Specifically, the laundry treating apparatus shown in embodiment 1 shown in fig. 1 is a separate laundry storing apparatus 1. The clothes storage device 1 is provided with a housing 20, the housing 20 being primarily used to enclose a cavity 22 for a user to store clothes. A sensing module 34 is disposed in the housing 20, the sensing module 34 is configured to sense an environmental condition in the cavity 22 enclosed by the housing 20 and/or a characteristic of the laundry in the cavity 22, and provide data information to the control module 30 of the laundry storage device 1, and the control module 30 automatically generates a washing pattern for the laundry in the cavity 22 based on the data information. The user may select whether to perform the corresponding washing course, or select to automatically or manually perform the corresponding washing course; or the user performs the corresponding washing course automatically controlled by the control module 30 without manipulation. The control module 30 can be implemented by a single chip or other similar integrated chips with the same function. The control module 30 may be disposed on the bottom of the housing 20, or within a sealed area in the housing 20, or on a cover of the housing 20 (as shown in fig. 2). The bottom of the housing 20 is also preferably provided with a power source to power the garment storage device.
The housing 20 may include an electronic display, which may be an LCD display or an LED display, to display the washing protocol generated by the control module 30 based on the data information, the environmental conditions in the cavity 22, and the characteristics of the laundry in the cavity 22. The electronic display may also be combined with other keys, light strips, etc. to form a user interface. The electronic display may also incorporate a backlight operable to be turned on/off, and upon turning on the backlight, the user may more clearly see the wash program or display settings displayed on the electronic display. The housing 20 is preferably made of a stainless steel material to reduce bacterial accumulation. The exterior of the housing 20 may be made of different materials and designed with corresponding patterns according to practical situations, which is not limited herein.
A wireless communication module 30 may also be provided in the laundry storage device 1. The wireless communication module 30 may be used to communicate with a personal computer, remote server, handheld device, smart phone, and/or other article storage device, which may be in a one-to-one communication mode, either through one or more servers in a local area network, or through a cloud server. The information received or generated by the control module 30 is operable to be output externally through the wireless communication module 30.
In the embodiment as shown in fig. 1, the cavity 22 in the laundry storage device 1 may be divided into at least two storage units 220. The division of the storage unit 220 may be physical, such as at least one for storing large laundry and another for storing small laundry. It may also be functional, such as one storing light colored clothing and the other storing dark colored clothing. The cavity 22 has the cover 10 independently or pivotally connected thereto, and when the cover 10 is closed, the respective storage units 220 of the cavity 22 are relatively closed, the internal environmental conditions are stable, and the sensing module 34 can accurately detect the environmental conditions of one or more of the storage units 220 or the characteristics of the laundry in the storage units 220.
In this embodiment, the sensing module 34 is implemented by a gas sensor 340 and/or a weight sensor 342.
When the cover 10 is closed, each storage unit 220 is relatively closed, and the degree of soiling of the laundry stored in the laundry storage device 1 by the user can be judged by the smell inside the storage unit. The odor of the dirty clothes is mostly from sweat secreted by sweat glands or sebum secreted by sebaceous glands, the sweat is decomposed by bacteria, the sebum is oxidized by contacting with air, and further, the sebum is decomposed by the bacteria to form odor substances. The gas sensor 340 is used to detect such odorous substances floating in the environment of the cavity 22, such as ammonia, methyl mercaptan, hydrogen sulfide, trimethylamine, butyric acid, n-valeric acid, isovaleric acid, and the like. In specific implementation, one of the odor substances can be selected for emphasis detection, and multiple odor substances can be selected for accurate detection. Taking ammonia gas as an important odorant, the gas sensor 340 is provided with a sensing contact made of a tin dioxide semiconductor. When the air in the storage unit 220 is clean, the ammonia concentration is low, the conductivity of the sensing contact is low, when dirty clothes are put in the storage unit 220, the ammonia concentration in the storage unit continuously rises due to continuous decomposition of bacteria, and when the ammonia concentration is higher, the conductivity of the sensing contact is higher, so that a gas concentration signal of the ammonia is converted into an electric signal. Similarly, for the example of detecting ammonia gas, hydrogen sulfide, and trimethylamine for accurate detection, the gas sensor 340 includes a sensing contact made of metal oxide semiconductor integrated on an alumina substrate. When the air in the storage unit 220 is clean, the conductivity of the sensing contacts is low, and when dirty clothes are put into the storage unit 220, the air therein begins to have the above-mentioned various gases. When the concentration of the mixed gas is higher, the conductivity of the induction contact is higher, so that the mixed gas concentration signal is converted into an accurate electric signal. The gas sensor 340 is disposed toward the storage unit 220. The gas sensor 340 may also be a VOC gas sensor or other gas sensor that can perform similar functions or a combination of gas sensors. The control module 30 may generate a corresponding washing protocol based on the detection result of the gas sensor 340.
The weight sensor 342 is used to detect a characteristic of the laundry in each storage unit 220, i.e., the weight of the laundry. The weight sensor 342, which is mainly composed of a strain gauge, is provided at the bottom of each storage unit 220 to collect the net weight of the laundry in each storage unit 220. Since the laundry weight and the processing capacity of the laundry treating apparatus have a direct relationship, the control module 30 may generate a corresponding washing course based on the detection result of the weight sensor 342.
In the present embodiment, the control module 30 preferably outputs the washing course in a gradation mode based on the environmental condition of the storage unit 220 and the laundry characteristics of the laundry stored therein, to achieve accurate guidance while reducing the data processing amount, and to improve the response speed. Each grade to be washed corresponds to a set washing liquid input amount, water consumption and washing time. It should be understood that each level of the washing program may correspond to a set drying time, a drying mode, an ironing time, an ironing mode, a storage environment temperature and a storage environment humidity. For convenience of description, each level is described as corresponding to a set amount of washing liquid, water and washing time. The laundry storing device 1 may be in an initial state, which is defined as an initial state in which no laundry is stored in each of the storage units 220. Taking one of the storage units 220 as an example, the gas concentration of the storage unit 220 when the lid 10 is closed in the initial state is an initial gas concentration, and the weight in the initial state is an initial weight. The weight sensor 342 detects the weight of the laundry in the storage unit 220 as a real-time weight, and the gas sensor 340 detects the gas concentration in the storage unit 220 as a real-time gas concentration. In the present embodiment, each storage unit 220 is independently detected, and the control module 30 outputs the washing pattern of each storage unit 220 in a parallel data format.
The weight sensor 342 outputs the real-time laundry weight to the control module 30. The control module 30 includes a timing unit 302, a weight comparing unit 306, and an output unit 308, wherein when the real-time weight is different from the initial weight, the timing unit 302 starts timing, and the weight comparing unit 306 compares the real-time weight with a first weight threshold. The output unit 308 outputs the first level to be washed when the real-time weight is greater than the first weight threshold. The first weight threshold is set according to the rated washing weight of the washing machine, and is preferably set to 75% to 85% of the rated washing weight. The first grade to be washed corresponds to the highest detergent input amount, water consumption and the longest washing time in all grades to be washed, and the highest detergent input amount, water consumption and the longest washing time are set according to the model and washing capacity of the washing machine.
The control module 30 further includes a gas concentration comparison unit 304, and when the real-time weight is less than or equal to the first weight threshold, a weight comparison unit 306 compares the real-time weight with a second weight threshold. Wherein the second weight threshold is less than the first weight threshold. When the real-time weight is less than or equal to the second weight threshold, the gas concentration comparison unit 304 compares the real-time gas concentration with the first gas concentration threshold, when the real-time gas concentration is less than or equal to the first gas concentration threshold, the timing unit 302 reads the current effective timing duration and compares the current effective timing duration with the first set timing duration, if the current effective timing duration is less than or equal to the first set timing duration, the second grade to be washed is output, and the second weight threshold is set according to the rated minimum washing weight of the washing machine, preferably set to be 1.1-1.2 times of the minimum washing weight. The second grade to be washed corresponds to the lowest detergent dosage and water usage of all grades to be washed.
