10. A frostbite rewarming apparatus as in claim 9, wherein: the storage cavity (112) is connected with the bottom end of the liquid inlet channel (113), and the top end of the liquid inlet channel (113) is positioned on the inner wall of the bottom of the rewarming barrel (1).
