Fig. 1 shows a schematic diagram of an exemplary system architecture 100 to which a humidity detection method of a laundry treatment apparatus or a humidity detection of a laundry treatment apparatus of an embodiment of the present application may be applied.
As shown in fig. 1, the system architecture 100 may include one or more of the laundry treatment devices 101, 102, 103, a network 104 and a server 105. The network 104 is used to provide a medium of communication link between the laundry treatment apparatuses 101, 102, 103 and the server 105. Network 104 may include various connection types, such as wired, wireless communication links, or fiber optic cables, among others.
It should be understood that the number of the laundry treating apparatuses, the network, and the server in fig. 1 is only illustrative. There may be any number of laundry treating devices, networks, and servers, as desired for implementation. For example, server 105 may be a server cluster comprised of multiple servers, and the like.
The user may interact with the server 105 through the network 104 using the laundry treatment apparatuses 101, 102, 103 to receive or transmit messages, execute instructions, and the like. The laundry treating apparatus 101, 102, 103 may include a laundry treating apparatus having a humidity detecting device.
In one form, the laundry treating apparatus 101, 102, 103 in the present application may be a drum-type laundry treating apparatus. For example, the user realizes by the laundry treating apparatus 103 (which may also be the laundry treating apparatus 101 or 102): determining that the laundry treating apparatus starts a drying function for a load inside the drum; detecting a voltage value between a first electrode and a second electrode of a humidity detection device through the humidity detection device arranged in a lifting rib, wherein the first electrode is connected with the lifting rib, and the second electrode is connected with a roller of the clothes treatment equipment; determining a humidity detection result of the load based on the voltage value.
Furthermore, the application also provides a humidity detection method and device of the clothes treatment equipment, the clothes treatment equipment and a medium.
Fig. 2 schematically illustrates a flow chart of a humidity detection method of a laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the method is applied to a laundry treating apparatus including a lifting rib, including:
s201, it is determined that the laundry treating apparatus starts a drying function for the drum internal load.
Further, the laundry treating apparatus in the present application may be a drum type laundry treating apparatus, a washing and drying all-in-one machine, a clothes dryer, and the like laundry treating apparatus having a clothes drying function, and the like. In one manner, the laundry drying function operating instruction applied to the laundry treating apparatus may be manually generated by the user. Or when the clothes processing equipment meets the preset condition, the clothes drying function operation instruction acting on the clothes processing equipment is generated by the clothes processing equipment.
In the related art, the drying state of the laundry is judged by the laundry treating apparatus based on the humidity sensor disposed at the front door seal position, however, there is a problem in that the corresponding humidity can be detected only when the laundry contacts the front door seal position. Resulting in an inaccurate humidity detection result.
S202, detecting a voltage value between a first electrode and a second electrode of the humidity detection device through the humidity detection device arranged in the lifting rib, wherein the first electrode is connected with the lifting rib, and the second electrode is connected with a roller of the clothes treatment equipment.
In view of the above problems, the present application provides a technical solution for a lifting rib of a humidity detection device arranged in an inner drum of a clothes treatment apparatus. And connecting a first electrode of the humidity detection device with the lifting rib, and connecting a second electrode of the humidity detection device with the cylinder wall of the clothes treatment equipment cylinder. Therefore, the effect of increasing the detection area of the humidity detection device is achieved, and the purpose of higher humidity detection precision is achieved.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the humidity detection apparatus in the present application may include a first electrode 2011, a second electrode 2022, a wireless transmission device 2013, and a power supply device, and the power supply device includes a detection plate 2014, a coil 2015, a baffle 2016, a permanent magnet 2017, and a position detection switch 2018.
Wherein, the first electrode 2011 of the humidity detection device 200 is connected with the lifting rib, and the second electrode 2012 of the humidity detection device 200 is connected with the cylinder wall of the drum of the clothes treatment equipment. The two electrodes of the humidity detection device 200 are used to detect the voltage between the lifting rib and the drum wall. It can be understood that, compared with the humidity detection device 200 in which two electrodes are both placed at the lifting rib, the embodiment of the present application can expand the humidity detection range (since the electrodes are placed on the cylinder wall to be more easily contacted with the clothes), thereby resulting in more accurate humidity detection result.