It can be seen that, in the above embodiment, the clothes storage device 1 collects the environmental conditions in each storage unit 220 in the cavity 22, such as the concentration of the odor substance therein, and the characteristics of the clothes, such as the weight, and determines the degree of soiling of the clothes in combination with the timing duration, and finally automatically outputs the washing scheme according to the degree of soiling, and the washing scheme has a high matching degree with the state of the clothes, so that on one hand, poor pollution caused by long-time storage is avoided, on the other hand, management by consuming time and energy of a user is not needed, and meanwhile, due to relative sealing, the odor substance can be effectively prevented from being dispersed into the space to affect the home environment.
The laundry storage device 1 can also generate a more precise washing scheme:
when the real-time weight is less than or equal to the first weight threshold and greater than the second weight threshold. The gas concentration comparison unit 304 further compares the real-time gas concentration to the first gas concentration threshold. When the real-time gas concentration is greater than the first gas concentration threshold, the timing unit 302 reads the current effective timing duration of the timer, and if the current effective timing duration is greater than the first set timing duration, outputs a third grade to be washed; and if the current effective timing duration is less than or equal to the first set timing duration, outputting a fourth grade to be washed. If the real-time gas concentration is less than or equal to the first gas concentration threshold, the timing unit 302 also reads the current effective timing duration of the timer. If the current effective timing duration is longer than the first set timing duration, outputting a fifth grade to be washed; and if the current effective timing duration is less than or equal to the first set timing duration, outputting a sixth grade to be washed. The detergent input amount corresponding to the third grade to be washed is less than that corresponding to the first grade to be washed, and the detergent input amount corresponding to the sixth grade to be washed is greater than that corresponding to the second grade to be washed; and the detergent adding amount corresponding to the third grade to be washed, the fourth grade to be washed, the fifth grade to be washed and the sixth grade to be washed is gradually decreased in an equal gradient manner. In the accurate washing scheme generation process, when the weight of the clothes in the storage unit 220 reaches a certain weight but does not exceed a first weight threshold, the gas concentration in the storage unit 220 is preferentially detected, the dirtiness degree of the clothes is judged according to the gas concentration, when the gas concentration reaches a set degree, the storage time of the clothes is further judged, and more detergents are used for cleaning when the storage time is longer than a certain set time, so that the possibility of bacterial breeding is reduced.
If the real-time weight is less than or equal to the second weight threshold and the real-time gas concentration is greater than the first gas concentration threshold, the timing unit 302 reads the current valid timing duration. In this case, the degree of soiling of the clothes is already reached to a certain degree, if the current effective timing duration is less than or equal to the first set timing duration, a seventh grade to be washed is output, and if the current effective timing duration is greater than the first set timing duration, an eighth grade to be washed is output; if the real-time weight is less than or equal to the second weight threshold, the real-time gas concentration is less than or equal to the first gas concentration threshold, and the current effective timing duration is longer than the first set timing duration, it indicates that the degree of soiling of the clothes is light, but the clothes storage time is long, the risk of cross contamination exists, and the ninth grade to be washed is correspondingly output. The detergent input amount corresponding to the seventh to-be-washed grade, the eighth to-be-washed grade and the ninth to-be-washed grade is smaller than the detergent input amount corresponding to the sixth to-be-washed grade and larger than the detergent input amount corresponding to the second to-be-washed grade, and the detergent input amounts of the seventh to-be-washed grade, the eighth to-be-washed grade and the ninth to-be-washed grade are gradually decreased.
Meanwhile, a first water amount upper limit threshold and a first water amount lower limit threshold are set corresponding to the third grade to be washed, the fourth grade to be washed, the fifth grade to be washed and the sixth grade to be washed. When the output unit 308 outputs one of the third to-be-washed grade, the fourth to-be-washed grade, the fifth to-be-washed grade, and the sixth to-be-washed grade, the output unit 308 automatically generates corresponding water consumption according to the real-time weight, wherein the water consumption is between the first upper water consumption threshold and the first lower water consumption threshold. Similarly, a second upper limit threshold value and a second lower limit threshold value of the amount of water to be used for washing are set corresponding to the seventh level to be washed, the eighth level to be washed, the ninth level to be washed and the second level to be washed. When the output unit 308 outputs one of the seventh to-be-washed grade, the eighth to-be-washed grade, the ninth to-be-washed grade, and the second to-be-washed grade, the output unit 308 automatically generates corresponding water consumption according to the real-time weight, and the water consumption is between the second upper limit threshold and the second lower limit threshold. The first upper limit threshold of the water volume is smaller than the water volume corresponding to the first grade to be washed, and the second upper limit threshold of the water volume is smaller than the first upper limit threshold of the water volume. The first water amount lower limit threshold is larger than the second water amount lower limit threshold. Except the first grade to be washed, the washing time corresponding to the other grades to be washed is in direct proportion to the real-time gas concentration, but is less than the longest washing time corresponding to the first grade to be washed.
