Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of crayon production, in particular to a purely natural soybean crayon and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The crayon is made up by mixing pigment in wax, and can be used for drawing pictures with tens of colours. The crayon has no permeability, is fixed on a picture by adhesive force, is not suitable for being made of too smooth paper and board, and cannot obtain the composite color by repeated superposition of colors. But the crayon can also achieve the artistic effects of rich and bright color and thick pigmentation through the contrast of hue between light or thick coating and color. In addition, the crayon can be directly shaped by freely mastering the thick and thin strokes, so that a highly generalized artistic image is generated, and the crayon has special clumsy aesthetic feeling. It is an ideal tool for children to learn color and painting, and some paintings are used for painting from life and color recording. Under the condition of careful protection, the freshness and the preservation time of the color crayon are longer than those of oil painting or water color painting. They do not fade as oil painting does nor get damp as watercolor painting does. The beauty of the colored crayon is mainly characterized by the soft velvet-like surface, which endows the painting with color harmony depth and atmosphere which cannot be achieved by other methods. Color crayons are particularly useful for drawing portraits, still images, and certain landscapes.
Along with the continuous development of art education industry, people are to the demand of fine arts drawing, and more art supplies trend market, because infant's education demand also has more and more art supplies to need the safety guarantee. The common crayon is formed by mixing pigment, binder and filler, and the proportion of the crayon is 5-10%, 60% and 30-35%. Many chemical components can be added in the crayon production process, the characteristics of environmental protection and health are not possessed, especially when children use, the crayon can be gnawed, the pigment used by the crayon must be capable of resisting the heat level to more than 12 ℃ and not changing color, and eight heavy metals contained in the pigment are respectively: lead Pb, arsenic as, antimony Sb, barium Ba, cadmium Cd, chromium Cr, mercury Hg and selenium Se. In response to the child's safety and health concept, there is a great concern whether the constituent use of crayon is safe and harmless. Therefore, the environment-friendly pure natural crayon is developed, and has important significance for protecting the physical health of the crayon user.

2) Heating Cera flava in a container with water at 100deg.C for 10-15min to melt it thoroughly, and maintaining the temperature at 80deg.C;
3) Adding the dehydrated soybean dregs and the edible natural pigment into another container, fully stirring by using a stirrer to obtain a first mixture, and then adding the edible natural essence and the vegetable powder to mix to obtain a third mixture;
4) Adding the rice oil and purified water into the beeswax in the step 2) and fully stirring, keeping the temperature at 80 ℃ during stirring, then adding the third mixture in the step 3) into the beeswax-rice oil mixture, and continuously stirring to fully mix the mixture to obtain a fourth mixture;
5) And (3) putting the fourth mixture into a mould, performing pressure molding, cooling and demoulding to obtain the pure natural soybean crayon.
The performance of the pure natural soybean crayons prepared in examples 1-11 was tested according to QB/T1336-2020. The test results are shown in table 1:
table 1 is a table of test data for examples 1-11 with an inserted natural soy crayon
From the data, we can see that the pure natural soybean crayon provided by the invention has better structural stability, wherein the dehydrated soybean dregs have main structural effects, the integral stability of the crayon can be further improved by matching with vegetable powder, and the vegetable powder can be complementary with edible natural pigment, so that the color rendering degree of the crayon is improved. The beeswax and the rice oil have certain viscosity and serve as main adhesives of the crayon, so that the effect of adhering the dehydrated soybean dregs and the vegetable powder into a whole is achieved, if purified water is added, the structural stability of the crayon is reduced, the fracture resistance is greatly reduced, and the coloring function is lost. Meanwhile, the proportion of the dehydrated soybean dregs to the beeswax and the rice oil is moderate, and the addition of the beeswax and the rice oil is too small, so that the adhesiveness of the crayon is insufficient, the dehydrated soybean dregs are easy to fall off, and the folding resistance and the coloring effect are influenced.
The present invention has been described in detail with reference to the embodiments, and it should be noted that the specific features described in the above embodiments may be modified in combination by any suitable means without contradiction, and the present invention will not be described in any way. Further, other modifications and combinations of the features of the invention, as well as other variations and combinations of the features of the invention, are also contemplated as being within the scope of the invention.
