In one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the driving assembly 13 may include a motor 130, a belt 131, and two pulleys 132, wherein the motor 130 is disposed on one mounting frame 10, and an output shaft of the motor 130 is fixedly connected with one rod 120 through the mounting frame 10, the two pulleys 132 are respectively fixed on an outer wall of the corresponding rod 120, and the two pulleys 132 are in driving connection through the belt 131.
It should be noted that, the motor 130 described in this embodiment is a gear motor, and the motor 130 drives the wiping component 12 to rotate slowly, so that not only can the contact time between the suction roller 122 and the aluminum plate be prolonged, the cleaning effect on the aluminum plate be improved, but also the contact time between the suction roller 122 and the arc-shaped housing 110 can be prolonged, and the dewatering (extrusion and heating) effect and efficiency of the suction roller 122 can be improved.
Specifically, the related personnel start the motor 130, the output shaft of the motor 130 drives one rod body 120 to rotate, and simultaneously drives the other belt pulley 132 to rotate through the belt pulley 132 and the belt 131 when the rod body 120 rotates, so as to drive the other rod body 120 to rotate, wherein the rotation direction of the output shaft of the motor 130 is opposite to the moving direction of the aluminum plate, so that the pressing and wiping direction of the water absorbing roller 122 is opposite to the moving direction of the aluminum plate, and the cleaning effect on the aluminum plate can be improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, the above aluminum plate rolling cleaning device may further include a receiving component 2, where the receiving component 2 and one wiper component 12 located above the two wiper components 12 are rotatably disposed, and the receiving component 2 includes a sleeve 20, a plurality of connecting rods 21 and an arc container 22, where the sleeve 20 is rotatably disposed on an outer wall of the rod 120, one ends of the plurality of connecting rods 21 are fixed on an outer wall of the sleeve 20, and the other ends of the plurality of connecting rods 21 are fixed on an inner wall of the arc container 22.
Specifically, the cleaning agent discharged from the arc-shaped shell 110 by pressing the suction roller 122 with the arc-shaped container 22 is collected and received, so that secondary pollution to the aluminum plate is avoided, the sleeve 20 and the rod 120 are rotatably arranged, and when the rod 120 rotates, the arc-shaped container 22 receives the weight of the cleaning agent and the self-gravity, so that the arc-shaped container 22 can be prevented from rotating along with the rod 120.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the aluminum plate rolling cleaning device further includes two balancing weights 3, wherein the two balancing weights 3 are symmetrically fixed on the outer wall of the arc-shaped container 22, and the balancing weights 3 are arranged to further increase the weight of the arc-shaped container 22, so that the stability of the arc-shaped container 22 when being received is improved.
In summary, the aluminum plate rolling cleaning device provided by the embodiment of the application can be used for rapidly cleaning the oil film stored on the surface of the aluminum plate, has a good cleaning effect and high cleaning efficiency, and can be used for effectively eliminating water stains stored on the surface of the aluminum plate in a mode of dynamic wiping and drying treatment, so that the labor and time are saved, and the labor intensity of related personnel is improved.

the cleaning component is arranged between the two mounting frames and is used for spraying high-temperature cleaning agent and hot air so as to clean and dry the aluminum plate in the conveying process on the aluminum plate conveyor at the same time;
the cleaning assembly is rotatably arranged between the two mounting frames, one of a plurality of cleaning ends of the cleaning assembly is attached to the cleaning assembly, and the cleaning assembly is used for cleaning and adsorbing water stains remained on the aluminum plate after cleaning;
the driving assembly is arranged on the mounting frame and is respectively connected with the two wiping assemblies, and the driving assembly is used for driving the two wiping assemblies to rotate simultaneously.

The aluminum plate rolling cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the cleaning assembly comprises an arc-shaped housing, two symmetrically arranged pads, a heating rod, a water tank, a water pump, a pipe body, a plurality of connection pipes, a plurality of spray heads, a trapezoid cover body and a plurality of fans, wherein,
a first through groove is formed in the surface of the arc-shaped shell, and an opening is formed in one side of the arc-shaped shell;
the heating rod is arranged between the two cushion blocks;
the two cushion blocks are arranged in the arc-shaped shell, and are used for fixedly supporting the heating rod and simultaneously dividing the arc-shaped shell into a hot air area and a water area;
the water pump and the water tank are respectively arranged on the arc-shaped shell, and the water tank is communicated with the arc-shaped shell;