The first weight threshold, the second weight threshold, the first gas concentration threshold and the first set timing duration are set by technicians according to different models, especially according to laundry equipment matched with the clothes storage device 1. The set parameters and the parameters are stored in the memory of the corresponding chip for the program to call at any time.
The clothes storage device outputs the washing scheme generated by the control module and embodied by the formation of the grades to the outside through the wireless communication module, so that a user can see the generated washing scheme at any time and any place, and the clothes storage device is convenient and quick.
In the above embodiment, based on the detection result of the sensing module, the control module effectively converts the instant state in the cavity into the washing scheme and reminds the user, so as to prevent the processing capacity of the clothes processing equipment, such as the functions of a washing machine, a clothes dryer and the like, from being affected due to too many clothes, meanwhile, the clothes storage device effectively reduces damage and pollution caused by long-time accumulation of dirty clothes by detecting the environmental conditions in the storage unit, clothes characteristics in the storage unit and the storage time, scientifically guides the user to use the clothes processing equipment, and realizes remote monitoring by interconnecting and intercommunicating with the clothes processing equipment and the mobile terminal through the wireless communication module.
The invention also provides a control method of the clothes storage device, which generates a washing scheme by detecting the environmental conditions and the clothes characteristics in the clothes storage device and guides a user to use the clothes processing equipment.
The control method of the clothes storage device specifically comprises the following steps:
detecting a real-time weight of the laundry in the cavity of the laundry storage device;
comparing the real-time weight with the initial weight, and starting timing by the timing unit when the real-time weight is different from the initial weight;
comparing the real-time weight to a first weight threshold;
when the real-time weight is larger than a first weight threshold value, outputting a first grade to be washed;
when the real-time weight is less than or equal to the first weight threshold, comparing the real-time weight with a second weight threshold;
comparing the real-time gas concentration with the first gas concentration threshold when the real-time weight is less than or equal to the second weight threshold;
when the real-time gas concentration is less than or equal to the first gas concentration threshold, reading the current effective timing duration;
comparing the current effective timing duration with a first set timing duration;
outputting a second grade to be washed when the current effective timing duration is less than or equal to the first set timing duration; wherein the first weight threshold is larger than the second weight threshold, and the first grade to be washed corresponds to the highest detergent input amount, water consumption and the longest washing time; the second grade to be washed corresponds to the lowest detergent dosage and water usage.
A plurality of separate and relatively sealed storage units may be provided in the cavity. Detection is independent for each storage unit. In the present embodiment, the laundry storing device outputs the washing course in a gradation mode. Each grade corresponds to a set washing liquid input amount, water consumption amount and washing time. It should be understood that each level of the washing program may correspond to a set drying time, a drying mode, an ironing time, an ironing mode, a storage environment temperature and a storage environment humidity. For convenience of description, each level is described as corresponding to a set amount of washing liquid, water and washing time. In the initial state, no laundry is stored in each storage unit. Taking one of the storage units as an example, the gas concentration of the storage unit when the cover is closed in the initial state is the initial gas concentration, and the weight in the initial state is the initial weight. The weight sensor detects the weight of the clothes in the storage unit as a real-time weight, and the gas sensor detects the gas concentration in the storage unit as a real-time gas concentration. In this embodiment, each storage unit is independently detected, and the control module outputs the washing scheme of each storage unit outwards according to parallel data.
The weight sensor outputs the real-time laundry weight to the control module. And when the real-time weight is different from the initial weight, the timer starts timing, and the real-time weight is compared with the first weight threshold value. And outputting a first grade to be washed when the real-time weight is greater than a first weight threshold. The first weight threshold is set according to the rated washing weight of the washing machine, and is preferably set to 75% to 85% of the rated washing weight. The first grade to be washed corresponds to the highest detergent dosage, water consumption and the longest washing time.
When the live weight is less than or equal to the first weight threshold, the live weight is compared to a second weight threshold. Wherein the second weight threshold is less than the first weight threshold. And when the real-time weight is less than or equal to a second weight threshold, comparing the real-time gas concentration with the first gas concentration threshold, when the real-time gas concentration is less than or equal to the first gas concentration threshold, reading the current effective timing duration and comparing the current effective timing duration with a first set timing duration, if the current effective timing duration is less than or equal to the first set timing duration, outputting a second grade to be washed, wherein the second weight threshold is set according to the rated minimum washing weight of the washing machine, and is preferably set to be 1.1-1.2 times of the minimum washing weight. The second grade to be washed corresponds to the lowest detergent dosage and water usage.
Therefore, in the embodiment, the clothes storage device collects the environmental conditions in each storage unit in the cavity, such as the concentration of the odor substances and the characteristics of the clothes, such as weight, determines the dirt degree of the clothes by combining the timing duration, and finally automatically outputs the washing scheme according to the dirt degree, the matching degree of the washing scheme and the clothes state is high, on one hand, poor pollution caused by long-time storage is avoided, on the other hand, time and energy consumption of a user for management are not needed, and meanwhile, due to relative sealing, the odor substances can be effectively prevented from being dispersed into the space to influence the household environment.
The laundry storing apparatus can also generate a more accurate washing pattern by the following control method:
when the real-time weight is less than or equal to the first weight threshold value and greater than the second weight threshold value. The real-time gas concentration is further compared to a first gas concentration threshold. When the real-time gas concentration is greater than the first gas concentration threshold value, reading the current effective timing duration of the timer, and if the current effective timing duration is greater than the first set timing duration, outputting a third grade to be washed; and if the current effective timing duration is less than or equal to the first set timing duration, outputting a fourth grade to be washed. And if the real-time gas concentration is less than or equal to the first gas concentration threshold, similarly, reading the current effective timing duration of the timer. In the accurate washing scheme generation process, when the weight of clothes in the storage unit reaches a certain weight but does not exceed a first weight threshold, the gas concentration in the storage unit is preferentially detected, the dirtiness degree of the clothes is judged according to the gas concentration, when the gas concentration reaches a set degree, the storage time of the clothes is further judged, and more detergents are used for cleaning when the storage time is more than a certain set time length, so that the possibility of bacterial breeding is reduced.
And if the real-time weight is less than or equal to the second weight threshold and the real-time gas concentration is greater than the first gas concentration threshold, reading the current effective timing duration.
And when one of the third grade to be washed, the fourth grade to be washed, the fifth grade to be washed and the sixth grade to be washed is output, automatically generating corresponding water consumption according to the real-time weight, wherein the water consumption is between the first upper water quantity threshold and the first lower water quantity threshold. Similarly, a second upper limit threshold value and a second lower limit threshold value of the amount of water to be used for washing are set corresponding to the seventh level to be washed, the eighth level to be washed, the ninth level to be washed and the second level to be washed. When the output unit outputs one of the seventh to-be-washed grade, the eighth to-be-washed grade, the ninth to-be-washed grade and the second to-be-washed grade, the output unit automatically generates corresponding water consumption according to the real-time weight, and the water consumption is between the second upper water consumption threshold and the second lower water consumption threshold.
The first weight threshold, the second weight threshold, the first gas concentration threshold and the first set timing duration are set by technicians according to different models, particularly according to laundry equipment matched with the clothes storage device. The set parameters and the parameters are stored in the memory of the corresponding chip for the program to call at any time. Preferably, a safe weight threshold value is further stored, when the real-time weight exceeds the safe weight threshold value, the fact that the abnormal articles enter the clothes storage device is indicated, and in order to avoid damage, the electronic display screen and the wireless terminal give an alarm to inform a user.
The above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions.