And S203, determining the humidity detection result of the load based on the voltage value.
It is understood that when the wall of the drum is in contact with a load (e.g., laundry) placed therein, the water in the load will generate resistance to the wall, and thus the corresponding voltage value will change accordingly. Based on this, this application can be based on the change of the voltage value of real-time detection, comes to obtain the water resistance value that corresponds load surface humidity. Therefore, the humidity detection result of the load is determined according to the preset relation table of the water resistance value and the corresponding humidity value.
For example, the present application may calculate a voltage duty ratio between the voltage and a fixed voltage generated by a fixed resistor based on the voltage value, so as to obtain a water resistance value of the humidity of the load according to the voltage duty ratio, and then obtain a humidity detection result according to the water resistance value of the humidity of the load.
In one way, the present application may detect the first voltage value transmitted from the first electrode 2011 and the voltage value between the second electrodes 2012 by using the detection board 2014 of the humidity detection device 200 after determining that the laundry treating apparatus starts the drying function for the drum internal load. And subsequently, the voltage duty ratio generated based on the voltage value is transmitted to a control board of the clothes treatment device, so that the control board calculates a humidity detection result according to the voltage duty ratio.
It can be understood that the subsequent humidity detection result is inaccurate due to instability of the power supply voltage, which may occur in contrast to the direct transmission of the digital signal containing the voltage value. The problem can be effectively solved by the mode of transmitting the stable voltage duty ratio in the embodiment of the application.
In another way, in the embodiment of the present application, after the voltage value between the first electrode 2011 and the second electrode 2012 is detected by the detection board 2014 of the humidity detection device 200, the voltage value is sent to the control board of the laundry processing apparatus, so that the control board of the laundry processing apparatus may determine the humidity detection result of the load in the tub based on the voltage value.
For example, in the embodiment of the present application, one electrode of the detection electrode of the humidity detection device 200 may be connected to the tub wall inside the drum, and the other electrode may be connected to the lifting rib. The coil 2015 of the power supply device of the humidity detection device 200 slides up and down along with the drum, and performs magnetic field cutting power generation to supply power to the humidity detection device 200.
Further, the humidity detection device 200 can detect the voltage on the two electrodes through the detection board 2014, and accordingly the water resistance value of the surface humidity of the clothes can be obtained.
For the purpose of saving power, in the embodiment of the present application, a position detection switch 2018 may be further installed below the power supply device of the humidity detection device 200. It will be appreciated that when the lifting rib reaches the highest point, the coil 2015 of the moisture detection device 200 disposed therein will press the integral switch closed due to gravity. Thereby energizing the humidity detection device 200. Then, after the signal is detected by the detection board 2014, data may be sent out through a wireless transmission device (such as an infrared transmission device or a bluetooth transmission device, etc.) (wherein only the voltage value may be sent, the voltage duty cycle may be sent, or the humidity detection result may be sent out after determining the humidity detection result based on the voltage value).
Further, a wireless receiving device (such as an infrared receiving device or a bluetooth receiving device) arranged at the front sealing door of the clothes processing equipment can transmit the data to a control panel of the clothes processing equipment after receiving the data.
In one way, the control board of the laundry processing apparatus may select to correspondingly adjust or turn off the drying function for the drum interior load according to the determined temperature detection result.
Determining that a clothes treating apparatus starts a clothes drying function for a load inside a drum; a detection plate in the humidity detection device detects a voltage value between a first electrode and a second electrode; and determines a humidity detection result based on the voltage value. Through the technical scheme who uses this application, can set up humidity detection device in clothes treatment facility's promotion muscle to will promote the muscle and regard as humidity detection device's electrode with the section of thick bamboo wall of cylinder inside, thereby increased the humidity detection area of device. The problem that in the related art, the humidity detection result is not accurate enough because the humidity of the clothes can be detected only when the clothes contact the front sealing door of the clothes treatment equipment is solved.
