In one embodiment, the commitment identification policy includes: one or more of an importance policy, a efficacy scope policy, a commitment source policy, a commitment reason policy, and a obligator policy; the importance policy is used for classifying the promise items into general promises and important promises; the efficacy range policy is used to divide the commitment term into a relative commitment and an absolute commitment; the commitment source policy is used for classifying commitment items into contractual commitments and non-contractual commitments; the promise reason policy is used for dividing promise items into reissue legal obligations, contractual obligations, prospective information, unilateral promise, administrative orders and judicial promises; the obligator strategy is used for dividing the promised items into my promise, opponent promise and third party promise; the content policy is used to divide the commitment items into commitments and non-commitments.
Each promise identification strategy is internally provided with a group of rules, and the rules are used for carrying out the identification of the promise strategy. Importance policies divide commitments into general commitments and significant commitments through the identification of several factors such as obligation primary importance, equity blocking, liability severity, risk potential, etc. Efficacy range policies divide commitments into relative commitments and absolute commitments by factors such as the way the commitments are made, the number of requesters, etc. The commitment source policy classifies commitments into contractual commitments and non-contractual commitments by factors such as the manner of commitment creation, associated contracts, types of liabilities, etc. The commitment reason policy is used for dividing the commitment into reissue legal obligations, contractual obligations, prospective information, unilateral consent, administrative orders and judicial promises through factors such as a commitment creation mode, a commitment behavior mode, a responsibility type and the like. The obligator strategy is used for dividing the commitments into my commitments, opponent commitments and third-party commitments through factors such as request attribution, responsibility type and the like. Content policies are used to divide commitments into commitments and non-commitments by factors such as way of fulfillment, way of fulfillment verification, and the like.
In one embodiment, the automatically labeling the promised content according to the promised item identification result, determining a corresponding promised management policy, and completing establishment of a quasi promise includes: determining a plurality of promise labels corresponding to the quasi promise according to the identification result; and determining corresponding promise management strategies according to the plurality of promise labels, wherein the promise management strategies are used for subsequent promise tracking management.
The commitment management policy refers to a policy that performs tracking management on commitments later, for example, who needs to track, track what content, how to track, and the like.
In one embodiment, when the quasi-promise approval is generated into a formal promise, tracking management is performed on the formal promise based on the promise management policy, including:

The commitment tracking module is configured to receive feedback, the feedback comprising: the business feedback is used for opening the editing authority in the feedback area for an executive and feeding back the formal promise fulfilling condition, risk rating and fulfillment credential in a preset feedback period, and when no feedback record exists in the feedback period, the promise early warning module is triggered to perform early warning; the legal service feedback is used for allowing the legal service to edit the content of the feedback working area and checking the feedback condition of the executive personnel;
the commitment tracking module is also used for distributing and transmitting, wherein the distributing is used for allowing a plurality of transactions corresponding to the formal commitment to be distributed to different users, and the transmitting is used for allowing the users to transfer all rights of the commitment management module to other users.
In one embodiment, the promise early warning module is configured to send a message and call a blocking trigger to perform early warning when an early warning condition is reached, where the blocking trigger is configured to read a configuration table and block an event in the configuration table.
In one embodiment, the commitment management module further comprises: the system comprises a commitment state management module, a control module and a control module, wherein the commitment state management module is used for setting different commitment state types and configuration rules corresponding to each commitment state type, and the commitment state types are classified into a wide limit, a deferral, a change and a annihilation.
Specifically, it is classified into a. Wide limit, b. Delay, c. Change, d. Destroy. Where, the grace refers to a written consent for delay performance. The change belongs to the fact that both parties achieve new agreement on the matters such as the establishment, the fulfillment, the elimination and the like of the original promised item. The module requests collection of change agreements and related descriptions signed by both parties. When the promise state is changed, the promise early warning management module is automatically promised, and the promise state is pushed to legal staff, so that the legal staff is required to check and feed back. The commitment auxiliary creation module is called to collect the newly created commitments of the users and correlate the newly created commitments with the original commitments due to the change of the commitment items, which causes the change of the responsible person, the commitment content, the responsibility and risk, the committed person, the running period and the like. The elimination of the promised item should only have two cases, namely, either be exempted or be completed (for best management effect, the change should not be in the case of elimination). The module requires collection of unilateral exemption letters of the committee, agreements made by both parties, fulfillment credentials of the committee, and related descriptions. When the promise state is modified to be eliminated, the promise early warning management module is automatically promised, and the information is pushed to legal staff, so that the legal staff is required to check and feed back. The commitment tracking management module and all tasks of the blocking trigger are recovered by the legal personnel confirming that the commitment item is eliminated. The platform allows the administrator user to set other state types according to the self situation.

a first receiving module 602, configured to receive an instruction for creating a quasi-promise, and obtain a promise theme and promise content corresponding to the quasi-promise;
the display module 604 is configured to display the promised theme and the promised content in a cooperative interaction area, where the cooperative interaction area is a partitioned area for displaying and creating a quasi promise;
a second receiving module 606, configured to receive, through the collaborative interaction area, an interaction operation of a user with respect to the quasi-promise, where the interaction operation includes: input operation, labeling operation and selection operation; the selecting operation includes: selecting a commitment tracker;
and the tracking module 608 is used for tracking and managing the formal commitment by the commitment tracking person after the approval of the quasi-commitment is generated into the formal commitment.
In one embodiment of the present invention, in one embodiment,
the first receiving module 602 is further configured to receive an instruction for creating a quasi-promise for a selected target content, where the target content is selected from a target file; and responding to the instruction for creating the quasi promise, identifying and extracting the summary content of the target content as a promise theme from the target content, and taking the selected target content as the promise content.
As shown in fig. 7, in one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises:
the extracting module 610 extracts the promised content contained in the target file, generates a promised hyperlink based on each promised content, and can quickly locate the promised content in the target file through the promised hyperlink;
an association module 612 associates the promise hyperlink with the formal promise, through which the promise tracker can quickly look up the corresponding promise content.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises:
the generation module is used for acquiring a tracking time point corresponding to each promised content and generating a tracking task based on the tracking time point;
and the display module is used for associating the tracking task with a corresponding tracking time point in the time table, and correspondingly displaying the corresponding tracking task when clicking the tracking time point in the time table, wherein the tracking task carries a corresponding promise hyperlink.
In one embodiment, the first receiving module is further configured to capture a user's selection operation of the content in the target file; creating a quasi promise function module in the collaborative interaction area based on the dividing operation; instructions to create a quasi promise are generated based on a click operation on the create quasi promise function module.

the identification module is used for calling a promise identification strategy to carry out strategy identification on the promise content so as to obtain a strategy identification result;
the determining module is used for automatically labeling the promised content according to the strategy identification result, determining a corresponding promised management strategy and completing establishment of quasi promise;
The tracking module is also used for tracking and managing the formal commitment by the commitment tracking person based on the commitment management policy.
In one embodiment, the determining module is further configured to determine a plurality of commitment labels corresponding to the quasi-commitments according to the identification result; and determining corresponding promise management strategies according to the plurality of promise labels, wherein the promise management strategies are used for subsequent promise tracking management.
In one embodiment, the tracking module is further configured to automatically activate, after the formal commitment is generated, a dynamic rating management module and a commitment management module for the formal commitment, where the dynamic rating management module is configured to check authority of an operating user, accept an instruction of the user with rating authority, collect a reason for rating the formal commitment and new rating information of the user, calculate a difference between the new rating and the old rating, trigger a commitment early warning module in the commitment management module when the new rating is higher than the old rating and the difference is greater than a first preset value, and call a commitment execution module in the commitment management module when the new rating is lower than the old rating and the difference is greater than a second preset value;
the commitment tracking module is configured to receive feedback, the feedback comprising: the business feedback is used for opening the editing authority in the feedback area for an executive and feeding back the formal promise fulfilling condition, risk rating and fulfillment credential in a preset feedback period, and when no feedback record exists in the feedback period, the promise early warning module is triggered to perform early warning; the legal service feedback is used for allowing the legal service to edit the content of the feedback working area and checking the feedback condition of the executive personnel;
The commitment tracking module is also used for distributing and transmitting, wherein the distributing is used for allowing a plurality of transactions corresponding to the formal commitment to be distributed to different users, and the transmitting is used for allowing the users to transfer all rights of the commitment management module to other users.
In one embodiment, the promise early warning module is configured to send a message and call a blocking trigger to perform early warning when an early warning condition is reached, where the blocking trigger is configured to read a configuration table and block an event in the configuration table.
The blocking trigger is used for reducing the risk of enterprise rights loss or loss expansion through an automatic processing mode. The blocking trigger firstly reads the default configuration table, and if the user-defined configuration table exists, the user-defined configuration table is loaded. Blocking the event in the configuration table when activated by the blocking event; after the related event is blocked, the current node is frozen, the related button is not available, and trigger event information is prompted. The current node cannot continue to advance until the blocking event is resolved. By the design of the blocking trigger, interception of high-risk operation possibly existing in the large-scale company due to information asymmetry among staff is achieved.
FIG. 8 illustrates an internal block diagram of a computer device in one embodiment. The computer device may in particular be a terminal. As shown in fig. 8, the computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. The memory includes a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium of the computer device may store an operating system, and may store a computer program that, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to implement the commitment management method described above. The internal memory may also store a computer program that, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the commitment management method described above. It will be appreciated by persons skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 8 is merely a block diagram of a portion of the structure associated with the present inventive arrangements and does not constitute a limitation of the apparatus to which the present inventive arrangements are applied, and that a particular apparatus may include more or less components than those shown in the drawings, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided that includes a memory having a stored computer program that, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of the commitment management method described above.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided that stores a computer program that, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of the commitment management method described above.
It is to be appreciated that the above-described commitment management method, apparatus, computer device, and computer-readable storage medium belong to one general inventive concept, and embodiments are mutually applicable.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that all or part of the processes in the methods of the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer program for instructing relevant hardware, where the program may be stored in a non-volatile computer readable storage medium, and where the program, when executed, may include processes in the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory. The nonvolatile memory can include Read Only Memory (ROM), programmable ROM (PROM), electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), dynamic RAM (DRAM), synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), memory bus direct RAM (RDRAM), direct memory bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM), among others.
The technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.
The foregoing examples illustrate only a few embodiments of the application and are described in detail herein without thereby limiting the scope of the application. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the application, which are all within the scope of the application. Accordingly, the scope of protection of the present application is to be determined by the appended claims.

Claims (11)

1. A method of commitment management, the method comprising:
receiving an instruction for creating a quasi-promise, and acquiring a promise theme and promise content corresponding to the quasi-promise;
displaying the promised theme and the promised content in a cooperative interaction area, wherein the cooperative interaction area is a divided area for displaying and creating a quasi promise;
receiving, by the collaborative interaction zone, an interaction of a user needle alignment commitment, the interaction comprising: at least one of an input operation, a labeling operation, and a selection operation, wherein the selection operation comprises: selecting a commitment tracker;
After the approval of the quasi promise is generated into a formal promise, the promise tracker performs tracking management on the formal promise;
before the approval of the quasi-promise is generated as a formal promise, the method further comprises: invoking a promise recognition strategy to carry out strategy recognition on the promise content to obtain a strategy recognition result; automatically labeling the promised content according to the strategy identification result, determining a corresponding promised management strategy, and completing establishment of a quasi promise; the tracking management of the formal commitment by the commitment tracking person comprises: tracking management of the formal commitment by the commitment tracker based on the commitment management policy;
the commitment identification policy includes: one or more of importance policy, efficacy scope policy, commitment source policy, commitment reason policy, obligator policy, and content policy; the importance policy is used for classifying the promise items into general promises and important promises; the efficacy range policy is used to divide the commitment term into a relative commitment and an absolute commitment; the commitment source policy is used for classifying commitment items into contractual commitments and non-contractual commitments; the promise reason policy is used for dividing promise items into reissue legal obligations, contractual obligations, prospective information, unilateral promise, administrative orders and judicial promises; the obligator strategy is used for classifying the promised items into my promise, opponent promise, third party promise, request attribution and responsibility types; the content policy is to divide the commitment items into commitments and non-commitments;
The automatic labeling of the promised content according to the strategy identification result, the determination of the corresponding promised management strategy, the establishment of the quasi promise, comprises:
determining a plurality of commitment labels corresponding to the quasi commitments according to the strategy identification result;
and determining corresponding promise management strategies according to the plurality of promise labels, wherein the promise management strategies are used for subsequent promise tracking management.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein receiving the instruction to create the quasi-promise, obtaining the promise theme and the promise content corresponding to the quasi-promise, comprises:
receiving an instruction for creating a quasi promise for selected target content, wherein the target content refers to the content selected from a target file;
and responding to the instruction for creating the quasi promise, identifying and extracting the summary content of the target content as a promise theme from the target content, and taking the selected target content as the promise content.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the method further comprises:
extracting promised contents contained in the target file, generating promised hyperlinks based on each promised content, and rapidly positioning the promised contents in the target file through the promised hyperlinks;
Associating the promise hyperlink with the formal promise, and enabling a promise tracker to quickly look up corresponding promise content through the promise hyperlink.
4. A method according to claim 3, characterized in that the method further comprises:
acquiring a tracking time point corresponding to each promised content, and generating a tracking task based on the tracking time point;
and associating the tracking task with a corresponding tracking time point in a time table, and correspondingly displaying the corresponding tracking task when clicking the tracking time point in the time table, wherein the tracking task carries a corresponding promise hyperlink.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein receiving the instruction to create a quasi promise for the selected target content, the target content being selected from the target file, comprises:
capturing a user's operation of selecting the content in the target file;
creating a quasi promise function module in the collaborative interaction area based on the dividing operation;
instructions to create a quasi promise are generated based on a click operation on the create quasi promise function module.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein when the quasi-promise approval is generated as a formal promise, performing trace management on the formal promise based on the promise management policy, comprising:

The promise management module is also used for distributing and transmitting, wherein the distributing is used for allowing a plurality of transactions corresponding to the formal promise to be distributed to different users, and the transmitting is used for allowing the users to transfer all rights of the promise management module to other users.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the promise pre-warning module is configured to send a message and invoke a blocking trigger to pre-warn when a pre-warning condition is reached, the blocking trigger being configured to read a configuration table and block events within the configuration table.

The method of claim 6, wherein the commitment management module further comprises: the system comprises a commitment state management module, a control module and a control module, wherein the commitment state management module is used for setting different commitment state types and configuration rules corresponding to each commitment state type, and the commitment state types are classified into a wide limit, a deferral, a change and a annihilation.
9. A commitment management device, the device comprising:
the first receiving module is used for receiving an instruction for creating a quasi promise and acquiring a promise theme and promise content corresponding to the quasi promise;
the display module is used for displaying the promised subject and the promised content in a cooperative interaction area, wherein the cooperative interaction area is a divided area for displaying and creating quasi promise;
