business type does not exist in the database; acquiring target vocabulary entries associated with service contents in a database, adding the target vocabulary entries into candidate service templates to obtain target service templates, and displaying the target service templates in display equipment, wherein the target service templates are used for receiving user information input by a user; and responding to user information input operation executed by a user on the target service template to generate a target service file.

In one typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.

Claims (10)

1. A method for generating a business transaction file, comprising:
acquiring service information input by a user, wherein the service information comprises a service type and service content;
judging whether a service template associated with the service type exists in a database, and acquiring a candidate service template with highest association degree with the service content from the database under the condition that the service template associated with the service type does not exist in the database;
obtaining target vocabulary entries associated with the service content in a database, adding the target vocabulary entries into the candidate service templates to obtain target service templates, and displaying the target service templates in a display device, wherein the target service templates are used for receiving user information input by the user;
And responding to the user information input operation executed by the user on the target service template to generate a target service file.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein in the event that a traffic template associated with the traffic type is present in the database, the method further comprises:
determining a service template associated with the service type as the target service template, and judging whether reserved information of the user exists in the database;
and adding the reservation information into the target service template to obtain the target service file under the condition that the reservation information of the user exists in the database, wherein the reservation information comprises the user information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein after adding the reservation information to the target service template to obtain the target service file, the method further comprises:
and under the condition that feedback information sent by the user is received, modifying the target service file according to the feedback information, and modifying the reserved information in the database according to the feedback information, wherein the feedback information represents that error information exists in the target service file.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining in the database a candidate business template having a highest degree of association with the business content comprises:
identifying keywords in the service content to obtain M keywords, wherein M is a positive integer;
and sequentially determining the number of keywords contained in each service template in N service templates in the database to obtain N keyword numbers, selecting the target number with the largest numerical value in the N keyword numbers, and obtaining the service template to which the target number belongs to obtain the candidate service template, wherein N is a positive integer.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein after obtaining the candidate business template with the highest association degree with the business content in the database, the method further comprises:
determining the association degree between the candidate business templates and the business content, and determining whether the association degree is smaller than a preset association degree;
and displaying all the business templates in the database in the display equipment under the condition that the association degree is smaller than the preset association degree, responding to the business template selection operation executed by the user on the business templates, and determining the business template selected by the user as an updated candidate business template.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein displaying all of the business templates in the database in the display device and responding to the business template selection operation performed by the user on the business templates comprises:
under the condition that the service template selection operation is not detected within a preset time interval, acquiring a preset template associated with the service content, and displaying the preset template in the display equipment;
and responding to user information input operation executed by the user in the preset template, generating a candidate service file, and sending the candidate service file and the service content to a server.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein adding the target term to the candidate business template to obtain a target business template comprises:
performing duplication removal on the target vocabulary entry according to a preset vocabulary entry in the candidate business template to obtain an updated target vocabulary entry;
determining whether the updated target entry is abnormal or not, adding the updated target entry into the candidate business template under the condition that the updated target entry is not abnormal, obtaining the target business template, and storing the target business template and the business type in the database in an associated mode;
And under the condition that the updated target entry is abnormal, sending the abnormal entry to a server.
8. A business transaction file generation device, comprising:
