By providing the water inlet housing 123 in the above-described structure, the sterilizing module 20 is conveniently taken and placed, and the water inlet housing 123 defines the position of the sterilizing module 20, so that the sterilizing module 20 effectively exerts its sterilizing function.
In some specific examples, the transparent outer member 1232 is rotationally snapped with the stationary housing 1231.
Specifically, the outer peripheral wall of transparent outward appearance piece 1232 is equipped with a plurality of buckles 1235, and a plurality of buckles 1235 are arranged along the circumference interval of the outer peripheral wall of transparent outward appearance piece 1232, correspondingly, the position that is close to the uncovered of the inner peripheral wall of fixed shell 1231 is equipped with a plurality of draw-in grooves 1236, and a plurality of draw-in grooves 1236 and a plurality of buckles 1235 one-to-one joint cooperation guarantee the connection reliability of both to it is more convenient to install and remove.
Wherein, the size of the opening of the clamping groove 1236 in the circumferential direction of the inner circumferential wall of the fixing shell 1231 is greater than or equal to the size of the clamping buckle 1235 in the circumferential direction of the outer circumferential wall of the transparent appearance piece 1232, and the opening of the clamping groove 1236 forms a necking, when the transparent appearance piece 1232 is installed on the fixing shell 1231, the plurality of clamping buckles 1235 on the transparent appearance piece 1232 are aligned with the openings of the plurality of clamping grooves 1236 of the fixing shell 1231, then the transparent appearance piece 1232 is pushed to slide inwards along the axial direction of the fixing shell 1231, and then the transparent appearance piece 1232 is rotated, so that the clamping buckle 1235 slides into the depth of the clamping groove 1236, and the reliable connection of the transparent appearance piece 1232 and the fixing shell 1231 is ensured.
As shown in fig. 8, in some specific examples, the clamping groove 1236 includes a first groove segment 12361 and a second groove segment 12362, the first groove segment 12361 extends along a circumferential direction of an inner circumferential wall of the fixing case 1231, the second groove segment 12362 extends along an axial direction of the inner circumferential wall of the fixing case 1231, one end of the second groove segment 12362 forms an opening of the clamping groove 1236, the other end of the second groove segment 12362 communicates with one end of the first groove segment 12361, and when the transparent outer member 1232 is assembled with the fixing case 1231, the buckle 1235 on the transparent outer member 1232 is engaged with the first groove segment 12361.
In some specific examples, two ends of the sterilization assembly 20 are rotatably engaged with the transparent outer member 1232 and the bottom wall of the fixed housing 1231, respectively, so as to ensure that the sterilization assembly 20 can rotate in the water inlet 1230 under the impact of water flow.
For example, one of the sterilization assembly 20 and the transparent outer member 1232 has a rotation shaft and the other has a shaft hole matched with the rotation shaft, and similarly, one of the sterilization assembly 20 and the bottom wall of the fixing housing 1231 has a rotation shaft and the other has a shaft hole matched with the rotation shaft, which is simple in structure, convenient to assemble and disassemble, and easy to implement.
As shown in fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the two ends of the sterilization assembly 20 are respectively provided with a first rotation shaft 213 and a second rotation shaft 214, correspondingly, the transparent outer member 1232 is provided with a first shaft hole 1233 at a position opposite to the sterilization assembly 20, the bottom wall of the fixing housing 1231 is provided with a second shaft hole 1234 at a position opposite to the sterilization assembly 20, the first rotation shaft 213 is matched with the first shaft hole 1233, and the second rotation shaft 214 is matched with the second shaft hole 1234, so as to ensure that the sterilization assembly 20 can rotate in the water inlet cavity 1230.
In some specific examples, the first waterway plate 121, the second waterway plate 122, and the fixing case 1231 are integrally formed. Through with above-mentioned structure integrated into one piece, not only can reduce part quantity, save structures such as connecting piece to simplify the structure, can reduce the assembly process moreover, do benefit to and promote production efficiency.
A delivery device 100 according to further embodiments of the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the dispensing device 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a housing 11 and a drawer 13, the housing 11 defining a receiving cavity 110, the receiving cavity 110 having a side opening, the drawer 13 being adapted to be slidably provided to the receiving cavity 110 from the opening, the drawer 13 having a dispensing cavity 130 for dispensing detergent and a receiving space for placing the sterilizing module 20.
According to the drawer 13 of the throwing device 100, the accommodating space is provided for accommodating the avoidance sterilizing component 20, so that the throwing device 100 can be normally used after the drawer 13 is installed in place; through setting up sterilization subassembly 20, can form the rivers that disinfect, the rivers that disinfect mix with the detergent again, realize the release of sterilizing material and the dilution, the mixing of detergent through one way water inlet in succession promptly, simple structure, the cost is lower, not only can restrain effectively that the bacterium breeds, can get rid of the spot moreover, guarantees the cleanliness factor, compares with the correlation technique, has avoided complicated inlet pipeline structure, effectively utilizes the space of putting in shell 10.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the drawer 13 includes an outer baffle 1341 and a dispensing box, one side surface of the outer baffle 1341 forms an outer surface of the dispensing device 100, the dispensing box and the receiving space are located on the same side of the outer baffle 1341, i.e. on the other side surface of the outer baffle 1341, and the dispensing box itself or the dispensing box and the outer baffle 1341 define a dispensing cavity 130 with a top opening.
In some examples, the drawer 13 is provided with a transparent outer member 1232, and the position of the transparent outer member 1232 corresponds to the position of the accommodating space. The outer baffle 1341 is provided with an installation opening 133 communicating with the accommodation space, and the transparent outer member 1232 is provided at the installation opening 133, so that the sterilization assembly 20 is visualized.
That is, the outer barrier 1341 is provided with a mounting opening 133 at a position corresponding to the receiving space, the mounting opening 133 corresponding to the sterilizing module 20, and a user can observe the sterilizing module 20 from the mounting opening 133 outside the dispensing apparatus 100 in a state where the drawer 13 is closed.
The shape of the mounting opening 133 may be a circular hole or a square hole, and the shape of the mounting opening 133 may be the same as or different from the shape of the transparent appearance member. In order to ensure the attractive appearance of the drawer 13 of the dispensing device 100, the size of the mounting opening 133 may be smaller than or equal to the size of the side of the transparent outer member 1232 facing the outer baffle 1341, so as to avoid that the appearance of the dispensing device 100 is affected by the exposure of the redundant structure from the mounting opening 133.
In some examples, the outer peripheral wall of the transparent outer member 1232 has an annular step surface, a portion of the transparent outer member is fitted in the mounting opening 133, and the step surface is stopped at one side of the outer baffle 1341, that is, the mounting opening 133 is fitted with the annular step surface of the transparent outer member 1232, so that the transparent outer member 1232 can be limited, and the mounting reliability and stability of the sterilization assembly 20 can be ensured.
In some embodiments, the dispensing cassette includes a first dispensing cassette 1342 and a second dispensing cassette 1343, the first dispensing cassette 1342 and the second dispensing cassette 1343 are arranged on one side of the outer baffle 1341 at intervals along the length direction of the outer baffle 1341, the first dispensing cassette 1342 defines a first dispensing cavity, the second dispensing cassette 1343 defines a second dispensing cavity, and the receiving space is located between the first dispensing cassette 1342 and the second dispensing cassette 1343, i.e. the sterilization assembly 20 can be placed between the first dispensing cassette 1342 and the second dispensing cassette 1343, which is simple in structure and convenient to form.
In some examples, the accommodation space may form an accommodation recess 131, the accommodation recess 131 being located between the first and second dosing chambers, a bottom wall of the accommodation recess 131 being provided with a weep hole 132. By providing the drain hole 132 in the accommodating recess 131, the leaked water is ensured to flow into the housing 11, and is finally put into the designated part, thereby avoiding remaining in the accommodating recess 131.
In other examples, the drawer 13 further includes a connection plate 1344, and the first dispensing box 1342 and the second dispensing box 1343 are connected through the connection plate 1344, so as to ensure structural compactness and structural strength of the drawer 13, and prevent the drawer 13 from being deformed.
Wherein the connection plate 1344 is lower than the top of the first and second putting boxes 1342, 1343, and an accommodating space is defined between the first and second putting boxes 1342, 1343 and the connection plate 1344.
That is, the receiving space is formed above the connection plates 1344, the connection plates 1344 are respectively connected with the delivery box and the outer baffle 1341, and the connection plates 1344 are located below the sterilizing module 20 in the closed state of the drawer 13. In some embodiments, the sterilization assembly 20 is disposed within the water inlet housing 123 of the dispensing housing 10 of the dispensing device 100, and the connection plate 1344 is located below the water inlet housing 123 when the drawer 13 is in the closed state.
Further, the connection board 1344 is provided with a plurality of weeping holes 132, so that the leaked water or the water splashed on the connection board 1344 can flow into the housing 11 through the weeping holes 132 and finally be put into the appointed part, and the liquid on the connection board 1344 is prevented from being remained.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 13, the plurality of weep holes 132 may be arranged at intervals along the length direction and/or the width direction of the connection plate 1344, for example, the plurality of weep holes 132 may be arranged in a plurality of weep hole 132 groups on the connection plate 1344, the plurality of weep hole 132 groups may be arranged at intervals along the length direction of the connection plate 1344, the plurality of weep holes 132 in each weep hole 132 group may be arranged at intervals along the width direction of the connection plate 1344, and the plurality of weep holes 132 in two adjacent weep hole 132 groups may be staggered in the width direction of the connection plate 1344.
The weep hole 132 may be formed as an elongated hole, a circular hole, or the like.
In some embodiments, the first dispensing box 1342 may place a washing liquid or a softening liquid, and a siphon structure is disposed in the first dispensing box 1342, so that the washing liquid or the softening liquid may be dispensed; washing powder and the like can be placed in the second dispensing box 1343, and a liquid outlet is formed in the bottom wall and/or the side wall of the second dispensing box 1343, so that the dispensing of the washing powder can be realized. In operation, the sterilizing water can enter the first and second dispensing boxes 1342 and 1343 respectively, so as to be mixed with the washing liquid or the softening liquid and the washing powder for washing.
In some embodiments, a gap is formed between the bottom wall of the drawer 13 and the bottom wall of the housing 11, and in the closed state of the drawer 13, a dispensing opening 103 is defined between the outer end of the drawer 13 and the outer end of the bottom wall of the housing 11, so that the diluted detergent and the water with the sterilization function in the dispensing cavity 130 can be dispensed to a designated position.
According to a further embodiment of the present invention, the housing 11 is provided with a water inlet casing 123, the sterilization assembly 20 is rotatably disposed in an inner cavity of the water inlet casing 123, the inner cavity of the water inlet casing 123 is communicated with the delivering cavity 130 through a waterway, and the water inlet casing 123 is disposed in the accommodating space when the drawer 13 is in a closed state.
Therefore, the inner cavity of the water inlet shell 123 can be communicated with the delivery cavity 130, so that the sterilizing water flow and the detergent are mixed, namely, release of sterilizing substances and dilution and mixing of the detergent are realized successively through one path of water inlet, and the drawer 13 can effectively avoid the water inlet shell 123 and the sterilizing component 20, so that the compactness and the use reliability of the delivery device 100 are ensured.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, according to some embodiments of the present invention, sterilization assembly 20 includes a housing 21 and sterilization particles 22, housing 21 is rotatably disposed in delivery housing 10, housing 21 has a water passing chamber 2101 and a water passing hole 2102, water passing chamber 2101 is communicated with water inlet flow channel 101 through water passing hole 2102, water passing chamber 2101 is communicated with water outlet flow channel 102 through water passing hole 2102, and sterilization particles 22 are disposed in water passing chamber 2101.