Optionally, in one possible embodiment of the present application, after S101 (determining that the laundry processing apparatus starts the drying function for the drum internal load), the method further includes:
detecting a voltage value between the first electrode and the second electrode through a detection plate 2014 provided in the humidity detection apparatus 200;
the humidity detection result is determined through the detection plate 2014, or a voltage duty ratio generated based on the voltage value is transmitted to the control board of the laundry treating apparatus through the detection plate 2014, and the humidity detection result is determined by the control board based on the voltage duty ratio.
In one mode, the present application may transfer the operation of determining the humidity detection result based on the voltage value to the humidity detection device 200, or to the control board of the laundry treating apparatus. This is not a limitation of the present application.
Alternatively, the humidity detection device 200 may detect the remaining power of itself in real time, for example, when the remaining power is large, the humidity detection device may determine the humidity detection result based on the voltage value. Otherwise, the operation of correspondingly determining the humidity detection result can be finished by the control panel of the clothes processing equipment.
Optionally, in a possible embodiment of the present application, in the process of determining the humidity detection result of the load based on the voltage value, the humidity detection result of the load may be calculated in the following manner, including:
acquiring a voltage value and a fixed voltage value corresponding to the fixed resistor;
calculating to obtain a voltage duty ratio corresponding to the voltage value based on the voltage value and the fixed voltage value;
obtaining a resistance value of the load based on a voltage duty ratio corresponding to the voltage value;
based on the resistance value of the load, a humidity detection result is obtained.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present application, a voltage duty ratio generated between two electrodes may be calculated based on a voltage value, so as to obtain a water resistance value of a load according to the voltage duty ratio, and then a humidity detection result corresponding to the water resistance value is determined based on that the water resistance value of the load is matched with a preset association table.
In one approach, the fixed resistance may be the resistance of a single die in the lifting rib.
Wherein, the calculation formula is as follows:
U1/(U1+U2)=R1/(R1+R2)。
wherein, U1 is the voltage value, U2 is the voltage value of singlechip in the lifting rib, R1 is the resistance value of load, R2 is the resistance value of singlechip in the lifting rib.
It can be understood that the resistance value R2 of the chip in the lifting rib is a fixed value, and the voltage value used for representing the voltage of the lifting rib is also a fixed value. Therefore, the R2 resistance value (i.e., the water resistance value of the load) can be obtained according to the variation of the voltage value.
Further, when the wall of the drum is in contact with a load (e.g., laundry) placed therein, the load may generate resistance to the wall, and thus the corresponding voltage value may also change. Based on this, this application can be according to the change of the voltage value that detects in real time, comes to obtain the water resistance value that corresponds load surface humidity. Therefore, the humidity detection result of the load is determined according to the preset relation table of the water resistance value and the corresponding humidity value.
Optionally, in one possible embodiment of the present application, in S102 (receiving the first voltage value transmitted by the first electrode 2011 of the humidity detection apparatus 200, and receiving the voltage value transmitted by the second electrode 2012), the method further includes:
the voltage value between the first electrode and the second electrode of the humidity detection apparatus is detected by a coil 2015 and a permanent magnet 2017 provided in the humidity detection apparatus 200, wherein the coil 2015 and the permanent magnet 2017 are used for performing magnetic field cutting power generation on the humidity detection apparatus 200.
Further, in the embodiment of the present application, as for the power supply scheme of the humidity detection device 200, the power supply to the laundry processing apparatus may not be relied on. But adopts a self-generating mode to realize the electrical isolation of the humidity detection system and the clothes treatment equipment.
Specifically, the present application can realize magnetic field cutting power generation by the coil 2015 and the permanent magnet 2017 provided on the power supply device in the humidity detection device 200, both of which are obtained as the drum rotates. As can be appreciated, the power generation is electromagnetic.
