Specifically, the upper splash guard is installed on the upper portion of the upper spray assembly 310, the lubricating oil sprayed by the upper spray assembly 310 is collected and splashed, the lower splash guard is installed on the lower portion of the lower spray assembly 320, the lower splash guard can be used for collecting the lubricating oil sprayed by the lower spray assembly 320 in a splash-proof manner, meanwhile, the oil leakage hole is formed in the lower portion of the lower oil collecting splash guard, and collected oil is conveniently discharged and recovered.
When the embodiment of the invention is applied, the metal ultrathin strip passes through the deslagging device 200, is positioned between the upper cleaning roller 210 and the lower cleaning roller 220 of the deslagging device 200, the upper cleaning roller 210 and the lower cleaning roller 220 clamp the metal ultrathin strip, and the metal ultrathin strip is easy to move randomly in the front-back direction due to tension of the metal ultrathin strip when the metal ultrathin strip is subjected to lifting bending straightening, and the upper cleaning roller 210 and the lower cleaning roller 220 drive the soft brush to follow according to the movement of the metal ultrathin strip, so that metal scraps and impurities attached to the metal ultrathin strip are cleaned and lifted, and are sucked away through the slag sucker, so that the metal scraps and impurities are prevented from falling on the plate strip for the second time; then the metal ultrathin strip passes through the plate strip force measuring and adjusting device 400 and the lubricating device 300, a force measuring bearing is arranged in a force measuring and supporting roller 410 of the plate strip force measuring and adjusting device 400, an adjusting roller 420 can be adjusted up and down, the adjusting roller 420 and an upper spray assembly 310 are integrally designed, the adjustment of the reduction of the adjusting roller 420 is in a reasonable range, the force energy parameters after the relevant reduction can be reflected in the force measuring bearing, feedback is carried out, the reduction of the adjusting roller 420 is in a reasonable range, meanwhile, the upper spray assembly 310 and the lower spray assembly 320 in the lubricating mechanism can be convenient for centralizing the metal ultrathin strip under the reduction of the adjusting roller 420, centralized spray lubrication is conveniently completed, and further after the metal ultrathin strip enters a main machine of the straightener, not only lubrication can be completed for the straightening process, but also indirect lubrication can be completed for parts such as the straightening roller and the like, and the production process of the metal ultrathin strip required by deslagging, lubrication and the like can be completed on one piece of equipment, and the production efficiency is greatly improved.

Claims (6)
1. Deslagging lubrication all-in-one machine suitable for production of metal extremely thin strips, which is characterized by comprising:
a frame;
the deslagging device is arranged on the frame; the slag removing device comprises an upper cleaning roller, a lower cleaning roller and a slag sucker; the upper cleaning roller and the lower cleaning roller are arranged at intervals up and down and horizontally, and are respectively and rotatably arranged along the axes of the upper cleaning roller and the lower cleaning roller so as to lift impurities on the metal ultrathin strip passing between the upper cleaning roller and the lower cleaning roller; the slag sucker is provided with a slag sucking port which is arranged towards the upper cleaning roller and/or the lower cleaning roller so as to suck away the impurities;
the lubricating device is arranged on the frame; the lubricating device comprises an upper spraying assembly and a lower spraying assembly, wherein the upper spraying assembly and the lower spraying assembly are respectively used for spraying lubricating oil to the upper surface and the lower surface of the metal ultrathin strip;
the plate belt force measuring adjusting device is arranged between the deslagging device and the lubricating device and is used for adjusting the metal ultrathin strip to reasonably enter the lubricating device so as to prevent lubricating nozzles from damaging the surface of the strip, and meanwhile, the device can assist in collecting and observing relevant force energy parameters before the metal ultrathin strip enters a main machine of the straightener;
the plate and strip force measuring and adjusting device comprises a force measuring supporting roller and an adjusting roller;
the force measuring support roller is used for acquiring the force energy parameters before entering the main machine of the straightener;
the adjusting roller can be arranged in a vertically movable manner, and adjusts the position of the metal ultrathin strip entering the lubricating device according to the force energy parameter;
the upper spray assembly is fixedly connected with the adjusting roller;
the upper spray assembly is arranged on an adjusting rail in a vertically movable manner, and the adjusting rail is arranged on the rack;
the upper spray assembly and the lower spray assembly each comprise:
a connection cover, one side of which is provided with an opening, the opening being arranged towards the metal ultrathin strip;
the oil distribution block is arranged in the connecting cover, and a plurality of needle-shaped oil injectors of the metal ultrathin strips are arranged on the side face of the oil distribution block;
the oil pipe is communicated with the oil injector;
the support shafts are arranged on the frame at intervals up and down, each support shaft is connected with an angle adjusting block, and the upper spraying assembly and the lower spraying assembly are respectively arranged on one angle adjusting block.
2. The slag removal and lubrication integrated machine according to claim 1, wherein,
the upper cleaning roller and the lower cleaning roller are cylindrical, and brush structures distributed in a cylindrical mode are fixedly arranged on the periphery of the upper cleaning roller and the periphery of the lower cleaning roller.
3. The slag removal and lubrication integrated machine according to claim 1, wherein,
the slag removing device further comprises two collecting covers, the two collecting covers are respectively arranged above the upper cleaning roller and below the lower cleaning roller, slag sucking holes are formed in the collecting covers, and the slag sucking holes are communicated with the slag sucking holes.
4. The slag removal and lubrication integrated machine according to claim 1, wherein,
the lower cleaning roller is arranged at the top of the frame; the upper cleaning roller is arranged in a vertically movable manner so as to adjust the distance between the upper cleaning roller and the lower cleaning roller according to the thickness of the metal ultrathin strip.
5. The deslagging and lubricating integrated machine according to claim 4, wherein,
the deslagging device further comprises a supporting seat and an adjusting plate, the supporting seat is arranged on the upper surface of the frame, and the lower cleaning roller is rotatably arranged on the supporting seat; the adjusting plate is provided with a vertical part arranged on the upper surface of the frame and an extension part perpendicular to the vertical part, and the extension part is positioned above the supporting seat; the extension part is provided with a vertically extending slide rail, and the upper cleaning roller is movably and rotatably arranged on the slide rail.
6. The slag removal and lubrication integrated machine according to claim 1, wherein,
a splash guard is arranged on one side of the connecting cover; the bottom of the splash guard positioned below is provided with an oil leakage hole for discharging oil.
