Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 schematically shows a system architecture to which an embodiment of the present invention is applied, which may be a clothes dryer 100, and the clothes dryer 100 may include a processor 110, a humidity detection device 120, and an inner drum 130.
The inner tub 130 is used for accommodating and drying laundry.
The humidity detecting device 120 is used for detecting the humidity of the clothes in the drum 130 and sending the detected humidity of the clothes to the processor 110.
Processor 110 receives the humidity of the laundry sent from humidity detecting device 120, and calculates the humidity to obtain the drying time.
It should be noted that, a humidity detecting device 120 having two electrode sensors is generally disposed in the clothes dryer 100. During the drying process, the clothes to be dried in the inner drum 130 can contact with the two electrode sensors of the humidity detection device at the same time, and at the moment, a tiny current flows through the motor; along with the humidity change of clothes in the cylinder, the impedance value of the electrode sensor changes correspondingly, so that the voltage values at two ends of the electrode also change to a certain extent. When the moisture content of the dried clothes is larger, the electrode sensor is equivalent to a short circuit, and the voltage values at two ends of the electrode sensor are reduced; on the contrary, when the moisture content of the dried clothes is small, the impedance value of the electrode sensor is increased, and the voltage value at the two ends of the electrode sensor is correspondingly increased. Therefore, the voltage value at the two ends of the electrode sensor is in inverse proportion relation with the water content of the dried clothes, namely, the voltage value can be used for representing the dried degree of the clothes. The voltage value may also be referred to as a humidity value, and the processor 110 may convert the voltage value into a humidity value of the laundry, which may represent a moisture content of the dried laundry.
It should be noted that the structure shown in fig. 1 is only an example, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
Based on the above description, fig. 2 shows in detail a flow of a method for drying a dryer according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the flow may be performed by an apparatus for drying a dryer, and the apparatus may be located in the processor 110 shown in fig. 1, or the processor 110.
As shown in fig. 2, the process specifically includes:
step 201, when the end of the timing drying stage of the clothes dryer is determined, controlling a humidity detection device to detect the humidity of the clothes in the clothes dryer in a first charging and discharging time sequence, and processing the humidity of the clothes in the clothes dryer detected in the first charging and discharging time sequence.
The drying stage of the clothes dryer can be divided into two stages, wherein the first stage is a timing drying stage which does not carry out humidity detection, and the specific drying time of the stage is set according to experience. The second stage is a drying stage accompanied with humidity detection, in which humidity of the laundry in the dryer needs to be detected, and the humidity detection device needs to be controlled to detect the humidity of the laundry in the dryer in a first charging and discharging time sequence, and then process the humidity of the laundry in the dryer detected in the first charging and discharging time sequence, specifically, process the humidity of the laundry in the dryer detected in the first charging and discharging time sequence by using a first filtering algorithm.
In the actual humidity detection process, the capacitor in the humidity detection device needs to be charged and discharged continuously, wherein the power voltage waveform is shown in fig. 3; at this time, the voltage value of the capacitor in the humidity detection device changes continuously during the charging and discharging process, and the voltage waveform thereof is as shown in fig. 4, and this value affects the voltage value of the final output terminal. Meanwhile, the humidity detection device can transmit the changed voltage value signal of the output end to the processor, and the voltage value is only related to the resistance value of the detected resistor representing the moisture content of the clothes; and the processor performs preset algorithm processing on the signal value to obtain the original humidity detection value of each sampling point. In the drying process, the contact between the clothes and the electrode sensor has randomness, so that the filtration of the original humidity detection value is large; therefore, the processor needs to process the original humidity value through a filtering algorithm to obtain a final humidity value of the dried laundry with a certain stability.
Step 202, when it is determined that the humidity of the processed clothes in the clothes dryer reaches the first humidity threshold, controlling the humidity detection device to detect the humidity of the clothes in the clothes dryer at a second charging and discharging time sequence and process the humidity of the clothes in the clothes dryer detected at the second charging and discharging time sequence.
