A sanitary towel with sterilizing function is prepared from the non-woven cloth of copper and/or silver series with sterilizing agent (0.1-40 wt.%) and one or more of nano-powder or microparticles of glass or silver-carried sodium zirconium hydroxy phosphate containing simple substance copper, copper oxide, cuprous oxide, copper salt and silver ions.
The sanitary cotton sliver is made of copper and/or silver series sterilized non-woven fabric or the cotton sliver is made of moisture absorption cotton sliver which is coated with copper and/or silver series sterilized non-woven fabric on the surface of a moisture absorption material, wherein 0.1% -40% of copper and/or silver series sterilizing agent is mixed in the copper and/or silver series sterilized non-woven fabric, and the sterilizing agent is formed by one or a plurality of combination of nano powder or particles of simple substance copper, copper oxide, cuprous oxide, copper salt and glass silver-loaded silver zirconium sodium hydroxy phosphate.
Advantageous effects
The copper and/or silver series sterilizing sanitary towel/sterilizing cotton sliver has the function of actively eliminating bacteria in female vaginal orifice or vagina, and has the beneficial effect of protecting female health.
Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is clearly and completely described below.
The invention relates to a copper and/or silver series sterilizing sanitary towel/sterilizing tampon and a manufacturing method thereof, comprising the following steps: the surface material or whole of sanitary towel/sanitary silver is fused with copper series sterilizing agent composed of one or more of nano powder or particles of simple substance copper, copper oxide, cuprous oxide, copper salt and silver ion glass silver-carrying zirconium sodium hydroxy phosphate, wherein 93-40% of polymer or terylene or polypropylene or acrylon or nylon or spandex nano powder or master batch is correspondingly doped with 1.8-40% of copper series sterilizing agent by weight, 5-10% of compatilizer, 0.1-6% of dispersing agent and 0.1-4% of antioxidant by weight, the sum of the raw material compositions is 100%, and the mixture is put into a high-speed mixer for 2-10 minutes, and the mixture is put into a melting screw extruder at the processing temperature of 160-320 ℃, the screw speed is 180-800 rpm, copper series sterilized polyester, copper series sterilized polypropylene, copper series sterilized acrylic, copper series sterilized nylon, copper series sterilized spandex or copper series sterilized spandex nanometer melt with melt index of 0.8-40g/10min is formed after melting, the melt index of polypropylene grafted maleic anhydride (PP-g-MAH) is 1-150g/10min, the grafting rate is 0.5-1%, the dispersing agent is organic wax or stearic acid amide, either single component or mixed component is formed, the organic wax and stearic acid amide are formed, the organic wax comprises polyethylene wax, and the mixed component proportion is 0.1-99.9%; the antioxidant is hindered phenol antioxidant or is compounded with phosphite antioxidant, wherein the hindered phenol antioxidant is 1010, the hindered phenol antioxidant and the phosphite antioxidant are compounded into 1010/168 of 1:1, and the copper series sterilized polymer or copper series sterilized polyester or copper series sterilized polypropylene or copper series sterilized nylon or sterilized spandex with uniform phase dispersion and high compatibility are respectively formed through melting, and the copper series sterilized polymer non-woven fabric or copper series sterilized polyester non-woven fabric or copper series sterilized polypropylene non-woven fabric is prepared through extrusion and high-temperature high-pressure spinning; wherein the polymer comprises: polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, styrene-butadiene-acrylonitrile, and the like.
Example 1
The method comprises the steps of covering the surface of a moisture absorption surface with a copper and/or silver series sterilized polymer non-woven fabric or a copper and/or silver series sterilized polyester non-woven fabric or a copper and/or silver series sterilized polypropylene non-woven fabric as an inner layer of the sanitary towel according to a manufacturing process of the sanitary towel, and sealing the outer layer material of the sanitary towel with the copper and/or silver series sterilized polymer non-woven fabric or the copper and/or silver series sterilized polyester non-woven fabric or the copper and/or silver series sterilized polypropylene non-woven fabric by using a sealing machine to prepare the copper and/or silver series sterilized sanitary towel.
Example two
The absorbent cotton is rubbed into strips by a cotton rubbing machine, and the copper and/or silver series sterilizing cotton sliver with the surface coated with the copper and/or silver series sterilizing non-woven fabric is prepared by wrapping the absorbent cotton sliver with the copper and/or silver series sterilizing polymer non-woven fabric or the copper and/or silver series sterilizing terylene non-woven fabric or the copper and/or silver series sterilizing polypropylene non-woven fabric.
Example III
And rubbing the copper and/or silver series sterilized polymer non-woven fabric or the copper and/or silver series sterilized polyester non-woven fabric or the copper and/or silver series sterilized polypropylene non-woven fabric into strips by a cotton rubbing machine, and performing surface softening treatment to obtain the copper and/or silver series sterilized cotton sliver.
A sanitary towel with sterilizing function is prepared from the non-woven cloth of copper and/or silver series with sterilizing agent (0.1-40 wt.%) and one or more of nano-powder or microparticles of glass or silver-carried sodium zirconium hydroxy phosphate containing simple substance copper, copper oxide, cuprous oxide, copper salt and silver ions.