Wherein each time there is less energy due to electromagnetic power generation. Therefore, in one mode, the ac power may be first generated by the electromagnet, and the ac power may be stored in the electrolytic capacitor of the humidity detection device 200 by rectification. It can be understood that when the voltage in the capacitor reaches the set voltage, the internal detection circuit starts to detect and only when the position detection switch 2018 has a signal, the wireless transmission device 2013 is instructed to transmit corresponding data at the highest point of the roller. Therefore, the problem that the detection of insufficient electric quantity is invalid due to continuous emission of signals can be effectively reduced.
Optionally, in one possible embodiment of the present application, the sending the humidity detection result determined based on the voltage value to a control board of the laundry processing apparatus further includes:
sending the humidity detection result to a wireless receiving device arranged at the front sealing door of the clothes treatment equipment through a wireless transmission device 2013 arranged in the humidity detection device 200;
the voltage duty ratio generated based on the voltage value is transmitted to a control board of the laundry treating apparatus.
Alternatively, in a possible embodiment of the present application, it may be determined that the humidity detection result corresponds to the humidity of the laundry being lower than the preset humidity threshold value through the detection plate 2014 disposed in the humidity detection device 200, and the humidity detection result is sent to the control board of the laundry processing apparatus.
Optionally, in a possible embodiment of the present application, determining a humidity detection result of the load based on the voltage value includes:
determining that the laundry treating apparatus starts the drying function for more than a preset time, a voltage value between the first electrode 2011 and the second electrode 2012 of the humidity detecting device 200 is detected.
In the embodiment of the present application, in order to further save the power consumption of the humidity detecting device 200, the voltage value may be selected not to be received at the first time when the drying function is started, but to be received after a certain time. It can be understood that the load inside the clothes dryer will not be completely dried out in a certain time period from the beginning of the clothes drying function, so the scheme of delaying the detection can avoid unnecessary power consumption of the humidity detection device 200.
In one manner, the embodiment of the present application may start the receiving function after the laundry treating apparatus starts the drying function for more than 5 minutes. Or the receiving function is activated after more than 10 minutes from the activation of the drying function.
In one aspect, as shown in fig. 4, a schematic flow chart of a humidity detection method for a clothes treatment apparatus proposed in the present application includes:
step 301, determining that the laundry treating apparatus starts a drying function for the drum internal load.
Step 302, determining that the starting of the clothes drying function exceeds a preset time.
In step 303, a voltage value is detected by a detection board provided in the humidity detection device. Step 304 is performed, or step 310 is performed.
Step 304, obtaining the voltage value and the fixed voltage value corresponding to the fixed resistor.
Step 305, calculating a voltage duty ratio corresponding to the voltage value based on the voltage value and the fixed voltage value.
And step 306, obtaining the resistance value of the load based on the voltage duty ratio corresponding to the voltage value.
Step 307, a humidity detection result is obtained based on the resistance value of the load.
And 308, receiving a starting signal through a position detection switch arranged in the humidity detection device, and determining that the lifting rib reaches the highest point of the roller.
Step 309, the humidity detection result is transmitted to the control board of the laundry treating apparatus.
In step 310, a voltage duty ratio generated based on the voltage value is transmitted to a control board of the laundry treating apparatus.
311, obtaining a resistance value of the load based on the voltage duty ratio corresponding to the voltage value; based on the resistance value of the load, a humidity detection result is obtained.
Through applying the technical scheme of this application, can set up humidity detection device in the promotion muscle of clothing processing apparatus to will promote the muscle and regard as humidity detection device's electrode with the section of thick bamboo wall of cylinder inside, thereby increased the humidity detection area of device. The problem that in the related art, the humidity detection result is not accurate enough because the humidity of the clothes can be detected only when the clothes contact the front sealing door of the clothes treatment equipment is solved.
In another embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 5, the present application further provides a humidity detecting device of a laundry treating apparatus. Which comprises the following steps:
