Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the present application.
The wireless charging method for the vehicle, provided by the embodiment of the application, can be applied to an application environment shown in fig. 1.
Wherein, vehicle charging end 101 communicates with vehicle power supply end 103, and vehicle charging end's receiving coil 102 installs in the bottom of vehicle, and vehicle power supply end's transmitting coil 104 installs in the top layer of ground. In the process of supplying power to the vehicle charging end 101 based on the transmitting coil 104 of the vehicle power supply end and the receiving coil 102 of the vehicle charging end, the vehicle power supply end 103 detects the current power supply of the vehicle charging end, and simultaneously receives the current electric quantity information and the current charging power sent by the vehicle charging end 101, if the vehicle power supply end 103 determines that the current moment meets the power adjustment condition according to the current power supply, the current electric quantity information and the current charging power, a power adjustment strategy is generated, and the current power supply for supplying power to the vehicle charging end 101 through the transmitting coil 104 of the vehicle power supply end is adjusted based on the power adjustment strategy.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a wireless charging method for a vehicle is provided, and the method is applied to the power supply terminal 103 of the vehicle in fig. 1, and is illustrated by way of example, and includes the following steps:
s201, detecting the current power supply of the vehicle power supply end in the process of supplying power to the vehicle charging end based on the transmitting coil of the vehicle power supply end and the receiving coil of the vehicle charging end.
The vehicle power supply end may be a device end for providing power to the shared electric vehicle, alternatively, the vehicle power supply end may be installed under the ground. As shown in fig. 3, the vehicle power supply terminal includes: the device comprises a first power supply circuit, a first controller, a receiver, a first acquisition circuit and a transmitting coil. The first power supply circuit is used for being matched with the transmitting coil to supply power for the vehicle charging end under the control of the first controller, the receiver is used for receiving feedback information (such as current electric quantity information and current charging power) sent by the vehicle charging end, and the first acquisition circuit is used for acquiring the current power supply of high-frequency alternating current transmitted to the transmitting coil.
The vehicle charging terminal may be a device terminal for receiving power transmitted from a vehicle power supply terminal, alternatively, the vehicle charging terminal may be installed inside the shared electric vehicle. The specific structure of the vehicle charging terminal will be described in detail in the following embodiments.
The transmitting coil of the vehicle power supply end can generate electromagnetic induction with the receiving coil of the vehicle charging end to provide power for the vehicle charging end to charge the shared electric vehicle. Alternatively, the transmitting coil of the vehicle power supply end is installed on the ground surface, and the vehicle charging end is installed at the bottom of the shared electric vehicle.
The current power supply may be a power of electric power provided by the vehicle power supply terminal to the vehicle charging terminal.
Optionally, in a process of supplying power to the vehicle charging end based on the transmitting coil of the vehicle power supply end and the receiving coil of the vehicle charging end, the first collecting circuit in the vehicle power supply end may collect the current power of the output power in real time.
As shown in the schematic diagram of the vehicle power supply end in fig. 3, when the first controller of the vehicle power supply end receives the charging command sent by the vehicle charging end through the receiver, the first power supply circuit is controlled to transmit power to the transmitting coil, that is, the power frequency alternating current input by the mains supply is converted into direct current through the first rectifying circuit (that is, the filtering circuit), then the power frequency current is converted into high frequency alternating current receivable by the shared electric vehicle through the inverter circuit, and the high frequency alternating current is sent to the receiving coil of the vehicle charging end through electromagnetic induction based on the transmitting coil of the vehicle power supply end, so that the receiving coil transmits the received power (that is, the high frequency alternating current) to the electric appliance of the vehicle charging end, and the power supply of the vehicle charging end is realized. In the process, the first acquisition circuit in the vehicle power supply end can acquire the current power of the high-frequency alternating current transmitted to the transmitting coil in real time and transmit the current power to the first controller.
S202, receiving current electric quantity information and current charging power sent by a vehicle charging end.
The current electric quantity information may be information representing a current electric storage condition of the shared electric vehicle. The present charging power may be a power that characterizes power during charging of the shared electric vehicle by providing power to the receiving vehicle charging coil.
Optionally, the vehicle charging end detects current electric quantity information and current charging power of the vehicle charging end in a process of charging the shared electric vehicle, and sends the current electric quantity information and the current charging power to a receiver in the vehicle power supply end, and the receiver receives the current electric quantity information and the current charging power sent by the charging end.
And S203, if the current moment meets the power adjustment condition according to the current power supply, the current electric quantity information and the current charging power, generating a power adjustment strategy.
The power adjustment policy may be a policy for adjusting the current power supply, alternatively, the power adjustment policy may be reducing the power supply by a preset value, or zeroing the power supply, etc.
Optionally, if the current power supply and/or the current charging power are/is higher than a preset power threshold, determining that the current moment meets a power adjustment condition, and the power adjustment strategy is to reduce the power supply; if the current electric quantity information is that charging is completed, determining that the current moment meets a power adjustment condition, and setting the power adjustment strategy to zero the power supply power.
Specifically, if the first controller obtains that at least one of the current power supply and the current charging power has a power value higher than the preset power threshold, the first controller proves that the current power supply is higher, the situation that the shared electric vehicle is overheated is easily caused, and the current power supply is required to be adjusted, so that it is determined that the current time meets the power adjustment condition, and a power adjustment strategy for reducing the power supply is generated.
If the first controller obtains the current electric quantity information to finish charging, the first controller proves that no more power is required to be provided for the shared electric vehicle, and can stop electrifying the shared electric vehicle, so that the current moment is determined to meet the power adjustment condition, and a power adjustment strategy for zeroing the power supply power is generated.
S204, adjusting the current power supply power for supplying power to the charging end of the vehicle through the transmitting coil based on the power adjustment strategy.
