Description

Traditional Chinese medicine for treating acute exacerbation stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
Technical Field
The invention relates to a medicine, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine for treating acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
Background
At present, along with the stimulation of harmful factors such as smoking, infection, atmospheric pollution and the like, the morbidity of a respiratory system is continuously increased, and the healthy life of human beings is seriously endangered. The chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is a common disease and frequently-occurring disease of the respiratory system, and western medicine usually adopts medicines such as glucocorticoid, bronchodilator or antibiotics to carry out symptomatic treatment, but has poor long-term curative effect, easily repeated disease conditions, drug resistance, adverse reaction and the like although the symptoms can be relieved to a certain extent. The traditional Chinese medicine is based on the whole, and the symptoms are combined based on syndrome differentiation, so that the symptoms of patients can be effectively relieved, the times of attacks can be reduced, and no toxic or side effect is caused.
The traditional medicine mostly belongs to the category of lung distension and slow-resistance, and from the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the lung governs qi, which is the highest in the lung, is the Hua Gao of the five zang organs. The lung is the most vulnerable to exogenous pathogenic factors and internal injury because it opens into the nose, merges with the fur and the exterior of the main body, and is a delicate organ, which is not resistant to pathogenic factors, and the invasion of the pathogenic factors causes the lung qi to be unclear and to be descending, which leads to the adverse dispersing and descending of the lung qi, the upward adverse flow of the forced qi to cause cough, and the abnormal ascending and descending of the lung qi to be asthma. Chronic cough and asthma repeatedly occur, and the deficiency of the lung, spleen and kidney is not healed, and the deficiency of the lung, spleen and kidney can not distribute body fluid, spleen deficiency can not be transfused, kidney deficiency can not be steamed, phlegm turbidity and blood stasis can be gradually formed, the airway is blocked, if the internal fluid is stopped, and wind-cold is caused again, the syndrome of external cold and internal fluid can be caused. The chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is mainly caused by chronic disease lung deficiency and phlegm stasis retention, and the attack of the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is aggravated by exogenous evil caused by the chronic disease lung deficiency, and the traditional Chinese medicine for treating the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has unsatisfactory curative effect due to the problems of component compatibility, so that the development of a new medicine for treating the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is a serious technical problem.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the situation, the invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the traditional Chinese medicine for treating the acute exacerbation stage of the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, which can effectively solve the problem of the treatment medication of the acute exacerbation stage of the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
The technical scheme of the invention is that a traditional Chinese medicine for treating acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 90-110g of ephedra, 80-100g of cassia twig, 108-132g of rhizoma pinellinae praeparata, 109-132g of snakegourd fruit, 90-110g of allium macrostemon, 109-132g of white paeony root, 80-100g of dried ginger, 90-110g of perilla fruit, 135-165g of red-rooted salvia root, 27-33g of asarum, 54-66g of Chinese magnoliavine fruit and 54-66g of honey-fried licorice root, wherein the twelve medicinal materials are decocted for 1 hour by adding water with the volume of 10 times of weight for the first time, filtered and the filtrate is collected for standby; decocting the residues in 8 times of water for 1 hr, wherein the weight and volume are calculated as g solid and mL liquid (hereinafter, the same shall apply), filtering, mixing the filtrates, concentrating the filtrate to relative density not lower than 1.02, filtering, packaging, and sterilizing.
The invention has the advantages of rich raw materials, scientific and reasonable compatibility of monarch, minister, assistant and guide, simple preparation method, easy production and convenient administration, has the effects of warming lung, dispelling cold, dispersing lung qi, activating blood circulation, resolving phlegm, removing blood stasis and the like, and can be used for treating the external cold and internal drink symptoms of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, wherein symptoms are that cough and gasp are difficult to recur, and phlegm is colored white; dark complexion, pain and aversion to cold; the Chinese medicinal composition has the advantages of stable and reliable curative effect, no toxic or side effect during the administration, and practical clinical application value, and can be used for treating other patients with external cold and internal drinking type pulmonary diseases such as chronic pneumonia, chronic bronchitis and the like.

1. criteria for selecting cases
Patients are continuously worsened beyond the daily condition, and conventional patients with basic chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases need to be changed, usually in the disease process, acute inflammatory reactions occur, cough, expectoration, shortness of breath and/or wheezing are aggravated in a short period of time, the sputum volume is increased, purulent or mucopurulent symptoms are presented, and the stage of obvious exacerbation of inflammation such as fever can be accompanied. All those with the symptoms can be used as criteria for selecting cases.
2. Diagnostic criteria
The Western diagnosis standard meets the "diagnosis and treatment guidelines for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease" (revised 2021).
The traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis standard refers to the "chronic obstructive pulmonary traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment guide" specified by the department of medical science of the Chinese traditional Chinese medical society, the department of pulmonary diseases professional committee (2011 edition).
Main symptoms are as follows: cough, wheeze, excessive phlegm, white and thin phlegm, foam, chest distress, inability to lie flat, aversion to cold, white and slippery tongue coating, wiry and tight pulse. Secondary symptoms: phlegm is easy to be fluctuated out, phlegm in the throat is wheeze, no sweat exists, limbs are ache, nasal obstruction, clear nasal discharge and floating pulse.
Diagnosis: (1) cough, wheezing; (2) Aversion to cold, no sweat or soreness of limbs, or nasal obstruction, clear nasal discharge; (3) thin sputum or foam, and easy expectoration of sputum; (4) wheezing in the throat; (5) chest distress and even qi collapse can not be recumbent; (6) The tongue is fat and the tongue is dull, the tongue coating is white and slippery, and the pulse is superficial and tight. The method comprises the steps (1) and (2), and the steps (3) to (6) are added.

The Chinese medicinal preparation of example 1 is orally taken 30-50ml once, 2 times a day, 1 time each in the morning and evening, 7 days is a treatment course, and 2 treatment courses are counted to obtain the curative effect.
4. Efficacy assessment criteria
Efficacy index = (pre-treatment integral-post-treatment integral)/pre-treatment integral x 100%
Total effective rate = (clinical control + onset + efficacy) number of cases/total number of cases x 100%
And (3) curing: clinical symptoms and signs disappear or disappear basically, the curative effect index is more than or equal to 95%, and various indexes of lung function are recovered to be normal
The effect is shown: the clinical symptoms and physical signs are obviously improved, the curative effect index is more than or equal to 70 percent and less than 95 percent, and various indexes of the lung function are obviously improved
The method is effective: the clinical symptoms and physical signs are all improved, the curative effect index is more than or equal to 30 percent and less than 70 percent, and various indexes of the lung function are improved
