The browsing trace acquisition module is configured for acquiring traces of the user browsing promise content and storing the traces in the third storage unit; the trace of the user browsing the promising content includes browsing time of the user, time length of the promising content for visual display (i.e. browsing time length of the user), etc., in this embodiment, a minimum threshold is set for the time length of the promising content for visual display, and according to actual needs, the threshold may be set to be 5 seconds, 10 seconds, 15 seconds, etc., when the time length of the promising content for visual display is monitored or identified to be greater than the minimum threshold, the trace of the user browsing the promising content is stored in the third storage unit by the browsing trace acquisition module, and an input window of the promising trace is displayed, otherwise, the promising content is continuously displayed in a visual manner.
The commitment trace acquisition module is configured to judge whether a commitment trace input by a user is identified, and if so, the commitment trace is stored in the fourth storage unit; the commitment trace in this embodiment includes electronic signature of the commitment person, electronic official seal of the enterprise, commitment time, etc., and different commitment traces can be set for different commitment types according to actual needs, for example, the commitment trace of the enterprise commitment includes electronic signature of the commitment person, electronic official seal of the enterprise, commitment time, and the commitment trace of the medium-high level commitment and the commitment of the employee includes electronic signature of the commitment person and commitment time.
And the promissory publicity module is configured for judging whether promissory traces input by the user are identified, receiving a sixth instruction if the promissory traces input by the user are identified, and triggering a fifth human-computer interaction interface according to the sixth instruction, wherein the fifth human-computer interaction interface displays promissory content. The sixth instruction may be a commitment publicizing instruction, and after the commitment trace input by the user is identified, the commitment of the user is publicized to accept public supervision. The content disclosed by the embodiment comprises the following steps: commitment destination, commitment person, commitment content, supervision telephone, enterprise, public time.
And the promised access module is configured to display an access window of a storage unit through the fourth human-computer interaction interface, wherein the storage unit is at least one of the first storage unit, the second storage unit, the third storage unit and the fourth storage unit, and trigger storage information in one of the storage units according to a fourth instruction. The access authority is set for the storage unit, the access authority is associated with the user authority and the identity authentication information, the access authority of different levels is set for the first storage unit, the second storage unit, the third storage unit and the fourth storage unit, four levels are set for the access authority and the user authority, and the levels are divided into: low, medium, high and highest, wherein the user authority of the employee is low, and the storage unit with low access authority can be consulted; the user authority of the middle-high manager is middle or high, and the storage units with the access authority of middle or high and below can be consulted; the user authority of the enterprise legal person is the highest level, and the storage units with the access authorities of the highest level and below can be consulted.
The committed access module also comprises a third analysis unit which is configured to identify the identity authentication information and the user permission of the user according to a fourth instruction which can be an access instruction of the storage unit, match the identity authentication information and the user permission with the access permission of each storage unit, open the corresponding storage unit according to the user permission, and visually display the storage information in the storage unit if the matching is successful.

Claims (10)

1. A compliance commitment management method based on multiple storage units, comprising the steps of:
prestoring a plurality of commitment types and commitment contents related to the commitment types;
receiving a first instruction, visually displaying a first human-computer interaction interface and/or a second human-computer interaction interface according to the first instruction, wherein the first human-computer interaction interface is used for a user to input registration information, storing the registration information in a first storage unit,
distributing login information for the user according to the registration information, storing the login information in a second storage unit, and simultaneously displaying or sending the login information to the mobile terminal in a visual mode;
receiving a second instruction, and visually displaying a second human-computer interaction interface according to the second instruction, or directly visually displaying the second human-computer interaction interface after receiving the first instruction, so that a user can input application login information;
matching the application login information with the login information, and if the matching is successful, visually displaying a third human-computer interaction interface or a fourth human-computer interaction interface, wherein the third human-computer interaction interface displays a commitment type;
receiving a third instruction, triggering commitment content associated with one commitment type according to the third instruction, visually displaying the commitment content through a third human-computer interaction interface, associating the commitment type and/or the commitment content with registration information and/or login information, and storing the registration information and/or the login information in a second storage unit;
collecting the trace of the user browsing promise content and storing the trace in a third storage unit;
judging whether the commitment trace input by the user is identified, if so, storing the commitment trace in a fourth storage unit;
displaying an access window of a storage unit through the fourth human-computer interaction interface, wherein the storage is

and visually displaying a third human-computer interaction interface, wherein the third human-computer interaction interface comprises a commitment type associated with the identity authentication information.

The method of claim 2, wherein receiving a third command, and triggering the contents of the commitment associated with one of the commitment types according to the third command comprises: and receiving a third instruction, matching the commitment type with the user identity authentication information before triggering the commitment content associated with the commitment type, and visually displaying the commitment content if the commitment type is successfully matched, or else, sending error prompt information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein collecting the trace of user's browsing promise content comprises:
and identifying whether the committed content is in a visual display state, if so, judging whether the duration of the committed content in the visual display state is greater than a preset threshold, if so, storing the trace of the committed content browsed by the user in a third storage unit, otherwise, continuing to visually display the committed content.

and when the duration of the committed content in the visual display state is greater than a preset threshold value, receiving a fifth instruction, and triggering an input interface or an input window of the committed trace according to the fifth instruction.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein the compliance commitment management system comprises a plurality of storage units,
the storage unit is provided with access authority, the registration information also comprises user authority, the identity authentication information and the access authority are associated according to a preset rule, the login information and the registration information are matched, if the matching is successful, a fourth human-computer interaction interface is displayed in a visual mode, and the method comprises the following steps:

The method of claim 6, wherein receiving a fourth command to trigger storage of information in one of the storage units according to the fourth command comprises: and receiving a fourth instruction, matching the access authority with the user identity authentication information and the user authority before triggering the access window associated with the access authority, and visually displaying the storage information in the storage unit if the matching is successful.
8. A multi-storage unit based compliance commitment management system, comprising:
the communication module is configured to receive and execute a first instruction, a second instruction, a third instruction, a fourth instruction and a fifth instruction;
the system comprises a pre-storage module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the pre-storage module is used for storing a plurality of commitment types and commitment contents associated with the commitment types;