Optionally, if the determined power adjustment strategy is to reduce the power supply power, the first controller controls the first power supply circuit to reduce the current power supply power, and transmits the lower current power supply power to the vehicle charging end through the transmitting coil; if the determined power adjustment strategy is to zero the power supply power, the first controller controls the first power supply circuit to stop power transmission, and at the moment, the power supply to the charging end of the vehicle is not needed through the transmitting coil.
According to the wireless charging method for the vehicle, in the process of charging the shared electric vehicle, the power adjustment strategy is generated according to the current power supply of the vehicle power supply end, the current electric quantity information fed back by the vehicle charging end and the current charging power, and the current power supply is adjusted according to the adjustment strategy. The method can monitor the current power supply and the current change of the charging power of the shared electric vehicle in the charging process, and timely adjust the current power supply to prevent the situation that the temperature of the shared electric vehicle is high due to the fact that the current power supply is too high.
It should be noted that, in order to further ensure the safety of the shared electric vehicle and the surrounding environment thereof during the charging process of the shared electric vehicle, in this embodiment, a fire extinguishing device may be further disposed around the charging area of the shared electric vehicle, and optionally, if a fire alarm event is detected at the charging end of the vehicle, the fire extinguishing device is controlled to extinguish the fire at the charging end of the vehicle.
The fire extinguishing device can be composed of an alarm device and a water sprinkling device, the alarm device can be installed on a canopy upright post of a shared electric vehicle parking area, and the water sprinkling device can be installed below a canopy of the shared electric vehicle parking area.
Specifically, if the first controller obtains temperature information and smoke information of the shared electric vehicle and surrounding environment thereof at the current moment through temperature detection equipment and smoke detection equipment connected with the vehicle power supply end, when the temperature information exceeds a preset temperature threshold value and the existence of the smoke information is detected, a fire alarm event is proved to exist at the vehicle charging end, and therefore the first controller controls the fire extinguishing device to extinguish the fire at the vehicle charging end.
The advantage of setting like this is, can in time detect and obtain the sharing electric vehicle whether fire event to when sharing electric vehicle's fire event exists, can pass through extinguishing device fast and put out a fire the processing, further improved sharing electric vehicle's security in the charging process.
Fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of coil alignment in one embodiment. Because the vehicle power supply end supplies power to the vehicle charging end through electromagnetic induction between the transmitting coil and the receiving coil of the vehicle charging end, in order to ensure the power supply efficiency of the vehicle power supply end to the vehicle charging end, the transmitting coil and the receiving coil should be aligned, so the embodiment provides an alternative way for aligning the coils, which comprises the following steps:
S401, acquiring position information of a receiving coil of a vehicle charging end relative to a vehicle parking space.
Alternatively, there are various ways to obtain the position information of the receiving coil of the charging end of the vehicle with respect to the parking space of the vehicle, which is not limited in this application.
One optional implementation manner may be that the vehicle power supply end collects an image of a receiving coil of a vehicle charging end at the bottom of a shared electric vehicle through a camera installed on the ground surface, determines an imaging relative position between the receiving coil and the camera through a preset imaging principle, and determines and obtains position information of the receiving coil of the vehicle charging end relative to a vehicle parking space according to the imaging relative position and a preset relative position (namely, a preset relative position between the camera and a fixed point of the vehicle parking space).
Another alternative implementation manner may be to obtain position information of the receiving coil sent by the charging end of the vehicle relative to the parking space of the vehicle. Specifically, the first controller of the vehicle power supply end receives position information of the receiving coil, which is sent by the vehicle charging end, relative to the parking space of the shared electric vehicle through the receiver. It should be noted that, how the vehicle power supply end determines the position information of the receiving coil relative to the parking space of the vehicle will be described in detail in the following embodiments.
S402, determining the position to be moved of the transmitting coil according to the position information of the receiving coil relative to the parking space of the vehicle.
The position to be moved may be a position distance that the transmitting coil needs to move.
Optionally, according to the acquired position information of the receiving coil relative to the parking space of the shared electric vehicle and the acquired position information of the transmitting coil relative to the parking space of the shared electric vehicle, determining a lateral movement distance and a longitudinal movement distance between the receiving coil and the transmitting coil, and taking the lateral movement distance and the longitudinal movement distance as positions to be moved of the transmitting coil.
S403, controlling the transmitting coil and the receiving coil to align based on the position to be moved.
Optionally, the first controller at the power supply end of the vehicle drives the stepping motor to move the transmitting coil based on the acquired position to be moved, so as to finish the alignment of the transmitting coil and the receiving coil.
According to the coil alignment method, the position to be moved of the transmitting coil is determined through the position information of the receiving coil relative to the shared electric vehicle parking space, the transmitting coil and the receiving coil are aligned based on the position to be moved, the accuracy of alignment of the transmitting coil and the receiving coil is improved, and therefore the efficiency of transmitting power from the vehicle power supply end to the vehicle charging end is further improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, a wireless charging method for a vehicle is provided, and the method is applied to the vehicle charging terminal 101 in fig. 1, and is illustrated by way of example, and includes the following steps:
s501, detecting current electric quantity information and current charging power of a vehicle charging end in the process of supplying power to the vehicle charging end based on a transmitting coil of the vehicle power supply end and a receiving coil of the vehicle charging end.
As shown in fig. 6, the vehicle charging terminal of the present embodiment includes: the system comprises a second power supply circuit, a second acquisition circuit, a second controller, a transmitter and a receiving coil, wherein the second power supply circuit is used for being matched with the receiving coil to supply power for an electric appliance, the transmitter is used for transmitting current electric quantity information and current charging power to a vehicle power supply end, and the second acquisition circuit is used for acquiring the current electric quantity information and the current charging power of a vehicle charging end.