The present invention is not limited to the preferred embodiments, and any person skilled in the art, based on the technical solution of the present invention and the concept thereof, can be replaced or changed equally within the scope of the present invention.
Claims (6)
1. A copper and/or silver based sterilized sanitary towel/tampon and a method of making the same, comprising: the sanitary towel/sanitary silver plus material or whole is fused with copper series sterilizing agent composed of one or more of nano powder or particles of simple substance copper, copper oxide, cuprous oxide, copper salt and silver ion glass silver-carrying zirconium sodium hydroxy phosphate, wherein 93-40% of polymer or terylene or polypropylene or acrylon or nylon or spandex nano powder or master batch is correspondingly doped with 1.8-40% of copper series sterilizing agent by weight, 5-10% of compatilizer, 0.1-6% of dispersing agent and 0.1-4% of antioxidant by weight, the sum of the raw material compositions is 100%, the mixture is mixed in a high-speed mixer for 2-10 minutes, the mixture is filled in a melting screw extruder at the processing temperature of 160-320 ℃, the screw speed is 180-800 rpm, copper series sterilized polyester, copper series sterilized polypropylene, copper series sterilized acrylic, copper series sterilized nylon, copper series sterilized spandex or copper series sterilized spandex nanometer melt with melt index of 0.8-40g/10min is formed after melting, the melt index of polypropylene grafted maleic anhydride (PP-g-MAH) is 1-150g/10min, the grafting rate is 0.5-1%, the dispersing agent is organic wax or stearic acid amide, which can be any single component or mixed component, the organic wax and stearic acid amide, the organic wax comprises polyethylene wax, the mixed component proportion is 0.1-99.9%; the antioxidant is hindered phenol antioxidant or is compounded with phosphite antioxidant, wherein the hindered phenol antioxidant is 1010, the hindered phenol antioxidant and the phosphite antioxidant are compounded into 1010/168 of 1:1, and the copper series sterilized polymer or copper series sterilized polyester or copper series sterilized polypropylene or copper series sterilized nylon or sterilized spandex with uniform phase dispersion and high compatibility are respectively formed through melting, and the copper series sterilized polymer non-woven fabric or copper series sterilized polyester non-woven fabric or copper series sterilized polypropylene non-woven fabric is prepared through extrusion and high-temperature high-pressure spinning;
wherein the polymer comprises: polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, styrene-butadiene-acrylonitrile, and the like.

A copper and/or silver based sterilized sanitary towel/tampon and method of making the same according to claim 1, characterized in that: the method comprises the steps of covering the surface of a moisture absorption surface with a copper and/or silver series sterilized polymer non-woven fabric or a copper and/or silver series sterilized polyester non-woven fabric or a copper and/or silver series sterilized polypropylene non-woven fabric as an inner layer of the sanitary towel according to a manufacturing process of the sanitary towel, and sealing the outer layer material of the sanitary towel with the copper and/or silver series sterilized polymer non-woven fabric or the copper and/or silver series sterilized polyester non-woven fabric or the copper and/or silver series sterilized polypropylene non-woven fabric by using a sealing machine to prepare the copper and/or silver series sterilized sanitary towel.

A copper and/or silver based sterilized sanitary towel/tampon and method of making the same according to claim 1, characterized in that: the absorbent cotton is rubbed into strips by a cotton rubbing machine, and the copper and/or silver series sterilizing cotton sliver with the surface coated with the copper and/or silver series sterilizing non-woven fabric is prepared by wrapping the absorbent cotton sliver with the copper and/or silver series sterilizing polymer non-woven fabric or the copper and/or silver series sterilizing terylene non-woven fabric or the copper and/or silver series sterilizing polypropylene non-woven fabric.

A copper and/or silver based sterilized sanitary towel/tampon and method of making the same according to claim 1, characterized in that: and rubbing the copper and/or silver series sterilized polymer non-woven fabric or the copper and/or silver series sterilized polyester non-woven fabric or the copper and/or silver series sterilized polypropylene non-woven fabric into strips by a cotton rubbing machine, and performing surface softening treatment to obtain the copper and/or silver series sterilized cotton sliver.
5. A copper and/or silver based sterilized sanitary towel/tampon characterized by: the surface layer of the sanitary towel for absorbing menstrual blood consists of a copper and/or silver series sterilized non-woven fabric, wherein 0.1-40% of copper and/or silver series sterilizing agent is mixed in the copper and/or silver series sterilized non-woven fabric, and the sterilizing agent consists of one or a plurality of nano-powder or particles of elemental copper, copper oxide, cuprous oxide, copper salt and silver ion glass silver-carrying zirconium sodium hydroxy phosphate.
6. A copper and/or silver based sterilized sanitary towel/tampon characterized by: the sanitary cotton sliver is formed by rubbing a copper and/or silver series sterilizing non-woven fabric or is formed by wrapping a moisture absorption cotton sliver with a moisture absorption material surface, wherein the copper and/or silver series sterilizing non-woven fabric is fused with 0.1% -40% by weight of copper and/or silver series sterilizing agent, and the sterilizing agent is formed by combining one or more of nano powder or particles of glass silver-carrying zirconium sodium hydroxy phosphate of simple substance copper, copper oxide, cuprous oxide, copper salt and silver ions.
