In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the method for automatically processing an e-commerce order provided by the present application includes the steps of:
s100, receiving orders of all electronic stores or platforms, and generating summarized orders;
s200, screening out unlabeled orders from the summarized orders, and leaving standard orders; the nonstandard order includes: remark orders, abnormal orders, and invalid orders;
s300, analyzing the standard order, and acquiring the source, commodity information and receiving address of the standard order;
s400, matching the receiving address of the standard order with a locally stored address database to check whether the receiving address of the standard order is correct;
s500, if the receiving address of the standard order passes the audit, locking the inventory goods according to the source and the goods information of the standard order, and generating a delivery order.
Specifically, merchants usually operate on a plurality of platforms when opening online stores, and the stores of all the electronic commerce platforms have customer orders, so that the method provided by the application can collect the store orders of all the electronic commerce platforms to form and process the collected orders. The summary orders have standard orders and nonstandard orders, namely nonstandard orders. Here, nonstandard orders mainly include invalid orders, such as personal behavior of customers to intentionally return goods or money after taking up goods of merchants; abnormal orders, wherein the abnormal orders refer to actions such as taking accounts of unpaid payments, taking inventory, returning few goods/falling packages or abusing the interests of buyers and unreal buying will in the transaction process; remark orders, as the name implies, refer to orders for which the customer has some special needs. After screening out the nonstandard orders, the standard orders are left to enter the next step, and key information such as sources, commodity information, receiving addresses and the like of the standard orders are analyzed. And then matching the acquired receiving address with a locally stored address database, and checking whether the address information filled in the order is correct or not so as to generate a delivery order later. And if the verification is passed, locking the corresponding commodity in the inventory according to the source of the standard order and the commodity information, and generating a delivery order.
In one embodiment, in step S200, after screening out the unlabeled order from the aggregate order, leaving the standard order, further comprising:
