Working principle: in the transportation process of the refrigerated packaging box, the telescopic column 11 is in a contracted state under normal conditions, the first spring 13 tightens the clamping plates 12, so that the pair of clamping plates 12 clamp the elastic sleeve 7 and the filling column 6, the plugging effect on the water outlet 5 is improved, cold air in the box 1 is prevented from escaping outwards through the inside of the filling column 6 in the transportation process, the refrigerated environment in the box 1 is maintained, if ice layers on the surface of meat products are fused into water, the accumulated water is gathered to the drainage part 4 and enters the inside of the control tube 8 through the guide tube 9, the telescopic column 11 expands and stretches after absorbing water, the sliding column 10 is pushed to extend outwards, the pair of clamping plates 12 are driven to move to two sides, the elastic sleeve 7 and the filling column 6 are loosened, the accumulated water can be led outwards through the filling column 6 at the moment, so that the accumulated water in the box 1 is automatically discharged, the problem of excessive accumulated water in the box 1 is prevented from being caused to be greatly bred, the preservation time of meat products is prolonged, and after that the water is absorbed in the filling column 6, the inside of the filling column 6 forms a water seal for a period, and the cold air in the box 1 can be effectively prevented from escaping from the outside through the filling column 6;
by arranging the collecting tray 14, the discharged water can be contained in the collecting tray 14, and the water fixing pad 15 can absorb water and play a role in fixing water, so that water in the collecting tray 14 is prevented from being sprayed outwards due to shaking in the transportation process, and pollution is caused to the surrounding environment; after the accumulated water is discharged into the collecting tray 14, as the filling column 6 is in contact with the water fixing cushion 15, when the filling column 6 is gradually dried, the water in the water fixing cushion 15 can be transmitted into the filling column 6, so that the water is supplemented for the filling column 6, the water sealing time of the filling column 6 is prolonged, namely the blocking time of the water outlet 5 is prolonged, and the problem that the blocking effect of the water outlet 5 is reduced after the filling column 6 is dried is prevented;
by arranging the movable plate 16 and the second spring 17, the meat products are placed on the upper side of the movable plate 16, so that the meat products are separated from the bottom of the box body 1, accumulated water at the bottom is convenient to gather to the drainage part 4, and in the transportation process, the movable plate 16 is caused to move up and down by shaking and is matched with the second spring 17, so that the meat products are promoted to shake up and down, moisture between the meat products is shaken down, and the efficiency of draining the moisture outwards is improved; by arranging the roller 18, the roller 18 rolls on the inner side surface of the box body 1 when the movable plate 16 moves up and down, so that the resistance between the movable plate 16 and the box body 1 is reduced, and the movement efficiency of the movable plate 16 is improved;
