step two: the spheroidal graphite cast iron pipe is sprayed, each component in the spraying structure (4) is driven to operate through the transmission structure (6), so that the spheroidal graphite cast iron pipe is sprayed after being cleaned, and the sliding structure (5) is driven through the spraying structure (4), so that the spraying working efficiency is improved;
step three: the paint on the surface of the spheroidal graphite cast iron pipe is dried, and when the surface of the spheroidal graphite cast iron pipe is sprayed through a spraying structure (4), the paint on the spheroidal graphite cast iron pipe is dried through a drying structure (7), so that the spraying effect is ensured;
the treatment equipment based on the ductile cast iron pipe surface paint spraying and corrosion preventing treatment process comprises a base (1), wherein a clamping structure (2) is arranged on the base (1), a supporting structure (3) is arranged on the base (1), a spraying structure (4) is arranged on the base (1), a sliding structure (5) is arranged on the spraying structure (4), a transmission structure (6) is arranged on the spraying structure (4), and a drying structure (7) is arranged on the spraying structure (4);
the clamping structure (2) comprises a fixed plate (201), the left side and the right side of the base (1) are respectively provided with the fixed plate (201), the left side is in sliding connection with the fixed plate (201) and the base (1), the right side is fixedly connected with the fixed plate (201) and the base (1), the left side is rotationally connected with a rotating column (202) through a bearing, the right side is rotationally connected with the rotating column (202) by the fixed plate (201), and the two rotating columns (202) are respectively fixedly connected with a clamping plate (203);
