the right end of the worm (33) is meshed with the bottom of the worm wheel (34), the rear side of the worm wheel (34) is connected with the surface of the winding wheel (35) through bolts, the axle center of the winding wheel (35) is rotationally connected with the inside of the scrap frame (5), and the inside of the winding wheel (35) is wound with the left end of the transmission rope (11).
