Then, according to the angle required for detection, the corresponding adjusting cylinder 11 is rotated, and in the process of rotating the adjusting cylinder 11, the distance between the first screw rod 10 and the second screw rod 12 is changed, so that the traction plate 14 is inclined, and in the process of changing the traction plate 14, the traction plate 14 is used for inclining the mounting plate 17 and the object to be detected below the mounting plate 17 through the pull rope 16, so that the inclination angle of the object to be detected is adjusted. Impact detection at different angles can be simulated for the object to be detected.
After the angle and the height of the object to be detected are adjusted, the electric push rod 20 drives the impact plate 21 to move upwards, so that the acceleration of the electric push rod 20 for lifting the impact plate 21 is equal to the gravity acceleration of the object to be detected falling off, the object to be detected is impacted by the impact plate 21, and then the object to be detected is impacted.
The impact plate 21 of different materials can be replaced to simulate the impact of the object to be detected in different use environments.