When it is determined that the treated humidity of the laundry within the dryer, which is detected by using the first charge and discharge timing, reaches the first humidity threshold value, it is necessary to modify the charge and discharge timing of the capacitor within the humidity detecting means, and control the humidity detecting means to detect the humidity of the laundry within the dryer at the second charge and discharge timing. And then, processing the humidity of the clothes in the clothes dryer detected in the second charging and discharging time sequence, specifically, processing the humidity of the clothes in the clothes dryer detected in the second charging and discharging time sequence by using a second filtering algorithm. The first humidity threshold may be empirically set.
In the embodiment of the invention, the first charge-discharge time sequence comprises a first time for charging and a second time for discharging; the second charge and discharge sequence includes a third time for charging and a fourth time for discharging. Wherein the first time is greater than the third time, and the second time is less than the fourth time; the first time and the third time are less than the second time and the fourth time, respectively. That is, here, the charge and discharge timing is modified to shorten the charge time and increase the discharge time. Wherein the first time, the second time, the third time and the fourth time can be set empirically.
When the humidity of the laundry reaches the first humidity threshold, the humidity value suddenly drops and then rises again suddenly by changing the charge and discharge timing. This process is equivalent to enlarging the humidity difference between the humidity at the first humidity threshold and the humidity of 0, so that misjudgment of the drying stop condition caused by reasons such as detection errors and overlarge fluctuation of test data can be avoided, and meanwhile, the drying time of the second drying stage obtained by calculation on the basis is more accurate and reasonable.
When Humidity detection is performed in the above-described charge/discharge timing, the first detected Humidity value may be an original Humidity value (Raw Humidity), the Humidity value obtained by the filtering algorithm may be referred to as a final Humidity value (Humidity), and the filtering algorithms used in Humidity detection in different charge/discharge timings are different. As shown in fig. 5, the solid line in fig. 5 is the original humidity value obtained by the detection calculation; the original humidity values are segmented by using different filtering algorithms to obtain final humidity values, as shown by the dotted lines in fig. 5. As can be seen from fig. 5, when the humidity of the laundry reaches the first humidity threshold (at which the waveform suddenly drops en route), the original humidity value suddenly drops and then rises again sharply due to the change of the charge and discharge timing. This process corresponds to a greater humidity difference between the humidity of the laundry lying between the first humidity threshold and 0; the trend of the final humidity value change is more obvious in the stage. Therefore, misjudgment of the drying stop condition caused by detection errors, overlarge test data fluctuation and the like can be avoided; meanwhile, the second drying stage drying time obtained through calculation on the basis is more accurate and reasonable.
Step 203, determining the drying time of the humidity of the current clothes in the clothes dryer according to the humidity of the processed clothes in the clothes dryer detected in the second charging and discharging time sequence and the corresponding relation between the preset humidity and the time.
In the embodiment of the invention, the preset corresponding relation between the humidity and the time is a linear relation between each key time node and the humidity value, the linear relation is obtained according to an empirical test, and the corresponding relation exists between the moisture content of the clothes to be dried at the key time node and the humidity value. In different drying programs (applicable to different clothes to be dried), the humidity values corresponding to the water content of the key time nodes are different. The coefficient in the linear relation is given by testing, and the time required when the humidity of the clothes is reduced to 0, namely the drying time, can be calculated through the linear relation.
Therefore, after the humidity of the clothes in the clothes dryer detected in the second charging and discharging time sequence is obtained, the corresponding relation between the preset humidity and the time can be inquired according to the humidity of the clothes in the clothes dryer detected in the second charging and discharging time sequence, the time corresponding to the humidity of the clothes in the clothes dryer detected in the second charging and discharging time sequence can be obtained, and then the time corresponding to the humidity of the clothes in the clothes dryer detected in the second charging and discharging time sequence is determined as the drying time of the humidity of the current clothes in the clothes dryer.
