By the scheme, orders of a plurality of products can be approved at the same time, so that the efficiency of examining and approving the orders of the products is improved under the actual scene that the products need to be purchased on the premise that the accuracy of examining and approving the orders of the products is guaranteed.
FIG. 4 is an interactive flow diagram illustrating a system for order approval, as shown in FIG. 4, which may be comprised of a plurality of modules to approve at least one product order, according to another exemplary embodiment; the order approval system may be implemented as part of the system shown in fig. 1, for example, a plurality of modules in the order approval system may be implemented as functional modules in a server on the network side. As shown in FIG. 4, the interactive flow of the order approval system may include the following steps:
in step 401, the instruction receiving module receives an application instruction sent by the terminal, and sends the application instruction to the instruction processing module.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, a user may submit an approval request of at least one product as an application instruction at a terminal platform portal, and an approval server may receive the application instruction sent by a terminal operated by the user.
Optionally, the terminal operated by the user may perform data transmission with a server of at least one product.
For example, in the internet finance scenario, the products requiring application approval may include any one of a life-time product, a purchase order product, a staging product, and a business loan product.
Alternatively, the background server of different kinds of products may be one server or a plurality of servers.
For example, in a specific internet financial scenario, when a user needs to apply for using multiple financial products at the same time, the user may obtain corresponding product information and user information from a corresponding product backend server by selecting or inputting a financial product name that needs to be applied and approved in a platform portal of a terminal, generate a corresponding application instruction, and obtain the corresponding application instruction sent from the terminal by an instruction receiving module.
In step 402, the instruction processing module generates an approval order according to the received application instruction.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the instruction processing module receives the application instruction sent by the terminal, and can perform structural processing on the user information, the product information and the like contained in the application instruction to generate an approval order corresponding to the application instruction.
Alternatively, the product that the instruction processing module approves may be a financial credit product. The financial credit product forms an application instruction of a corresponding product by the user terminal based on the order model, and generates an approval order containing the corresponding product by the instruction processing module.
The approval order may include order information of at least one product order of the user corresponding to the terminal.
Optionally, the order information may be used to indicate product information and user information for each product order for which order approval is required.
For example, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of an approval order generation process according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 5, on the terminal side operated by the user, the user can enter and acquire a product system including any one or more of a life charge product, a purchase order product, an installment product and a business loan product through a platform portal of the terminal, and the user generates an approval request corresponding to the selected product by selecting a product therein. When a user purchases a commodity on the Internet and carries out transaction payment, the user needs to select a purchase order product and a staged product to complete transaction together, at the moment, the user can simultaneously select the purchase order product and the staged product at a platform entrance of a terminal, the terminal simultaneously enters background systems of the two products, product information and user information of the two products are obtained, a corresponding application instruction is generated, the application instruction can be sent to an instruction processing module, and an approval order is generated by the instruction processing module.
In step 403, the data acquisition module acquires evaluation data of the user.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the data obtaining module may obtain, through the determined approval order, the evaluation data of the user corresponding to the approval order.
Alternatively, the user's assessment data may be divided into two dimensions, a fraud dimension or a credit dimension, respectively.
Wherein the evaluation data of the fraud dimension may include at least one of user real name data, device data, and fingerprint data.
Additionally, the assessment data for the credit dimension may include at least one of historical consumption data, user credit investigation data, and user behavior data.
Optionally, the evaluation data of the user may be stored in the user terminal, and collected and updated periodically, when the user applies for approval, the evaluation information of the user is retrieved from the memory, added to the application instruction, and sent to the approval server, and the approval server may obtain the evaluation information of the user from the application instruction.
Alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
when the user applies for approval, the user terminal can collect the evaluation data of the user in real time, add the evaluation data into the application instruction and send the application instruction to the approval server, and the approval server can obtain the evaluation information of the user from the application instruction.
In step 404, the index determination module determines the at least two order evaluation indexes of the user according to the evaluation data obtained from the data obtaining module.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the index determining module determines the order evaluation indexes corresponding to various evaluation data according to the evaluation data in the approved order.
Alternatively, the order evaluation metrics may include fraud metrics and credit metrics.
The index determining module can determine the fraud index of the user according to at least one of the real-name data, the equipment data and the fingerprint data of the user. The indicator determination module may determine a credit indicator for the user based on at least one of historical consumption data, user credit investigation data, and user behavior data.
In step 405, the order score obtaining sub-module obtains an approval score of the product order according to the product type corresponding to the product order and the at least two order evaluation indexes.
Optionally, the order score obtaining sub-module obtains the approval score corresponding to the product type.
The determination methods of the approval scores corresponding to the products of different product types may be different or the same.
Optionally, the method for determining the approval score may be that the approval score of the fraud index is obtained by calculating according to the preset weight according to the evaluation data in the fraud index, and the approval score of the credit index is obtained by calculating according to the preset weight according to the evaluation data in the credit index, and the approval server may combine the approval score of the fraud index and the approval score of the credit index in a certain proportion to obtain the corresponding approval score of the product.
Alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
the approval score determining method may be that the approval server calculates each obtained evaluation data according to a corresponding preset weight, and directly obtains an approval score corresponding to the product.
The preset weight can be set by manufacturers of various products according to the attributes and requirements of the products, and the preset weight corresponding to various evaluation data in different types of products can be the same or different.
Optionally, the score of the order evaluation index is positively correlated with the probability of passing the approval of the product order.
The higher the approval score of the order evaluation index is, the higher the probability that the approval of the product order is passed is, and on the contrary, the lower the approval score of the order evaluation index is, the lower the probability that the approval of the product order is passed is.
In step 406, the result obtaining sub-module obtains an approval result of the product order according to the approval score and the score threshold obtained from the order score obtaining sub-module.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the result obtaining sub-module may obtain an approval result of the product order according to the calculated approval score and a score threshold preset in the approval server.
Optionally, the setting of the score threshold may be different for different product types, and the result obtaining sub-module may differentiate the score threshold of the approval score according to the attribute requirements of each product.
And determining that the approval result of the product fails in response to the approval score of the product being lower than the approval standard, or determining that the approval result of the product passes in response to the approval score of the product being higher than the approval standard.
The approval standard may be a rule preset in the result obtaining sub-module for evaluation.
For example, if the score threshold full score of the approval score is 100, the score may be "poor" when the score is less than 50, the score may be "poor" when the score is between 50 and 60, the score may be "good" when the score is between 60 and 80, the score may be "good" when the score is 80 to 90, and the score may be "excellent" when the score is 90 to 100. The approval score threshold value is set according to the above, if the product type is a classified product, the approval score of the classified product can be set to be in a good range or above, and the approval of the product can be passed because the transaction amount value related to the attribute of the classified product is moderate and generally does not relate to the high transaction amount. If the product type is business credit type product, the business credit type product relates to a larger transaction amount, and generally relates to a higher transaction amount, so that the approval of the product can be passed when the approval score of the business credit type product is set in a better range or above.
