Description

Surgical forceps with composite multifunction
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of medical equipment related equipment, in particular to a pair of multifunctional surgical forceps and a technical method for operating and applying the surgical forceps.
Background
Whether the operation is open operation, endoscopic operation or intra-cavity operation, the common problem is that good surgical field exposure is needed during the operation to distinguish important tissue structures and blood vessels, so that accidental injury is avoided; if the operation field is covered by blood seepage, blood clot, seepage, digestive juice, urine, secretion and the like, blind operation is extremely easy to cause the occurrence of operation complications; when the conditions are met, an operator needs to replace an aspirator firstly to absorb the blood and the liquid, and then replace the aspirator or the separating forceps again to continue operation, especially when the bleeding is met with obvious active bleeding, the complications of blind operation are higher, when the bleeding is absorbed completely and the hemostat is replaced again, the wound surface is covered by new blood and liquid, so that the endoscopic operation is difficult to be carried out smoothly, and bleeding points can be clamped in blood poise only blindly sometimes, and the result is obvious and even the operation is forced to be terminated;
at present, various surgical techniques and equipment are continuously innovated, including an energy platform combines the functions of electric coagulation and suction, so that the problem of better combining the functions of electric coagulation and suction is solved, but in the process of specific surgical operation, most importantly, how to keep the surgical wound clean and prevent secondary bleeding injury when bleeding is caused is solved, and a surgical instrument with the functions of separating jaws and sucking is needed; the forceps clip separation and suction cleaning functions are combined together in the operation process, so that the wound surface is kept clear, the blood seepage and liquid seepage coverage are prevented, the condition that the operation field is not clear is avoided, and no such operation instrument exists clinically at present; more research is tried in this respect, and many patent applications (CN 103735309a, CN109498113a, CN 112244908A) are applied for the present application, the tube is placed in the operating tube, or the lumen is placed outside the operating tube, but because the outer diameter of the operating tube is limited by only 5mm at the maximum, no practical and effective surgical instrument is available in clinic, and the main reason is that most of the area of the inner cavity of the operating rod of the surgical forceps is occupied by the pull rod, so that the effective inner cavity of the high-flow high-channel cannot be formed, and the effective gap of the cross section of the operating tube is smaller, so that the surgical forceps cannot simultaneously satisfy the functions of grasping separation and high-flow suction.