The embodiment of the invention aims to accurately position the moment when the humidity of the clothes reaches the first humidity threshold value. The purpose and reason are as follows: the rate of increase of the humidity value at which the humidity of the laundry is between the first humidity threshold and the humidity close to 0 is much greater than the rate of increase of the humidity value during the change of the humidity of the laundry from the initial value to the first humidity threshold. Therefore, if the humidity detection is performed according to the conventional humidity detection method, i.e., always using a charge/discharge time sequence, when the humidity of the laundry reaches the first humidity threshold, the change of the original humidity value is too fast, and the fluctuation of the value is large, which may result in low accuracy of the drying time calculated according to the detected humidity value. Therefore, when the humidity of the clothes reaches the first humidity threshold value, the charging and discharging time sequence of the humidity detection device is changed, and the difference value of the signal values detected by the detection port in the stage is amplified. After the humidity difference value between each key time node of the second drying stage is increased, the fitting precision of the time calculation formula can be increased, and the time calculation error caused by the humidity detection error in the algorithm judgment process is avoided.
Meanwhile, after the humidity of the clothes reaches the first humidity threshold value, the discharging time required after the capacitor is charged once is greatly prolonged; when the initial charging and discharging sequence is continuously applied, the capacitor may not be discharged in time, the waveform shape of the output has no regularity, and the drying condition is difficult to judge. Only when the capacitor has enough discharge time, the output waveform has certain identifiability, and the current humidity state can be reasonably judged by the humidity algorithm through the output waveform. Thus, embodiments of the present invention change the charge and discharge timing at the first humidity threshold.
In order to better explain the embodiment of the present invention, the following will describe the drying process provided by the embodiment of the present invention in a specific implementation scenario, as shown in fig. 6, including:
step 601, the drying program is started, and the first drying stage is executed.
The drying is timed at this stage, and is not accompanied by humidity detection.
Step 602, judging whether the first drying stage is finished, if not, continuing to step 601; if yes, go to step 603.
Step 603, after entering the second drying stage, starting to perform humidity detection.
And reading the corresponding register through a program, and receiving the voltage value transmitted by the humidity detection device.
And step 604, performing corresponding algorithm processing on the received voltage value, and calculating to obtain an original humidity value at each moment.
And 605, processing the original humidity value by using a first filtering algorithm, eliminating negative influence caused by data fluctuation, and calculating a final humidity value.
At step 606, it is determined whether the final humidity value reaches a first humidity threshold. If yes, go to step 607, otherwise go to step 605.
Here, whether a key time node is reached is judged; if so, go to step 607, otherwise, continue to step 605.
And step 607, after the humidity of the clothes reaches the first humidity threshold value, processing the original humidity value by using a second filtering algorithm, and calculating to obtain a final humidity value.
And 608, calculating the drying time among the key time nodes according to the final humidity value.
And judging the final humidity value at each moment obtained by calculation and the humidity values of the given key time nodes in different drying stages, and judging which drying stage the current drying process is in. And calculating the drying time among the key time nodes according to the final humidity value.
In step 609, when the humidity of the laundry is reduced to 0, the drying process is ended.
The drying algorithm can judge whether to continue drying according to the real-time humidity of the dried clothes, and calculate accurate drying time according to different conditions, so that the drum-type clothes dryer is ensured to have better drying effect.
The above embodiments show that, when it is determined that the timed drying phase of the dryer is finished, the humidity detection device is controlled to detect the humidity of the clothes in the dryer in the first charging and discharging time sequence, and the humidity of the clothes in the dryer detected in the first charging and discharging time sequence is processed, when it is determined that the processed humidity of the clothes in the dryer reaches the first humidity threshold value, the humidity detection device is controlled to detect the humidity of the clothes in the dryer in the second charging and discharging time sequence, and the drying time of the humidity of the current clothes in the dryer is determined according to the processed humidity of the clothes in the dryer detected in the second charging and discharging time sequence and the preset corresponding relationship between the humidity and the time. Because when the humidity of confirming the clothing reaches first humidity threshold value, the charge and discharge chronogenesis of humidity detection device's internal capacitance has been changed, makes the humidity difference value grow that is located humidity detection device collection behind the first humidity threshold value, has improved the discernability degree of humidity, can improve the rate of accuracy that humidity detected to improve the stoving effect, avoid clothing to dry inadequately or the overdrying.