That is, the water in the water inlet channel 101 can enter the housing 21 through the water passing hole 2102, the water entering the housing 21 is fully contacted with the sterilizing particles 22, so that the water has a sterilizing function, and the sterilizing water in the housing 21 can flow from the water passing hole 2102 to the water outlet channel 102 and then enter the putting cavity 130, and can be mixed with the detergent in the putting cavity 130 for washing.
As shown in fig. 6, in some embodiments, the walls of the water chamber 2101 are provided with lifting ribs 2111.
In some embodiments, the lifting rib 2111 may include one, where the lifting rib 2111 extends along the axial direction of the housing 21, and when the housing 21 rotates, the lifting rib 2111 may lift the height of the sterilizing particles 22 when moving upwards, and as the housing 21 continues to rotate, the sterilizing particles 22 are thrown down under the action of gravity and send impact and friction with the housing 21, so that the solid sterilizing particles 22 are quickly released, and the sterilizing particles 22 are fully mixed with water, so that the water has sterilizing and bacteriostatic functions.
In other embodiments, lifting ribs 2111 may include a plurality of lifting ribs 2111 spaced circumferentially along the peripheral wall of housing 21, each lifting rib 2111 extending axially of housing 21, whereby lifting of sterilization particles 22 with plurality of lifting ribs 2111 may be further accelerated by the frequency of impact and friction between sterilization particles 22 and housing 21.
In the embodiment in which the water inlet cavity 1230 is defined in the dispensing shell 10, the water passing hole 2102 on the shell 21 may include a plurality of water passing holes 2102, each water passing hole 2102 is communicated with the water inlet cavity 1230 and the water passing cavity 2101, water in the water inlet channel 101 may enter the water inlet cavity 1230 through the water passing holes 2102, water entering the water inlet cavity 1230 may flow into the water passing holes 2101 from the plurality of water passing holes 2102, water entering the water passing holes 2101 is fully contacted with the sterilizing particles 22, so that the water has a sterilizing function, and sterilizing water in the water passing holes 2101 may also flow into the water passing holes 2102 to the water inlet cavity 1230, then enter the dispensing cavity 130 through the water outlet channel 102 and may be mixed with detergent in the dispensing cavity 130 for washing.
As shown in fig. 6, in some embodiments, the outer peripheral wall of the housing 21 is provided with a plurality of blades 2112, and the plurality of blades 2112 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the outer peripheral wall of the housing 21. When the water inlet cavity 1230 is in operation, water entering the water inlet cavity 1230 impacts the blades 2112 on the shell 21, so that the shell 21 is driven to rotate, and when the shell 21 rotates, the sterilization particles 22 in the water inlet cavity 2101 can be driven to displace and rub, so that the solid sterilization particles 22 are quickly released, and the sterilization particles 22 are fully mixed with the water, so that the water has sterilization and bacteriostasis functions.
As shown in fig. 6 and 12, in some embodiments, the housing 21 includes a rotary case 211 and a rotary cover 212, the rotary case 211 has two ends, one end of the rotary case 211 is opened, the rotary cover 212 is provided at the opening of the rotary case 211 so that the opening of the rotary case 211 can be closed, and the rotary cover 212 and the rotary case 211 define a water passing chamber 2101 in a state that the rotary cover 212 is fitted with the rotary case 211, and a plurality of water passing holes 2102 are provided at the rotary case 211 and/or the rotary cover 212.
When the sterilization assembly 20 is installed in the water inlet 1230, the other end of the rotary housing 211 is rotatably engaged with one side wall of the water inlet 1230, and the rotary cover 212 is rotatably engaged with the other side wall of the water inlet 1230, i.e., the two ends of the housing 21 of the sterilization assembly 20 are rotatably engaged with the two opposite side walls of the water inlet 1230, so that the housing 21 can rotate in the water inlet 1230.
In operation, water entering the water inlet cavity 1230 impacts the blades 2112 on the housing 21, so as to drive the housing 21 to rotate, and when the housing 21 rotates, the sterilizing particles 22 can be driven to displace and collide with the housing 21, in the process, the water in the water inlet cavity 1230 can enter the water inlet cavity 2101 from the water through holes 2102, and the water and the sterilizing particles 22 are fully mixed, so that the water has sterilizing and bacteriostatic functions, and then the water with sterilizing and bacteriostatic functions can flow into the water inlet cavity 1230 from the water through holes 2102 and finally enter the putting cavity 130 to be mixed with detergent for washing.
In some embodiments, the housing 21 is a transparent member. Through setting up casing 21 into the transparent piece, improve the function visibility that disinfects, the user not only can observe the state of rolling of sterilizing granule 22 through casing 21 to add sterilizing granule 22 in time as required, can form visual impression to the function of disinfecting moreover, promote user's trust degree and use experience.
In some embodiments, the dispensing device 100 further includes a light emitting element (not shown) that can illuminate the interior of the housing 21 to make the sterilization function more direct and visible.
The waterway structure of the dispenser 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the dispensing device 100 comprises a dispensing shell 10, the dispensing shell 10 defining a water inlet channel 101, a water inlet cavity 1230, a water outlet channel 102 and a distribution cavity 103, the inlet of the water inlet channel 101 being adapted to communicate with the water inlet 111, the outlet of the water inlet channel 101 being in communication with the inlet of the water inlet cavity 1230, the outlet of the water inlet cavity 1230 being in communication with the inlet of the water outlet channel 102, the outlet of the water outlet channel 102 being in communication with the distribution cavity 103.
In some embodiments, the intake runner 101 includes a first intake runner 1011, a second intake runner 1012, and a third intake runner 1013, one end of the first intake runner 1011 is in communication with the water inlet 111 and the other end of the first intake runner 1011 is in communication with one end of the second intake runner 1012, one end of the third intake runner 1013 is in communication with the inlet of the intake cavity 1230 and the other end of the third intake runner 1013 is in communication with the other end of the second intake runner 1012.
In some embodiments, the water outlet flow channel 102 includes a first water outlet flow channel 1021, a second water outlet flow channel 1022, and a third water outlet flow channel 1023, one end of the first water outlet flow channel 1021 is communicated with the distribution chamber 103, the other end of the first water outlet flow channel 1021 is communicated with one end of the second water outlet flow channel 1022, one end of the third water outlet flow channel 1023 is communicated with the outlet of the water inlet chamber 1230, and the other end of the third water outlet flow channel 1023 is communicated with the other end of the second water outlet flow channel 1022.
The delivery casing 10 has a transverse direction, a longitudinal direction and a vertical direction, wherein the transverse direction may be a left-right direction as shown in fig. 7, the longitudinal direction may be a front-rear direction as shown in fig. 7, and the vertical direction may be an up-down direction as shown in fig. 7.
The first water inlet flow channel 1011 extends vertically, the second water inlet flow channel 1012 extends laterally, the third water inlet flow channel 1013 extends longitudinally, and the first water inlet flow channel 1011 is located below the third water inlet flow channel 1013. Further, the first water outlet flow passage 1021 extends along the longitudinal direction, the second water outlet flow passage 1022 extends along the vertical direction, the third water outlet flow passage 1023 extends along the longitudinal direction, and the first water outlet flow passage 1021 is located above the third water outlet flow passage 1023.
Wherein the first water inlet channel 1011 and the second water outlet channel 1022 are located in the same vertical plane, the second water inlet channel 1012 and the first water outlet channel 1021 are located in the same horizontal plane, and the third water inlet channel 1013 is located right above the third water outlet channel 1023.
It should be noted that the number of the first water outlet passages 1021 may be equal to the number of the distribution chambers 103, for example, the number of the first water outlet passages 1021 and the distribution chambers 103 may be plural, one end of the plurality of first water outlet passages 1021 is correspondingly communicated with the plurality of distribution chambers 103, and the other end of the plurality of first water outlet passages 1021 is correspondingly communicated with the same second water outlet passage 1022.
