Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a clothes drying control method provided by the present invention, which may be implemented by a clothes drying control device provided by the present embodiment, where the device may be implemented in software and/or hardware, and in a specific embodiment, the device may be integrated in a clothes dryer. Referring to fig. 1, the method may specifically include the steps of:
step 101, initially drying target clothes in a drying cylinder according to a preset drying time period.
Specifically, the preset drying time period and the preset drying power may be set before the drying is performed. The preset drying time period may be set to a short time to quickly recognize the weight of the laundry, and when the laundry is increased, an additional drying time period is required. For example: the preset drying time period may be set to 3 minutes. The clothes dryer includes a drying drum, which is a cylindrical cavity inside the clothes dryer, for placing laundry to be dried. The drying drum can dry clothes by heating and drying air, and the drying drum can comprise an air inlet and an air outlet, wherein the air inlet can suck air outside the clothes dryer, and then the hot air is sent into the drying drum after being heated by the heater. The air outlet can discharge the wet air after the drying is finished.
When the target clothes are dried, the fixed preset drying power is set, so that the air inlet of the drying cylinder dries the clothes at a constant temperature, and the time length for finally drying the clothes is conveniently and later determined according to the temperature of the air outlet of the drying cylinder.
Step 102, after initial drying, detecting the current air-out temperature of the drying cylinder.
The temperature of the air outlet of the drying cylinder can be detected by a sensor which can work based on the principle of a thermal Resistor (RTD) or a Thermistor (thermal). When the dryer dries, air enters the interior of the dryer from the drying drum and is then heated, and the air is discharged from the air outlet of the drying drum. The exhausted air contains water vapor and a small amount of particles, and the sensor can detect the temperature in the air to obtain the current air outlet temperature of the drying cylinder.
And step 103, judging a preset temperature interval to which the current air-out temperature belongs, and obtaining a target air-out temperature interval.
Specifically, after the current air-out temperature is detected, judging which specific section of the preset temperature section the current air-out temperature value falls into, and obtaining a target air-out temperature section of the current air-out temperature. The target air outlet temperature interval belongs to one of the preset temperature intervals.
For example, the preset temperature interval may be (0,28), (28, 33), (33, 43), (43, 49), (49,56), (56, 60) when the current outlet air temperature is 40 degrees, the preset temperature interval in which the current outlet air temperature falls is (33,42), and (33,42) is the target outlet air temperature interval.
And 104, determining the weight of the target clothes according to the target air-out temperature interval.
After the target air-out temperature interval is determined, the first corresponding relation information can be queried according to the target air-out temperature interval, and the weight of the target clothes is obtained. The first corresponding relation comprises the corresponding relation between different weights of clothes in the drying cylinder and different preset temperature intervals. The weight of the target clothes can be determined according to the target air outlet temperature interval by inquiring the corresponding relation between different weights of the clothes and different preset temperature intervals.
Step 105, determining the drying time length of the target clothes according to the weight of the target clothes.
After the weight of the target clothes is determined, the second corresponding relation information can be inquired according to the weight of the target clothes, and the drying time of the target clothes can be obtained. The second correspondence information includes correspondence between different weights of the clothes and the drying time length. The corresponding relation between different weights of the clothes and the drying time length is inquired, so that the drying time length required by the target clothes can be determined according to the weight of the target clothes.
After determining the additional drying time period of the target laundry, the target laundry may be additional dried according to the additional drying time period, so that the target laundry is dried at the additional drying time period.
According to the scheme of the embodiment, target clothes in the drying cylinder can be initially dried according to the preset drying time; after initial drying, detecting the current air-out temperature of a drying cylinder; judging a preset temperature interval to which the current air-out temperature belongs to obtain a target air-out temperature interval; determining the weight of target clothes according to the target air-out temperature interval; and determining the drying time of the target clothes according to the weight of the target clothes. The invention can determine the weight of the target clothes according to the current air outlet temperature of the drying cylinder, thereby determining the drying time required by the clothes after the initial drying, avoiding the problem of excessive drying or non-drying of the clothes caused by excessively long or excessively short drying time, realizing the accurate drying of the clothes and simultaneously having lower cost.
The method for preparing the laundry control data according to the present embodiment may include the first correspondence information and the second correspondence information. As shown in fig. 2, the laundry control data preparing method may specifically include the steps of:
step 201, performing initial drying on the test clothes with different weights, and detecting the air outlet temperature of the drying cylinder when the initial drying is performed for a preset drying time period to obtain the test air outlet temperature corresponding to the different weights.
Specifically, in a testing stage of the clothes dryer, initial drying can be performed on test clothes with different weights, preset drying time length and preset drying power are set first, and the preset drying time length and preset drying power set in the testing stage and the preset drying time length and preset drying power set in a subsequent testing data input using stage can be the same correspondingly. The preset drying time period can be set to be a short time to quickly obtain test data. The preset drying power is also set, so that the air inlet of the drying cylinder dries clothes at a constant temperature, and the time length for finally drying the clothes is conveniently and later determined according to the temperature of the air outlet of the drying cylinder. After the detection of the air-out temperatures of the clothes with different weights is completed, the test air-out temperatures corresponding to the different weights of the clothes can be obtained.
Fig. 3 is a diagram illustrating an exemplary test data provided by the present invention. Specifically, the preset drying time period may be set to 300s, and different weights of laundry may be set to 1kg, 2kg, 3kg, 5kg, and 8kg, respectively. The clothes with the weight can be dried for 300 seconds respectively, and the test air outlet temperature of the clothes with different weights after the clothes with different weights are dried for a preset drying time period is detected. For example, when the weight of clothes is 1kg, the corresponding test air outlet temperature is 56 ℃ at 300 s; when the weight of the clothes is 2kg, the corresponding test air outlet temperature is 49 ℃ at 300 s; when the weight of the clothes is 3kg, the corresponding test air outlet temperature is 43 ℃ at 300 s; when the weight of the clothes is 5kg, the corresponding test air outlet temperature is 33 ℃ at 300 s; when the clothes weight is 8kg, the corresponding test air outlet temperature is 28 ℃ at 300 s.
Step 202, creating a preset temperature interval according to the tested air outlet temperatures corresponding to different weights.
Specifically, the test air outlet temperatures corresponding to different weights can be expanded to obtain temperature demarcation values, and a preset temperature interval is created according to the expanded temperature demarcation values; or, the test air outlet temperature corresponding to different weights can be directly used as a temperature demarcation value to create a preset temperature interval.
For example, when the weights of the laundry are 1kg, 2kg, 3kg, 5kg, and 8kg, respectively, and the test outlet air temperature corresponding to different weights of the laundry is taken as a demarcation value of a preset temperature interval, the preset temperature interval may be (0,28), (28, 33), (33, 43), (43, 49), (49,56), (56, 60), wherein the maximum value of the preset temperature interval may be the maximum allowable temperature of the dryer, for example, 60 degrees.
Step 203, determining the corresponding relation between different weights and the preset temperature interval.
For example, the preset temperature interval is determined by the tested air outlet temperature corresponding to different weights of the clothes, and the different weights of the clothes have a corresponding relation with the preset temperature interval. For example, when the weight of the clothes is less than 1kg, the corresponding test air outlet temperature is 56 ℃, and the corresponding preset temperature interval is (56, 60); the corresponding test air outlet temperature is 49 degrees when the weight of the clothes is 1kg to 2kg, the corresponding preset temperature interval is (49,56), the corresponding test air outlet temperature is 43 degrees when the weight of the clothes is 2kg to 3kg, the corresponding preset temperature interval is (43, 49), the corresponding test air outlet temperature is 33 degrees when the weight of the clothes is 3kg to 5kg, the corresponding preset temperature interval is (33, 43), the corresponding preset temperature interval is (28, 33) when the weight of the clothes is 5kg to 8kg, the corresponding test air outlet temperature is 28 degrees when the weight of the clothes is above 8kg, and the corresponding preset temperature interval is (0,28 ].
Step 204, the test clothes with different weights are additionally dried, and the time length of the additional drying required by the test clothes with different weights when the test clothes are completely dried is detected.
In the testing stage of the clothes dryer drying time, after the testing clothes with different weights are dried initially according to the preset drying time and the preset drying power, the clothes with different weights are dried additionally, whether the testing clothes in the clothes dryer are dried completely or not is detected in real time during the drying time, and when the clothes are dried completely, the drying time required by the drying of the clothes with different weights is recorded.
For example, the dryer may employ a sensor to detect whether laundry is dried in real time. The humidity sensor can be used for detecting the humidity in the drying cylinder, when the humidity in the clothes is reduced after the moisture in the clothes is evaporated, the humidity sensor senses that the humidity reaches the humidity corresponding to the drying, and the clothes are completely dried. Or the temperature sensor can also be used for detecting the air outlet temperature of the drying cylinder, when the water in the clothes is evaporated, the air outlet temperature in the drying cylinder rises, and the temperature sensor senses that the air outlet temperature reaches the drying temperature, the clothes are completely dried.
Step 205, creating second corresponding relation information according to the drying time required by the test clothes with different weights in the complete drying process, wherein the second corresponding relation information comprises the corresponding relation between the different weights and the drying time.
When the clothes are tested to be completely dried, the corresponding relation between different weights of the clothes and the drying time can be established.
For example, the weight ranges in which different weights of laundry are located and the drying time period may be in one-to-one correspondence. For example, when the laundry weight is 1kg and the corresponding addition drying time period is 1 minute, a range in which the laundry weight is 1kg or less may be corresponding to the addition drying time period of 1 minute; when the weight of the clothes is 2kg and the corresponding drying time is 2 minutes, the weight of the clothes can be corresponding to the drying time of 2 minutes in the range of 1kg to 2 kg; when the weight of the clothes is 3kg and the corresponding drying time is 3 minutes, the weight of the clothes can be corresponding to the drying time of 3 minutes in the range of 2kg to 3 kg; when the weight of the clothes is 5kg and the corresponding drying time is 5 minutes, the weight of the clothes can be corresponding to the drying time of 5 minutes in the range of 3kg to 5 kg; when the laundry weight is 8kg and the corresponding drying time period is 8 minutes, the laundry weight may be in the range of 5kg to 8kg and the drying time period of 8 minutes.
In this embodiment, a correspondence between different weights of the laundry and a preset temperature interval is created, and a correspondence between different weights of the laundry and a heating duration is also created. When the clothes dryer is put into use, the weight of target clothes can be determined according to the detected current air outlet temperature of the drying cylinder, and then the drying time required by the clothes after initial drying is determined according to the corresponding relation between different weights of the clothes and the drying time. The problems of excessive drying or drying non-drying of clothes caused by excessively long or excessively short drying time are avoided, accurate drying of the clothes is realized, and meanwhile, the cost is low.
In some embodiments, as shown in test data in fig. 3, the curves may represent test drying state curves corresponding to different weights of clothes, after the test data shown in fig. 3 is obtained, in an actual drying process, in a process of initially drying target clothes in a drying drum according to a preset drying time period, the air outlet temperatures of the drying drum at different moments may be recorded, a real-time drying state curve is created according to the air outlet temperatures of the drying drum at different moments in the preset drying time period, a curve matched with the real-time drying state curve is determined from the test drying state curve, and the weight of the clothes corresponding to the matched curve is determined as the weight of the target clothes, so that the weight of the target clothes is rapidly determined. For example, if the real-time drying state curve matches the test drying state curve corresponding to 5kg of laundry, it may be determined that the weight of the target laundry is 5kg. The process flow after determining the weight of the target laundry may be referred to the description of the previous embodiments, and will not be repeated here.
