the working task data are obtained from a database of a power distribution network, and comprise task scores of 10kV distribution lines and equipment inspection, 10kV transformer insulation resistance and direct current resistance measurement, 10kV overhead line sag observation and inspection operation, 10kV overhead line infrared thermal imaging measurement, 10kV switch cabinet partial discharge test and 10kV cable line fault investigation and corresponding task difficulty coefficients;
calculating task difficulty scores for each task respectively;
task difficulty grade identification is carried out according to the task difficulty scores of the tasks; the task difficulty level comprises a level I, a level II, a level III, a level IV and a level V.

sequencing according to the time period or the working time length of the working tasks to obtain sequenced first matched execution tasks; if at least two tasks are included in the same time period, sequencing the first matched execution tasks according to the task difficulty level to obtain a sequenced second matched execution task; and matching the work tasks of the second matching execution task with the network operation and maintenance staff according to the sequence.
