With the above scheme, when water is required to be turned off, the user presses the pressing member 140 once, and the actuating member 400 drives the plug 300 to move to a corresponding position along the first direction, for example, a position where the second limiting table 321 and the blocking portion 212 are separated, and the driving portion 410 drives the plug 300 to rotate. After loosening, the first reset element 500 drives the plug 300 to move along the second direction to a position matched with the avoidance groove 211, for example, the position shown in fig. 8, the avoidance groove 211 plays a role in avoiding and limiting the rotation of the plug 300, the plugging part 310 seals the water passing port 220, and the spray gun 1000 is closed.
After the pressing member 140 is pressed once again, the actuating member 400 drives the plug 300 to move to a corresponding position along the first direction, for example, the second limiting platform 321 is separated from the avoiding groove 211, the driving portion 410 drives the plug 300 to rotate, and after the hand is loosened, the first reset member 500 drives the plug to move to a position matched with the blocking portion 212 along the second direction, for example, a position shown in fig. 9. The user can realize the normally open water outlet of the spray gun 1000 without holding the pressing member 140 long. Therefore, the spray gun 1000 has reasonable structural design, can improve the stability of the spray gun 1000 in a normally open or normally closed state, and has simple operation and convenient use.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, in the embodiment of the present invention, a side of the driving part 410 facing the second limiting table 321 is provided with a fifth inclined surface 411. When the actuator 400 moves in the first direction, the second inclined surface 244 and the fourth inclined surface 322 are slidably engaged, so that the second limiting table 321 rotates. Therefore, when the pressing member 140 is pressed once, the driving portion 410 can drive the second limiting table 321 to rotate once, so that the second limiting table 321 is sequentially matched with the limiting groove or the blocking portion 212, and the spray gun 1000 is rapidly switched in a normally open state or a closed state, so that the operation is convenient and fast, and the user experience is good.
Referring to fig. 5 and 10, in the embodiment of the present invention, the outer circumferential wall of the driving part 410 is provided with a guide part 412, and the inner wall of the water passage 210 is provided with a guide groove 250, for example, the guide groove 250 may be formed by a gap between the first protrusion 241 and the third protrusion 245 or by a sidewall at other positions of the water passage 210. The guide part 412 and the guide groove 250 are in guide fit, so that the direction of the actuating piece 400 is guided, the dislocation, the deflection and the like of the actuating piece 400 are effectively avoided, and the reliability of the spray gun 1000 is improved.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in the embodiment of the present invention, the inside of the water outlet 120 is provided with a guide post 123, the guide post 123 is provided with a through hole, one end of the actuating member 400, which is far away from the water outlet 122, is penetrated through the through hole, and one end of the pressing member 140 and the actuating member 400, which is penetrated through the through hole, are hinged. Further, the through hole can be communicated with the external space of the water outlet channel 121, the actuating member 400 further comprises a transmission rod 420, one end of the transmission rod 420 close to the water outlet 122 is connected with the driving part 410, the transmission rod 420 penetrates through the through hole, the transmission rod 420 and the through hole are in sliding sealing through the second sealing ring, water leakage can be avoided, and the actuating member is simple in structure, low in manufacturing difficulty and high in assembly efficiency.
Referring to fig. 7, in the embodiment of the present invention, the plug 300 is provided with the overflow plate 350 on a side facing the water outlet 122, and the peripheral wall of the overflow plate 350 is provided with the overflow grooves 351, for example, the overflow grooves 351 are provided in plurality and are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the overflow plate 350. When the spray gun 1000 is required to discharge water, the plug 300 gradually moves from a position abutting against the inner wall of the water outlet 220 to a position separated from the inner wall of the water outlet 220. For example, the stopper 300 gradually moves under the driving of the actuator 400. The water mainly enters the water flow channel through the flow groove 351, and the water flow area is smaller at the moment; when the plug 300 is at a position separated from the inner wall of the water passing hole 220, water mainly enters the water flow channel through the gap between the plug part 310 and the water passing body 200, and the water passing area is large, i.e. the water passing area is changed from small to large. The same applies when the spray gun 1000 is turned off, and the water passage area is reduced from large to small.
Therefore, by providing the flow-through groove 351, the water-passing area of the plug 300 can be changed from small to large or from large to small when moving, and the impact phenomenon caused by the abrupt change of the water-passing area can be effectively improved. Meanwhile, after the flow trough 351 is arranged, when water enters the water outlet 220, the water enters from the direction perpendicular to the wall surface of the water passing body 200, so that the water enters obliquely, the water pressure loss is reduced, and the water outlet smoothness is improved.
Referring to fig. 10, in an embodiment of the present invention, the spray gun 1000 further includes a second reset member 510, and the second reset member 510 is configured to move the actuating member 400 in the second direction. The transmission rod 420 is provided with a limiting part 413 in a surrounding manner. The second reset element 510 is sleeved on the transmission rod 420, one end of the second reset element 510 is abutted against the limiting part 413, and the other end is abutted against one end of the guide post 123. When the pressing member 140 is pressed and the hand is released, the second reset member 510 can drive the actuating member 400 to move along the second direction, so that the pressing member 140 can be reset after the hand is released, and shaking of the pressing member 140 is reduced. For example, the second restoring member 510 may be a spring and is sleeved on the actuating member 400, and two ends of the spring respectively abut against the limiting portion 413 and the guiding post 123. Of course, the first reset element 500 may also be a silicone element, a rubber element, a tension spring, an electromagnetic valve, a motor, and the like, and may be capable of driving the actuating element 400 to move along the second direction.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, in the embodiment of the present invention, a clamping groove 414 is formed on the transmission rod 420, and the clamping groove 414 is used for installing the third sealing ring. The transmission rod 420 penetrates through the plug 300, and the third sealing ring is in sliding sealing fit with the plug 300, so that water leakage can be effectively avoided. The transmission rod 420 is disposed through the plug 300, so that when the pressing member 140 is pressed, the actuating member 400 can move along the first direction to drive the plug 300 to move. The structural design is reasonable and the reliability is high.

Claims (10)

1. A spray gun, characterized by comprising:
the main body comprises a holding part and a water outlet part, one end of the holding part is connected with the side wall of the water outlet part, the holding part is provided with a water inlet channel, the water outlet part is provided with a water outlet channel communicated with the water inlet channel, one end of the water outlet part is provided with a water outlet, and the water outlet is communicated with the water outlet channel;
the water passing body is hermetically arranged at one end of the water outlet channel, which is close to the water outlet, the water passing body is provided with a water passing channel, the inner wall of the water passing channel is provided with an avoidance groove and a blocking part which are arranged along the circumferential direction of the water passing body, and one end of the water passing body, which is far away from the water outlet, is provided with a water passing port which is communicated with the water passing channel;
the plug comprises a plugging part and a positioning part which are connected;
the actuating piece can drive the plug to move along a first direction, and is provided with a driving part for driving the plug to rotate along the circumferential direction of the water body;
the first reset piece is used for enabling the plug to move along a second direction, and the second direction is opposite to the first direction;
the spray gun is in a normally open state and a closed state, when the spray gun is in the normally open state, the positioning part is in a position matched with the avoiding groove, the plugging part opens the water outlet, and the water outlet channel is communicated with the water outlet through the water outlet channel; when the spray gun is in the closed state, the positioning part is in a position matched with the blocking part, and the blocking part blocks the water passing port.

The spray gun of claim 1 wherein: the water passing body is arranged in the water outlet channel through the water outlet, the spray gun further comprises a water outlet end cover, and the water outlet end cover is in butt fit with the water passing body so as to limit the water passing body to be separated from the water outlet channel.

The spray gun of claim 1 wherein: the water passing device is characterized in that a limiting piece is arranged at one end of the water passing body, which faces the water passing opening, an annular groove is arranged on the side wall of the plugging part, a first sealing ring is arranged in the annular groove, and when the spray gun is in the closed state, the plugging part is in sealing connection with the water passing opening through the first sealing ring; when the spray gun is in the normally open state, the first sealing ring is abutted with the limiting piece.
