5) The positions of the reinforcing steel bar joints need to avoid the stirrup encrypting area and are arranged in the area with the smallest stress, the adjacent reinforcing steel bar joints need to be staggered for 35d and are not smaller than 50cm, the thickness of the protective layer is noted during binding, the cushion blocks and the like are additionally arranged in time, the spacing is 100cm, and the casting molding quality is ensured.
6) The steel bars of the column and Liang Jietou are dense, the core hoop does not allow omission, the binding is really difficult, the stirrups are made into a spliced type, and after being bound in place, the stirrups are welded into a closed hoop according to the lap joint 10 d.
(3) First layer column template installation
1) The column template adopts a customized round steel template, and phi 20 high-strength bolts are connected and fixed. And combining the position and the size of the beam, wherein the standard column section adopts a double-spliced forming template, the joint of the standard column section and the unidirectional beam adopts a three-spliced forming template, and the joint of the standard column section and the bidirectional beam adopts a four-spliced forming template.
2) The installation of the column template is required to be carried out after the steel bar is inspected without problems and the inspection and acceptance procedures are finished, the garbage in the mold is required to be cleaned up before the mold is sealed, and the position of a beam opening is required to be left (or concrete is only poured below the beam bottom) during construction. The periphery of the template is fixed with the bent frame by steel pipes, so that the whole template is stable.
(4) The first layer frame beam supporting frame is erected
1) The beam support frame is erected by adopting steel pipes with the diameter of phi 48mm, 4 rows of upright posts are transversely arranged at the bottom of the beam, the spacing is 600mm, the spacing between the upright posts in the span direction is 600mm, the step distance is 1000mm, the bottom of the beam support frame is provided with a bottom support and a 20cm wide wood base plate, and the top of the support frame is subjected to height adjustment by arranging a top support. The upper part of each vertical column jacking is provided with double-spliced phi 48 multiplied by 3.2mm steel pipes as a girder bottom mould supporting girder, and the transverse direction is provided with 60 multiplied by 80mm square woods with a spacing of 200 and mm square woods as girder bottom trabeculae. When the span of the beam is larger than 4m, arching is performed according to 1/1000-3/1000 of the full span length.
(5) Bottom die installation of first-layer frame beam
1) The beam bottom template adopts a 1.5cm thick cladding wood plywood, the support frame is erected, and the bottom die paving construction is carried out after experience is passed. Before the template is paved, a double-spliced phi 48mm steel pipe support girder and a 60mm multiplied by 80mm multiplied by 2000mm square wooden trabecula are paved in order according to the design interval requirement, then a bottom die is paved, the bottom die is firstly butted with column heads or adjacent structures and nailed, and 60mm multiplied by 80mm square wooden bars are used as vertical shelves and vertical shelves for supporting.
(6) First layer frame beam reinforcement installation
1) Binding sequence: determining binding sequence, penetrating longitudinal steel bars of the beam, installing beam stirrups, binding steel bars, filling protection layers and checking and accepting the steel bars.
2) The stirrups are perpendicular to the main bars, the stirrup hooks are arranged in a staggered mode, and the crossing points of the stirrup corners and the longitudinal bars are firmly tied.
3) The tension bar joint of the beam cannot be arranged at the maximum bending moment of the beam, the joint positions are staggered from each other within the range of the section of the stress bar 30d (not less than 500 mm), the section area of the stress bar with the binding joint accounts for the total section area percentage of the stress bar, the tension area cannot exceed 25%, and the compression area cannot exceed 50%.
(7) Side die installation of first-layer frame beam
1) The side mould adopts a cladding wood plywood with the thickness of 1.5cm, the longitudinal enclosing purlin of the mould adopts square wood with the thickness of 50mm multiplied by 100mm, and the spacing is 25cm; the transverse enclosing purlin adopts double steel pipes, and the distance is 50cm.
2) The surface of the template is kept smooth and clean, and the mold release agent is evenly brushed, so that the spliced seams are tight. In order to ensure pouring elevation, measuring, positioning and scribing are adopted on the collecting surface elevation position of the template.
3) The beam template is paved and arranged to retreat from the two ends of the beam to the middle, the embedded wood is arranged in the beam, and the cleaning opening of the beam is arranged at the beam end.
4) The template is fixed in an external fixation and internal opposite-pulling mode, the external fixation adopts a template vertical steel pipe enclosing wall to be connected with a bottom cross rod of the bottom die, and the fastener is fixed; the opposite pulling adopts phi 16 pairs of pull rods, the upper and lower beams are respectively and correspondingly arranged, the longitudinal distance is 50cm, and the pull rods penetrate through phi 18PVC pipes.
5) In order to prevent the quality problems of uneven beam body, uneven beam bottom, uneven beam side die expansion and the like in the installation of the beam template, the side die should be covered with a bottom die during die supporting, and the blanking size at the joint of the beam die and the column die is slightly shortened.
(8) First layer frame beam embedded part installation
The bent beam is a fishway groove support, steel plates are fully paved on the top surface, anchor bars are welded on a processing plant according to the requirements of a design drawing, a tower crane is used for lifting the top surface of the finger beam, the gradient and the elevation of the top surface are strictly controlled by measurement, and spot welding is performed on the main beam bars. The top of the steel plate is provided with a concrete warehouse entry port of 20 multiplied by 20cm and the distance is 1.0-1.5 m, and the warehouse entry port is welded and recovered after the concrete pouring is completed.
(9) First layer column and beam concrete pouring
1) And (5) performing concrete pouring after the bent steel bars and the templates are installed and accepted by supervision and inspection. Pumping is adopted for the pouring of the bent frame concrete, 8m of the beam concrete tank truck is transported, an automobile pump is pumped into a bin, column concrete is poured firstly, and then pouring construction is carried out from the poured column end to the other end.
2) Before the column is poured, a layer of cement mortar with the same design mark with the thickness of 2-3 cm is paved, so that good joint between new and old concrete surfaces is ensured.
3) The concrete is intensively stirred in a concrete mixing station, the slump of the concrete is controlled to be 18+/-2 cm, and the initial setting time of the concrete is controlled to be 8 hours.
4) And (3) placing concrete into a warehouse: the string cylinder is arranged on the row frame column to the casting surface by 80-100 cm, so that segregation and aggregate separation of concrete are avoided; the beam is directly taken in the cabin by the automobile pump hose. The layering thickness is controlled to be 30-40 cm; the phi 50 flexible shaft is adopted for vibrating by the inserted vibrator, the vibrating depth of the vibrator is generally not more than 2/3-3/4 times of the length of the rod, the vibrator is required to be inserted and pulled out quickly and slowly during vibration, and the vibrator is moved up and down continuously, so that the vibrator is uniformly tamped, and the air bubbles on the surface of the concrete are reduced. When in layered pouring, the vibrating rod is inserted into the concrete at the lower layer by 10cm, the moving distance is not more than 1.5 times of the action radius of the vibrator, the distance between the vibrating rod and the side mould is kept at least 5cm, and the vibrating duration time of each vibrating part is 20-30 s, so that the concrete is not sunk any more, no air bubbles appear, and the surface of the concrete presents floating paste. The casting is continuously carried out, and the upper layer concrete is required to be cast and tamped before the lower layer concrete is initially set.
6) The vibrator is tightly forbidden to directly collide with the template steel bars and the embedded part during pouring, so that the periphery of the embedded part is carefully vibrated, and the pouring compactness is ensured. In the concrete pouring process, bleeding in the bin must be removed in time, the holes on the templates are strictly forbidden to remove water to bring mortar, and the mortar adhered to the surfaces of the templates and the reinforcing steel bars should be removed at any time. The surface flatness of the concrete is strictly controlled, so that the appearance quality is ensured.
7) In the concrete pouring process, special persons should be dispatched to watch the mould, the displacement and stability of the mould plate are strictly controlled, and once the displacement is generated, the mould plate is adjusted in time, and the support is reinforced.
8) Exposed beam surface collecting surface
When the concrete surface is folded, the concrete surface is scraped by a scraping ruler, and then the slurry is lifted by a wooden trowel, and then the concrete surface is smoothed by an iron trowel to be folded, so that the flatness of the concrete surface is ensured to meet the requirement.
9) Health preserving
After concrete pouring at normal temperature is completed, the exposed surface is wrapped by a plastic film in time and covered by a felt piece, so that the exposure time of the concrete on the surface is reduced as much as possible, and the surface moisture is prevented from evaporating. It should be noted that the covering does not directly contact the concrete surface until the concrete is initially set.
The sprinkling is carried out by arranging a shower pipe for curing, so that enough condensed water is ensured in the film, and the curing time is not less than 28 days.
10 Mold removing device
When the template is supported and disassembled, reliable footholds are set for operation at the height of more than 2 meters, and corresponding safety protection measures are provided. The die stripping sequence should follow the principle of first supporting and then removing, then supporting and first removing, and then supporting and removing from top to bottom. The beam side mold and the column mold can be disassembled after the concrete strength can ensure that the surface and the edges and corners of the component are not damaged by the disassembly of the template. The beam needs to bear the construction load of the layer beam, and can be removed after the strength reaches the design strength. And after the die is disassembled, the outer surfaces of the frame posts and the beams are timely covered and protected by films, and sprinkling maintenance or heat preservation treatment is carried out according to different seasons.
(10) Construction of remaining bent
Repeating the construction procedures (1) - (9) until the bent construction is completed, and dismantling the support frame according to the requirement after the bent construction is completed.
In the aspect of the fishway construction, refer to fig. 3 and fig. 4 together.
(1) The first layer of fishway groove bearing support is erected
1) The fishway grooves are folded along the space between the rack columns, 3 rows are total, 4 layers are arranged in each row, and rest rooms are adopted for connection. Each span can be independently constructed from bottom to top, an upper-layer aqueduct support is erected on a lower-layer constructed aqueduct, each layer of aqueduct can be constructed in a block mode according to a structure, and a aqueduct bottom plate and a side wall (containing brackets) are formed through one-step pouring.
2) The supporting frame is erected by adopting steel pipes with the diameter of phi 48mm, 6 rows of upright posts are transversely arranged at the bottom of the fishway groove, the distance between the upright posts in the span direction is 600 mm, the step distance is 1000mm, the bottom of the supporting frame is provided with a bottom support and a 20cm wide wood base plate, and the top of the supporting frame is subjected to height adjustment by arranging a top support. 9 square timber with the length of 6 multiplied by 8cm is uniformly arranged at the top of the vertical column jacking at the bottom of the fishway tank to serve as a girder bottom trabecula, and a single steel pipe with the length of phi 48 multiplied by 3.2mm is transversely arranged to serve as a girder bottom mould supporting girder, wherein the distance between the steel pipe and the vertical column is 600 mm.
3) The upper bearing requirement can be met by checking the concrete to 70% of the design strength, and the lower support frame can be removed and recycled after the lower support frame meets the demolding strength required by the specification and is not less than 70%. Other building methods and requirements with the first layer beam support frame.
(2) First layer fishway groove bottom die installation
The fishway groove is integrally covered with a wood plywood with the thickness of 1.5 cm. The bottom die is laid and controlled and required to be installed with the bottom die of the first layer of bent beam.
(3) First layer fishway groove steel bar installation
1) The steel bar installation is strictly carried out according to the design requirement, and the arrangement distance among installation is ensured to meet the design requirement. In order to ensure the thickness of the concrete protection layer, concrete cushion blocks for supporting the reinforcing steel bars are arranged between the reinforcing steel bars and the templates, the strength of the concrete cushion blocks is not lower than the design strength of the concrete at the same position, steel wires embedded in cushion blocks are used for fastening the reinforcing steel bars, and the cushion blocks are staggered and distributed; between two rows of reinforcing bars, a short reinforcing bar support is adopted to ensure accurate position.
2) The steel bars are welded, test welding is needed before welding, and after the steel bars are qualified, the steel bars can be subjected to formal welding, wherein the single-sided welding seam is not less than 10d, and the double-sided welding seam is not less than 5d. The height of the welding seam is equal to or greater than 0.3d and not less than 4mm; the width of the weld should be equal to or greater than 0.7d (d is the major rib diameter) and must not be less than 8mm. The welding material should meet the relevant regulations of the national current standard of construction Specification for hydraulic concrete reinforcing steel bars.
(4) First layer fishway groove side die installation
1) The template adopts a 1.5cm thick cladding wood plywood. The template is fixed all around and encloses the purlin and all adopts 5cm 10cm square timber, and other peripheral purlins except upper and lower two square timber are vertical setting, and the interval is 25cm, and the template is in the preceding processing of wood addition field, fortune to the scene use.
2) The template is fixed by adopting an external roof internal support and side wall opposite pulling mode, and the external roof is provided with: when the two sides of the fishway groove are provided with beams, square timber and a template support are adopted, when the fishway groove is used without beams, steel pipes, jacking supports and outer bent frames are adopted to fix the support, one channel of arrangement with a longitudinal distance of 200cm and plum blossom arrangement are respectively arranged up and down, the first channel is arranged at a position 75cm below the top of the side wall, and the second channel is arranged at a position 100cm below the first channel. And (3) inner support: the inner side face template between the two side walls is mutually supported by adopting a steel pipe and a jacking, and the height and the position of the inner support are the same as those of the outer jacking. The support positions are respectively provided with a double-spliced longitudinal steel pipe. And (3) pulling: the inner and outer templates between each side wall are oppositely pulled by phi 16 pairs of pull rods, and an upper and a lower two are arranged at the same position as the outer top and the inner pull, and the distance is 50cm.
3) The bracket template also adopts a 1.5cm thick cladding wood plywood, the bottom inclined plane template is fixed with a square timber surrounding purlin of the lower vertical face template, 5cm multiplied by 10cm square timber is arranged around the vertical template, the bracket vertical template adopts split bolts to be fixed with the other side wall template (a PVC pipe is sleeved on the inner bolt of the wall), the bottom adopts a square timber support (the bottom of the square timber is supported on a longitudinal steel pipe arranged on an inner support), and the bracket templates on two sides adopt square timber inner support templates. The joint is glued with double-sided tape, the glue is glued straight and is 1-2 mm away from the inner side of the panel, the double-sided tape is guaranteed to be flushed with the inner side of the panel after being extruded, the double-sided tape cannot be broken, the joint cannot be torn by hand, and the joint is cut by a blade.
(5) First layer fishway groove concrete pouring
1) The concrete is intensively mixed in a concrete mixing station, and is transported by adopting an 8m concrete transport vehicle, and because the aqueduct is positioned in the bent frame, the automobile is difficult to pump in a warehouse, and the HBT40 drag pump is used for pumping and the tower crane is lifted for in the warehouse.
2) And the concrete pouring adopts intermittent pouring between inclined layers from the low end to the high end, and the phi 50 inserted flexible shaft vibrator is vibrated. And during casting, firstly casting the bottom plate concrete, and casting the corresponding two side walls in layers according to the paving length of 2-3 m according to the supply and casting capacity, wherein the casting control thickness of the side walls is about 40 cm. Because the bottom plate of the fishway groove passes through the water surface and does not stand up with the template, the bottom plate cannot be subjected to one-time blanking and pouring molding, and a thickness allowance of about 10cm is reserved, so that the bottom plate is prevented from being ultrahigh due to concrete extrusion when two side walls are poured. And (5) after two layers of walls are poured and before initial setting of the bottom plate concrete does not occur, bottom plate concrete is subjected to post-pouring.
3) The free falling height of the concrete is not more than 1m, so that segregation and aggregate separation of the concrete are avoided. Other requirements and precautions are in the same section as the construction of bent concrete.
(6) Removing the mould, preserving, dismantling the support frame and the like
And (5) constructing chapters with the bent frame.
(7) Construction of residual fishway groove
Repeating the steps (1) - (6) until the construction is completed.
The prefabricated partition is manufactured and installed, and refer to fig. 5 together.
(1) Prefabrication of partition plate
The partition board is prefabricated in situ, and construction is started after the bearing support of each layer of fishway groove is removed and the cleaning of the groove is completed. Prefabrication is finished by processing and binding steel bars of a custom plastic mould in a steel adding field, transporting to an inlet of a bent frame by adopting a flat car, then transporting to the prefabrication place by manually pushing a small cart, pumping concrete into a warehouse by adopting an HBT40 drag pump, and vibrating by adopting a phi 30 flexible shaft vibrator. And a hoisting hole is formed in the top of the partition plate during prefabrication.
(2) Baffle plate installation
The partition plate is assembled, angle iron and expansion bolts are adopted to be fixedly connected with the bottom plate and the side walls, angle steel is 100 multiplied by 10, the expansion bolts are M16 multiplied by 120, the distance between the bottom plates is 25cm, and the distance between the side walls is 50cm. The hoisting adopts a movable electric hoist portal of 1.5t, is installed from a high place to a low place one by one, is positioned by a pull rule according to the position required by design and marked during hoisting, then is hoisted and placed, is corrected by a guiding rule, is immediately fixed after correction, and then is moved to the next installation point, and meanwhile, the final fixing construction is carried out by the staff arranged by the primary fixed partition plates.
