本发明公开了一种心脑宁胶囊及其制备工艺，它是先将薤白粉碎成细粉，过筛备用；再将大果木姜子用水蒸汽蒸馏提取挥发油后，药渣与银杏叶、小叶黄杨、丹参用乙醇提取，滤液浓缩成清膏后，再合并，浓缩至稠膏状，加入薤白细粉，混匀，干燥，粉碎，过筛，加入挥发油混匀，装入胶囊即得。本发明具有疗效好，无毒副作用，服用方便，价格便宜等优点。经临床验证，通过提取药材中有效成分使其尽量完全应用，大大提高了本药品的内在质量，服用量小。适合广大患者使用。

技术领域：
本发明涉及一种用中草药制成的胶囊，特别是一种中草药治疗心血管疾病的胶囊。
技术背景：
目前对心血管疾病治疗的药物很多，但一般都存在价格高、服用不方便、有副作用、疗效不佳等问题。不能很好地解除患者的病痛。
发明内容：
本发明的目的在于：提供一种以纯中草药为原料制成的胶囊，服用方便，疗效好，以解决上述问题。
本发明是这样实现的：以制取1000粒计，其组分的用量为：银杏叶400g，小叶黄杨400g，丹参400g，大果木姜子400g，薤白400g。
其制备工艺为：先将薤白粉碎成细粉，过筛备用；再将大果木姜子用水蒸汽蒸馏提取挥发油后，药渣与银杏叶、小叶黄杨、丹参用乙醇提取，提取液回收乙醇，浓缩成清膏备用；药渣再加水煎煮1小时，过滤，滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.2的清膏后，再与乙醇提取的清膏合并，浓缩至稠膏状，加入薤白细粉，混匀，干燥，粉碎，过筛，加入挥发油混匀，装入胶囊即得。
本发明与现有技术相比，具有疗效好，无毒副作用，服用方便，价格便宜等优点。经临床验证，通过提取药材中有效成分使其尽量完全应用，大大提高了本药品的内在质量，服用量小。适合广大患者使用。
具体实施方式：
本发明的实施例：以制取1000粒为例，先将薤白400g粉碎成细粉，过筛备用；再将大果木姜子400g用水蒸汽蒸馏提取挥发油后，药渣与银杏叶400g、小叶黄杨400g、丹参400g用75％乙醇提取，提取液减压回收乙醇，浓缩成清膏备用；药渣再加水煎煮1小时，过滤，滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.2(80℃测)的清膏后，再与乙醇提取的清膏合并，浓缩至稠膏状，加入薤白细粉，混匀，干燥，粉碎，过筛，加入挥发油混匀，装入胶囊，制成1000粒即得。

1、一种心脑宁胶囊，其特征在于：以制取1000粒计，其组分的用量为：银杏叶400g，小叶黄杨400g，丹参400g，大果木姜子400g，薤白400g。
2、一种心脑宁胶囊的制备工艺，其特征在于：以制取1000粒计，其组分的用量为：银杏叶400g，小叶黄杨400g，丹参400g，大果木姜子400g，薤白400g；先将薤白粉碎成细粉，过筛备用；再将大果木姜子用水蒸汽蒸馏提取挥发油后，药渣与银杏叶、小叶黄杨、丹参用乙醇提取，提取液回收乙醇，浓缩成清膏备用；药渣再加水煎煮1小时，过滤，滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.2的清膏后，再与乙醇提取的清膏合并，浓缩至稠膏状，加入薤白细粉，混匀，干燥，粉碎，过筛，加入挥发油混匀，装入胶囊即得。
