A method of controlling a local policy for an SMF session according to claim 3, wherein said set of revision triggering conditions includes a location change condition, a rate change condition, a quality change condition, a session revision condition, a physical address change condition, and an application change condition.

The method of claim 4, wherein the obtaining the event information of the session, when the event information triggers a condition in the revised triggering condition set, selecting a corresponding policy rule from the local policy rule information as a revised policy rule according to the triggered condition, includes:
acquiring event information of the session;
when the event information comprises a service area change event, a service cell change event or a user position change event, the position change condition is triggered, position information is obtained, and corresponding strategy rules are obtained from the local strategy rule information as revised strategy rules according to the session parameter information and the position information;
when the event information comprises an aggregate maximum bit rate change event, the rate change condition is triggered, target rate information is obtained, and corresponding policy rules are obtained from the local policy rule information as revised policy rules according to the session parameter information and the target rate information;
when the event information comprises a service quality change event, the quality change condition is triggered, service demand service quality information is obtained, and corresponding strategy rules are obtained from the local strategy rule information as revised strategy rules according to the session parameter information and the service demand service quality information;
when the event information comprises a session revision event requested by a user terminal, the session revision condition is triggered, revision request information is obtained, and corresponding policy rules are obtained from the local policy rule information as revision policy rules according to the session parameter information and the revision request information;
when the event information comprises a physical address change event of a user terminal, the physical address change condition is triggered, user terminal information is obtained, and corresponding policy rules are obtained from the local policy rule information as revised policy rules according to the session parameter information and the user terminal information;
when the event information comprises an application start event or an application stop event, the application change condition is triggered, application information is acquired, and corresponding policy rules are acquired from the local policy rule information as revised policy rules according to the session parameter information and the application information.
6. A method of SMF session local policy control according to claim 3, wherein said revising said session policy rules according to said triggered condition and said revising policy rules comprises:
determining a revision operation according to the triggered condition, wherein the revision operation comprises adding, deleting or modifying;
and revising the session policy rule according to the revising operation and the revising policy rule.
7. The SMF session local policy control method of claim 1, further comprising:
monitoring PCF network elements, and acquiring updated policy rule information from the PCF network elements when the PCF network elements operate;
and updating the local policy rule file according to the updated policy rule information.
8. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements an SMF session local policy control method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7 when the program is executed by the processor.
9. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, wherein the computer program when executed by a processor implements an SMF session local policy control method as claimed in any of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer program product comprising a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements an SMF session local policy control method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