In some examples, the third water intake runner 1013 is located directly above the third water outlet runner 1023, and the inlet of the water intake chamber 1230 is located above the outlet of the water intake chamber 1230.
Further, the distribution chamber 103 is located above the intake chamber 1230. In some specific examples, the distribution chambers 103 may be two or more, and the water inlet chamber 1230 is disposed between two adjacent distribution chambers 103, so as to ensure that the water in the distribution chambers 103 can be put into corresponding positions.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the launch housing 10 comprises an outer housing 11 and a waterway member 12, the waterway member 12 being provided within the outer housing 11, wherein the waterway member 12 comprises a first waterway plate 121, a second waterway plate 122, and a water inlet housing 123.
The first waterway plate 121 includes a side plate 1211 and a top plate 1212, the top end of the side plate 1211 is connected to the top plate 1212, a first water outlet flow passage 1021 and a second water inlet flow passage 1012 are defined between the top plate 1212 of the first waterway plate 121 and the top wall of the housing 11, and a first water inlet flow passage 1011 and a second water outlet flow passage 1022 are defined between the side plate 1211 of the first waterway plate 121 and the side wall of the housing 11.
The second waterway plate 122 is disposed above the top plate 1212 of the first waterway plate 121 and defines a third water inlet channel 1013 with the top plate, and the second waterway plate 122 and the top wall of the housing 11 define a distribution chamber 103 therebetween.
The water inlet casing 123 is disposed below the second waterway plate 122, and the water inlet casing 123 is connected to the side plate 1211 of the first waterway plate 121, and the water inlet casing 123 defines a water inlet cavity 1230 and a third water outlet flow passage 1023 disposed below the water inlet cavity 1230.
Thus, the first waterway plate 121, the second waterway plate 122, and the water inlet casing 123 define a water inlet channel and a water outlet channel by being coupled to the housing 11.
Wherein, the first waterway plate 121 is provided with a first water barrier rib so as to separate the water inlet channel 101 from the water outlet channel 102, and the second waterway plate 122 is provided with a second water barrier rib so as to separate the plurality of distribution chambers 103.
Hereinafter, a laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The laundry treatment apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a dosing device 100 according to the above-described embodiment. The laundry treating apparatus herein may be a washing machine (e.g., a drum washing machine or a pulsator washing machine), and may also be a washing-drying integrated machine.
Since the putting device 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention has the above technical effects, the laundry treating apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention also has the above technical effects, that is, by adopting the above putting device 100, not only bacterial growth can be effectively suppressed, but also stains can be removed, cleanliness can be ensured, and compared with the related art, space can be saved, and space in the putting case 10 can be effectively utilized.
In some embodiments, the laundry treating apparatus includes a washing tub, and the dispensing opening 103 of the dispensing device 100 communicates with the washing tub, so that the diluted detergent and the water having the sterilizing function can be dispensed into the washing tub.
According to the clothes treatment equipment provided by the embodiment of the application, the sterilizing component 20 is arranged in the water inlet cavity 1230 of the throwing shell 10, so that the workbench space of the clothes treatment equipment is saved, and the release of sterilizing particles 22 and the dilution and mixing of detergents are realized through one path of water inlet, so that the clothes treatment equipment is simple in structure and low in cost.
In addition, since the drawer 13 is in a closed state for a long time, the internal environment is relatively closed and moist, and if the drawer is not pulled out for cleaning and ventilation frequently, bacteria are easy to grow, when the throwing device 100 is used, water with a sterilizing function washes the drawer 13, so that the bacteria growth can be effectively inhibited, and the drawer 13 is kept clean.

8. The dispensing device of claim 7, wherein the peripheral wall of the sterilization assembly is provided with a plurality of vanes, the plurality of vanes being circumferentially spaced along the peripheral wall of the sterilization assembly.
9. The delivery device of claim 7, wherein the sterilization assembly comprises:
