When the bolt is loosened, the elastic piece 30 can actively react to make the covering part 21 far away from the position where the early warning part 22 is located, and a worker can timely acquire early warning information of the initial stage of bolt loosening from the early warning part 22, and can not discover the bolt after the bolt is completely loosened. Through obtaining early warning information, the staff can in time overhaul the position that the bolt is located, need not wait for the bolt to become flexible after completely can be found.
The cover portion 21 and the warning portion 22 are each provided in a plate/block shape. In the embodiment disclosed by the application, when the first shell 11 is at the first position, the front projection of the cover portion 21 and the early warning portion 22 along the first direction is at least partially misaligned, so that the early warning portion 22 can prompt the early warning information to the outside, and preferably, the cover portion 21 and the early warning portion 22 are completely staggered; when the first shell portion 11 is in the second position, the front projections of the covering portion 21 and the early warning portion 22 along the first direction coincide, so that the covering portion 21 can cover the early warning portion 22, and the first direction is perpendicular to the plane where the covering portion 21/the early warning portion 22 is located.
Specifically, the front projection of the cover portion 21 and the warning portion 22 in the first direction is at least partially misaligned, which means that at least a portion of one of the cover portion 21 and the warning portion 22 does not overlap with the projection of the other.
Preferably, the areas of orthographic projections of the cover portion 21 and the warning portion 22 in the first direction are the same in size, i.e., the shapes of the cover portion 21 and the warning portion 22 are the same.

As shown in connection with fig. 4-6, the pre-warning device 3 further comprises a mounting member 40. The mounting member 40 has a circular ring shape with its central axis coincident with the central axis of the first shell portion 11. The mounting member 40 is disposed inside the first shell portion 11 and is welded to the first shell portion 11, and the mounting member 40 is capable of following the movement of the first shell portion 11. The elastic member 30 is disposed between the mounting member 40 and the first housing portion 11, the elastic member 30 surrounds the outside of the mounting member 40, and the mounting member 40 is used for maintaining the elastic member 30 in a surrounding state.
The warning device 3 further comprises a driving member 50. The driving member 50 is disposed at an outer side of the mounting member 40, and the driving member 50 is capable of following the movement of the first housing portion 11. One side of the driving member 50 is connected to one end of the elastic member 30, the other end of the elastic member 30 abuts against the second shell portion 12, and when the first shell portion 11 rotates from the first position to the second position, the driving member 50 also follows the first shell portion 11 to rotate, and at this time, the driving member 50 presses the elastic member 30.
Further, due to the arrangement of the mounting member 40, the elastic member 30 is pushed or released to return, and the elastic member is wound around the outer side of the mounting member 40, i.e., the deformation and recovery path of the elastic member 30 is an arc.
The warning device 3 further comprises a first fixing element 60. The first fixing member 60 is located between the first and second shell portions 11 and 12, and the first fixing member 60 includes a main body portion 61 and a fixing portion 62. The main body portion 61 is provided inside the mount 40, the main body portion 61 is connected to the fixing portion 62, the main body portion 61 is bonded to the inside of the first housing 11, the main body portion 61 is connected to the second housing portion 12, and the second housing portion 12 is always stationary with respect to the first housing portion 11, that is, the main body portion 61 and the fixing portion 62 are also always stationary. The mounting member 40 is provided with a receiving groove 41, and the fixing portion 62 extends to the outside of the mounting member 40 through the receiving groove 41, i.e., the fixing portion 62 is located between the outside of the mounting member 40 and the inner wall of the first housing portion 11, the fixing portion 62 being for fixing the elastic member 30.
Referring to fig. 7-8, in a specific embodiment, between the first end of the elastic member 30 and one side of the fixing portion 62, the second end of the elastic member 30 is connected to the driving member 50 after surrounding the outer side of the mounting member 40, and when the driving member 50 moves, the first end of the elastic member 30 can be pressed toward the second end of the elastic member 30.
Further, the receiving groove 41 is provided at a side of the mounting member 40 fixed to the inner wall of the first housing portion 11. The size of the receiving groove 41 is larger than that of the fixing portion 62, wherein the size of the receiving groove 41 is the length of an arc formed by the receiving groove, the fixing portion 62 is in a fan shape, and the length of the fixing portion 62 is the length of an arc of an edge of the fixing portion, whereby the fixing portion 62 is stationary, and the receiving groove 41 on the mounting member 40 can move relative to the fixing portion 62.
The accommodating groove 41 includes a first side wall 411 and a second side wall 412 disposed opposite to each other, and in the first position, the first side wall 411 of the accommodating groove 41 abuts against one side of the fixing portion 62 (as shown in fig. 7); during the clockwise rotation of the first housing portion 11 from the first position to the second position, the driving member 50 presses the elastic member until the second sidewall 412 of the receiving groove 41 abuts against the other side of the fixing portion 62 (as shown in fig. 8). The first side wall 411 and the second side wall 412 of the accommodating groove 41 abut against the fixing portion 62 to limit the rotation position of the first shell portion 11, and when the first side wall 411 or the second side wall 412 hits against the fixing portion 62, the rotation of the first shell portion 11 is stopped and cannot be continued.
In practical use, the angle corresponding to the fan-shaped fixing portion 62 may be set to 45 degrees, so that the elastic member 30 generates an initial pressure, the elastic member 30 is always pressed to store energy initially even if the driving member 50 does not start to press the elastic member 30, after the driving member 50 presses the elastic member 30, the elastic member 30 further stores energy, and when the elastic member 30 releases energy, the driving member 50 can be pushed better, so that the first shell 11 can be rotated from the second position to the first position stably.
Preferably, the driving member 50 is disposed at a position of the mounting member 40 near the first side wall 411 of the receiving groove 41.
In other embodiments, the securing portion 62 may be other shapes, such as rectangular, etc.

When the stopper 70 is subjected to external environmental pressure, i.e., the bolt presses the device, the stopper 70 is pressed by the bolt to be stationary. In the process of rotating the first shell 11 from the first position to the second position, the mounting member 40 and the driving member 50 move along with the first shell 11, the driving member 50 compresses the elastic member 30, and the clamping member 80 slides along the outer side surface of the tooth and can abut against the tooth. The limiting member 70 is stationary, and the tooth of the limiting member 70 is combined with the retaining member 80 to limit the rotation direction of the first shell portion 11, so that the first shell portion 11 can only rotate from the first position to the second position, and the first shell portion 11 cannot return to the first position during the process, and at this time, the elastic member 30 is always kept in the pressed state. When the environmental pressure value received by the limiting member 70 is reduced to a preset pressure value, that is, when the bolt is loosened, the limiting member 70 is not completely compressed by the bolt, at this time, the limiting member 70 can freely move, and the elastic member 30 can release the extruded elastic force, and the elastic force acts on the driving member 50 to push the driving member 50 to move. Further, in the process of moving the driving member 50 by the elastic force released by the elastic member 30, the mounting member 40 rotates around the central axis thereof, the blocking member 80 moves along with the mounting member 40, and since the limiting member 70 is not completely compressed by the bolt, the elastic force released by the elastic member 30 can cause the blocking member 80 to push the teeth reversely, so that the limiting member 70 rotates, that is, the limiting member 70 loses the limiting effect at this time, and finally, the first shell 11 rotates from the second position to the first position under the action of the elastic force of the elastic member 30.
In practical application, the bolt compresses the early warning device 3 between the early warning device and the screw hole, when the first shell 11 is located at the second position, the compression force of the bolt directly acts on the upper surface of the main body 61, and meanwhile, the compression force can also indirectly act on the limiting piece 70, so that the limiting piece 70 is fixed and cannot rotate, the teeth of the limiting piece 70 limit the mounting piece 40 from rotating, and then the first shell 11 cannot return to the first position from the second position, and the driving piece 50 always presses the elastic piece 30; when the bolt is loosened, the pressing force of the bolt cannot completely fix the limiting piece 70, the elastic piece 30 releases elastic force to push the driving piece 50 and the mounting piece 40 to move, and the limiting piece 70 cannot prevent the ring piece 4 from rotating, namely, the limiting piece 70 loses the limiting effect, so that the first shell 11 can rotate from the second position to the first position.
The teeth on the outer peripheral surface of the limiting piece 70 and the clamping piece 80 are combined to form a limiting structure of the ratchet pawl, so that the limiting effect is realized. The stopper 80 is elastically provided, and specifically, the stopper 80 is made of an elastic steel material. When the limiting member 70 is pressed and fixed by the bolt, and the first shell 11 rotates from the first position to the second position, the blocking member 80 can correspondingly change shape along the outer side surface of the tooth.
As shown in fig. 4 and fig. 9 to fig. 10, the warning device 3 further includes a second fixing member 90. The second fixing member 90 is located below the limiting member 70, the second fixing member 90 is connected with the second shell portion 12, the second fixing member 90 is further connected with the first fixing member 60, and the first fixing member 60, the second fixing member 90 and the second shell portion 12 are all in a static state relative to other components. The first fixing member 60, the limiting member 70, and the second fixing member 90 are provided with through holes for the bolts to pass through. The limiting piece 70 is arranged between the first fixing piece 60 and the second fixing piece 90, gaps are reserved between the limiting piece 70 and the first fixing piece 60 and between the limiting piece 70 and the second fixing piece 90, and when the early warning device 3 is in a working state, the first fixing piece 60, the limiting piece 70 and the second fixing piece 90 are compressed by the compression force of the bolts, so that the gaps disappear, and the limiting piece 70 cannot rotate.
In the embodiment disclosed in the present application, before the bolt is loosened, the first fixing member 60, the limiting member 70 and the second fixing member 90 may be used as gaskets, but not limited to, for primarily preventing the bolt from loosening; when the bolt loosens, the early warning device 3 is used for early warning to the outside, and the staff is reminded that the bolt has slightly loosened.
Further, the edge of the second fixing member 90 near the through hole is arranged in an arc shape, the second fixing member 90 is elastically arranged, the second fixing member 90 is equivalent to a disc spring, but the compression capacity and rigidity of the second fixing member 90 are far greater than those of a common disc spring.
The early warning device 3 provided by the application is used for testing the contact resistance of the wire clamp in a use scene, and the test shows that when the early warning device 3 generates an early warning signal, the contact resistance of the wire clamp has no obvious change, and the device can play a role in preventing the wire clamp from heating.
In the early warning device 3 according to an embodiment of the present application, when not in use (initial state), the first housing part 11 can be rotated from the first position to the second position, and then the first housing part 11 can be immediately rotated back from the second position to the first position due to the elastic force released by the elastic member 30. When the bolt compresses the early warning device 3 and the bolt is not loosened, the compressing force of the bolt compresses the first fixing member 60, the limiting member 70 and the second fixing member 90, and at this time, the limiting member 70 is compressed and fixed, and when the first shell portion 11 rotates from the first position to the second position, due to the arrangement of the teeth and the clamping member 80, the driving member 50 always presses the elastic member 30, and the elastic member 30 cannot release elasticity, so that the first shell portion 11 cannot return to the first position (working state) from the second position. When the bolt is loosened, the pressing force of the bolt is insufficient to press the limiting member 70, and at this time, the limiting effect of the limiting member 70 fails, and the elastic member 30 can release the elastic force to push the driving member 50 to move, so that the first housing portion 11 can swing from the second position to the first position (early warning state).
